Hello Xiaomi I am glad you'll made Redmi note 5. The phone is great no doubt but the phone is not supporting Vodafone sim. When I am traveling to call a contact it is coming that mobile network not available. Only when I am switching off and on the phone or reinserting the sim only then the calls r going. But I cannot do this again and again.

I had ordered earphones few days back and expected date of delivery was 19th may 2018. When i am tracking the shipment it shows shipment reached to nearest hub. But for the past three days the shipment is not moving from there. If you guys are facing challenges then tell me the address of your office i can collect by my own. Mi services are degrading day by day. I am trying to call customer care but it answering number is not valid, online xhat is not working and not even mails are working. What is going on. In my redmi note 5 pro. I am trying many times but at 88% it is not working then it is again starting from 0 % . So please fix it. I am also tried to switched off and format my phone. But updater app doesn't work for update MIUI V9.2.13.0. NEIMIEK.
