Hello sir, This is regarding my complaint no 73187818.I send my complaint in complaint section of Paytm mall app. But they are not responding properly. Even they deleted all my complaints two times in issue related section. I ordered 5 kurtas order no.5424139495. I got a package containing 4 kurtas against my order of 5 kurtas. AWB no. of undelivered kurta is 1327218506733. Please do the needful as soon as possible and solve this issue as it is total mental harassment. Thanks.

This is regarding my order number (5757789139), which was cancelled by merchant, and refund the complete money in wallet, thats unacceptable for me i.e. I have waiting for this product from order date 8th of August 2018 and on 15th I get know that my order cancelled by merchant without sharing any appropriate reason. I have ordered couple of things from Paytm Mall and this is my first and worst experience I am raising with you people.

Note: I have called customer service(01133776677) spoke to 2nd level Manger(Anjali) she disconnected my call without acknowledging my concern, without knowing my feelings, I have to gift this product to my close one on the occasion of his birthday now again I have to shop wait for next 8 days to delivery. Which I don't want? You have wasted my 8 days on it.

I want you to complete my this order any how? Please do the needful as soon as possible and solve this concern as it is total mental harassment.

Let us make you aware that the person you deal with has probably not abused anyone. i had booked two sets of i kall k 25 from Paytm, the order ID number was 5683744971, but you replaced 800 AMH in battery instead of 1000 AMH and did not even give earphones. I returned it, I got it back which was found again, its
order id number is 5750797603 Your cellar make me and you again foolish, he sent a phone in place of two phones.

Now I want to return it and courier is not taking the phone. Think about what you are doing with us. Please solve my problem.

I received a faulty mobile phone and I placed replacement request on the same day. It's been more than 10 days and item has not been picked up yet for the replacement. I raised complaint in 24*7 helpline, tried calling; but of no use. Please resolve this asap.

On 14th Aug-18, I was ordered HP Pavilion 15-cc129tx Core i5 (8th Gen)/Laptop for a cost of Rs. 58760/- with paytm mall with an assurance delivery date of 24th Aug-18. Despite my repeated followup after 24th, the final delivery date was given for 28th Aug.18. The same has not even received on 28th, after contacting customer care, it was told me that order has been canceled by us for which there is no justification is given.

I dont't know what is going in this company?. How we faith online purchases. Even after, utilizing my money for 14 days, they are supposed to give at least reason for the cancellation of the order.

In view of above, all are requested to not to faith on this company. The said Laptop was very urgent before 25th but my valuable time was lost.

I have raised a request for my return pick up. Since 2 weeks and it’s still pending. I have called the team for 7-8 times. Every time I call, I get a reply that the request is under process and they will come and pick up.
Now, today also the same response I got. It’s really bad service which I have received from paytm.

I require my payment refund policy to start asap. As, it’s already very late and I have been settling this request from pretty long time. Do complete my request on higher priority! It’s really torturing for me!

Received a fraud call from +91 9801242578 and asking money for rewards that I have won. Surprisingly, he gave me all details of my mall order with payment details. I tried to contact you through app and phone, but worst customer service didn't pick up the call after 5 mins waiting. Improve your service and please enquire how the fraud got all details about my order.

Paytm Mall order ID 6153573937 I have purchased two items but at the time of delivery one item of Techgear Monopod Selfie stick( HSN code 9006) is not delievered worth Rs. 165 . I have complaint about the same on same day but customercare person has not replied satisfactory about the complaint & after two days complaint ticket was disappeared. I request you to check my package in which selfie stick is not delivered and status shows it is delivered .I have talked already with courier XPRESSBEES with AWB# 1227186037479 but they replied same that it is delivered. can you justify my request pl.

I have ordered a product on paytm mall app order no. 6162016672. The product is showing delivered but my product is not delivered to me, even the delivery boy didn't contacted me before delivering the product and he himself declared the product as delivered. It is a fraud case. Plz return my money or deliver my product as soon as possible. I have made many complaints on your app but no one replied with my satisfactory response neither your call are picked up by anyone. It always said that all customers care service are busy.

Paytm is bad, book something and they send entirely something else. I will complaint to consumer court about them.

It is highly disappointed to write a mail, where PAYTM and DELL are doing fraud with the customers, with respect to providing a warranty.

Issue ::
I have ordered a Dell Battery by Paytm Mall, which was delivered on 17 October 2018.
Battery was poor quality and it stopped charging within a month.

As it is under warranty, so I had called to Patym Customer Care for warranty claim. I have been asked by Paytm Customer Care, to go to directly Dell Service Center with invoice. (As invoice will work as warranty.)

Then, I went to Dell Service Center (Branch - Marathahalli Bangalore). They verified my laptop and confirmed that it is Battery issue and asked me to visit another branch for Dell Warranty Service Center. (Bangalore Domlur/Whitefield Branch.)

Today I had visited Domlur-Bangalore Branch and got very rude and unexpected response.
Dell Representative (Name - Poornima) at Dompur-Bangalore told me that, Dell is not providing any warranty support for online shopping.

It seems to be a fraud, in terms of the warranty provided by Paytm/Dell, to the customer and poor product quality. And putting valuable customer in trouble which is very unprofessional.

It is spoiling the trust on Paytm and it's brand value in the marked. I have never expected such a worst response/service by Paytm & Dell.

I would like everyone's head-up on this issue on priority basis.
