Harassment in service. I have given my CB-SHINE for first service on 27.11.2017 but the same was not delivered to the complainant at 4 pm. Today I went there and tried to get delivered but non was present for cooperation and now I have decided that I will not go the service centre.

Plz contact us immediately other wise we foreword this complain to consumer forum.

I bought a HONDA ACTIVA 4G SCOOTER from SHEEL KISHAN HONDA, rampur road, Bareilly on 28.05.2017. Chasis no. ME4JF507EH7144479, Engine No. JF50E75144497, Colour: Blue.

From the day one, i have been facing huge starting problem with this scooter. I have also informed at first & second servicing. This problem is still exists. The service person told me that STARTING PROBLEM will remain forever in 4G scooty. Now we feel CHEATED by HONDA company & its dealer. I purchases by hard saving & financing, but it is became useless.

I paid extra amount as 'paid service' and even paid labour charge but still had not got the service according to the criteria.They just cheated and after asking for service the man disrespected and answered to complain.. so i found to complain. Waiting for the response.

It has been observed that the staff of registration department of Durga hunda, VIP road, Raghunathpur, kolkata 700059 gives false information regarding registration of my Honda Activa 125 which was purchased on 15-10-2017 that day of kalipuja. According to them they have 20 No of TC permit per working day of ARTO,Barrackpore,though my several telephonic discussion from my another M-8443015458, No such SMS has yet been received from ARTO and my vehicle is lying kept in my garage since 15-10-17 (Approx 35 working Days of WB Govt by which 35*20=700 Vehicles can be registered). It may presume that there is some nexus between the staff of registration section of durga hunda with the sales representative of that dealer by which overlapping / manipulation-is being done without maintaining first sale first registration basis. Please confirm 1.how many vehicles were sold upto 15-10-17, 2. Haw many vehicles are pending for registration upto sale 15-10-17 and 3. How many vehicles were registered after sale date 15-10-2017.

Hi,

I would like to bring your attention the bitter experiences with your dealer Vaishnavi Honda, Chikmagalore, Karnataka State.

We wanted to buy Honda active 4G bike for my sister in law. I went to showroom to enquire on 26th December, lady by name Kavya(not sure) guided me. She gave me the details of the bike, bike etc. In the price list she gave the breakup of Vehicle cost, Insurance, registration, extended warranty, HP and extra fittings(Rs,5,500) total was around 70,000+ and she told Rs, 2500 discount if we buy within 30th. I told her we don’t need extra fittings, extended warranty and HP (we are paying by cash) for that she told that it’s a compulsory. I told her I am going for cash payment if you can give without all this let me know otherwise I won’t be interested in buying. She went and checked with the manager and she told she will be willing to give without extra fittings, extended warranty and HP. Then removing all this it came to around Rs 64000 and less discount 2500 = 61500. I told her we will come tomorrow and will pay the cash and left.

Next day we went with my family to make the payment. That time they started creating a issue telling you have buy extra fitting compulsory and also one guy told for getting the vehicle number it will take 45 days. so you have to go for temporary registration ( I was ready to wait for 2 days to get it registered). First time I am hearing for getting the vehicle number it will take 45 days. And for temporary registration we have to pay RS.900. Then I told them you would have informed me yesterday only when I came for enquiry. For that the Manger told she (sales executive) is new and she don’t know anything and he was so rude that he dint try to call her and enquire. The manager told if you taking extra fittings then you will be eligible for discount.

Please let me know if we want to buy a bike is it compulsory to buy extra fittings, extended warranty and Temporary registration.

With reference to the below mail trails, we have not received any feedback from your end. This is complete failure in Bike as it does not have a Fuel Gauge and I need to maintain a manual record when I poured Fuel in My Vehicle and next date needs to be planned for fueling the Vehicle else I would be in big trouble as I am on long route which is an added pressure on my mind while driving. Kindly confirm how Honda can compensate me for this loss.

Hi,

This is regarding service support and not responding properly for quiers from JSP honda dealer from vavin near ambattur industrial estate.

My name is purshothaman and i have purchased the honda activa 3G ( TN20 CL 0363) on feburary 2017. i have some repeated issues from firt service and when i inform the mechanic person, they are not responding properly and rectifying the issue. Whenever i am leaving the bike for service i am getting new issues.

I am not satisfied with their service and some more customers as well who came with me. below are i noticed which is not corrected after services.

1. water service and wiping it
2. complaint which i gave action was not taken.
3. After the service, i got new issue with noise problem while running and whell shaking.
3. In front of customers only they damaging the parts since they don't know customers were in place.

Kindly take an action on this and rectify the problem in my bike.

I Bought Honda 4G from Fatehargh sahib Dist punjab. please tell me can ur service center can charge Rs 95 for Rs 18 kick rubber or Rs 300 for both the number plates of Rs 98 or can they sold Side stand of Rs 250 to Rs 350 or they can Sold foot rest Rs 810 to 910.

My bike is not services properly, engine not service and gear also problem, break also not brush, engine over heat but service center not response.

I booked my grazia from honda showroom of motoden and manager didnt gave my delivery at date which he provided me. When i asked him he was talking to me rudely and carelessly his tone was too high like slum pplz talks honda dont know how to treat customer! I will never suggest anyone to go in motoden honda showroom it sucks!!!

I have Honda Activa 3G. Unfortunately i met with an accident 1 week back due to which there was some damage to the scooter. The problem is the insurance company is the covering the damage under its policy.

I purchased activa 4G 2017 on 17/01/2018 from EVM honda,Muvattupuzha.Sorry to inform you such a bad treatment I faced from your dealers.The total price including tax,insurance(on the road) is 70096 rupees. They not informed about the registration details and charge.

How many times I asked to the dealers is there any additional charges or formalities i am unaware of it, please inform me.They said very rudely we will inform you when needed.The way of their talking was very disrespectful and rude.When I came for first service at 14/feb/2018 I asked again but they said nothing more.

But today (20/feb/2018) they called me and informed me you have fine 2300 rupees you should pay it. How many times i asked them is there any further charges i have to pay? they not said anything. When i asked them they rudely said " you should pay thats all". A lady staff said me rudely "none of our business".

The fine issued on me is due to irresponsibility of your dealer staffs. I need my compensation 2300 rupees. Kindly consider my complaint and give warning to your staffs.Please respond immediately and do needful.

I Have honda vehicle CB Unicon 160 - TN 18 AE 7479 . I gave the service for engine compliant at Balaji Honda - Redhills / Chennai / Tamil Nadu. But still the engine problem is not solved and the same issue i have, discussed the concern service team but they unable to solve the problem. They asking me time to solve this problems for the past 28 months. So kindly take intervention to solve my issues. I am Using the Honda product for the past 10 yrs and all my family members are in same Honda Family. I am waiting your reply ASAP.

I purchased the new model honda grazia scooter on 5/2/2017 at SIVA HONDA Chittoor (A. P). When we are going for 1st service they are charging money. Actually they mentioned that free service but they are collecting money. And also i faced another problem with Siva honda showroom, chittoor. While purchasing Grazia Disc vehicle after discount i paid Rs.75,000. But they are bill for 73000/- only. I asked bout the bill but they told remaining is for extra fitting and insurance. right now they demanding extra amount for extra fitting.

Worst experience facing with SIVA HONDA SHOWROOM, CHITTOOR, A. P. IF ANY ONE INTERESTED TO BUY, PLEASE DONT PREFER THIS SHOWROOM.

Your company has made it compulsory to buy two helmets with your bikes. The helmet provided with your bikes are of very low quality which can be bought at 200Rs and the Honda is taking 1800Rs for them. This is cheating with the customer, i want answers.

While purchasing bike they demanded 1000 for just giving my number plate also my engine oil was leaking that was informed after purchasing. While servicing they demanded extra money inspite of free servicing and also now demanding more money for service book. At each and every stage demanding money (VIHAN HONDA OWLA THANE WEST MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA)

Purchased activa 4G on 05/march/2018 from Aadhi Honda sathy mani road, Ganapathy, Coimabtore, Tamilnadu. i have some repeated issues from first service.

Vibration is observed near the footrest when vehicle attains a speed near to even 45km/hr!!!! Ridiculous!!! I have also informed at first & second service. This problem is still exists when informed to the service center mechanic person, they are not responding properly and rectifying the issue, instead they said issue fixed
very unhappy and overall not at all satisfied with Honda.

When giving the vehicle for servicing, normally I hear public say in servicing they remove bike parts tyres, battery of any new vehicle and exchange to other vehicle. That's now a days public are not giving bikes in servicing centres. Giving to outside mechanics. And in servicing they are taking out whole fuel from bikes. I have wrote this to take action in such dealer service centers. Thank u.

I gave my bike for service in your shop on 05.06.2018.but we are disappointed about your service because there is no screw in chain cover. We noticed that while riding the bike it makes a lots of sound and we repaired at another shop and even we noticed that water service is also very very poor. without knowing any details about bill we gave Rs-2426/- because they said that computer is hanged. They only gave the bill for silencer coating Rs-578/-. While giving the bike is was so wet and watery that we can`t even sit in our bike. I purchased my bike HONDA UNICORN in 2009. in these years we have never since this type of the service. We are really really disappointed about your service.

Dear Sir,

My vehicle is under insurance and got accident a month back, the vehicle front handle while taking turn slips which is why i met accident. The Problem with Vehicle is Since Day One and I have Been Complaining The Issue to the Service Manager of Sai point Honda. That when Purchase the Vehicle Had Issue On taking Turn to the Right Side, And It needs Replacement of the front shock up or either Handle. i think the company gave me a accident refurbished vehicle. hence many times i have taken For the services but the problem persisted. Now the Honda Services are Denying the issue and Services. i need Your support to resolve the issue.
