The worst customer care service i have ever come across.. i made a transaction of 1934 on 03/03/2017 thru my debit card. my transaction got cancelled twice and also got the sms regarding the same.. tried calling customer care million of times but didn't get any response from there end. sent the mail also but no response. such a pathetic service they are providing.

On 21/7/17 i filled account opening form and manager took sign on 27/7/17 but till now my account has not been opened. Accountant + manager is not take any responsibility. They are calling me from past 10 days but return me without any explanation. What do i do?

I have call many time your customer Care number but this number is always busy steel know. Sry for say that This is bad experience for you for your customer care number service.

Tried to call customer care many times but didn't get any response. worse service I have ever come across. since 10days my txn password disabled. The bank also couldn't held. worse banking system in digital India.

It is unfortunate to inform I repeat my problem for 3 time that I transferred Rs. 5000 from my wallet account through IMPS to a another a/c on 06/12/17. Amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account. Please help to refund my money.

with due respect I beg to state that I have done a Recharge to my Jio No (7002845213) on 11/04/2018 at around 8.15 pm. using "My Jo" app. I used one of my previous "Voucher", and did the payment using "Internet Banking". The money was deducted from my account But till now the recharge is not don. I put all necessary information here. Please solve the problem as I am not able to use my Recharge. Thanks.

1. Date & time of recharge = 11/04/2018, 8.15 pm(Approx.)
2. My Jio (Internet Banking)
3. Amount of Recharge= 399( one voucher used, Hence 349 was deducted from my account)

The most pathetic, f**king and sick bank and it's customer care I have seen in India till date. Customer care never answer call. Dont open the account here or will suffer like this., third class bank. its national head is just enjoying life doing nothing for bank.

I Saikat Ghosh is your Bank Accnt. holder in Rathtala Branch. my Accnt. is Salary Accnt and I'm a Govt Employee. now the problem is that, is your bank have not sufficient resources to give salary to your employees? or UBI has come with a new plan how to cheat Customers and robbed their money, cz this month 2times you charged me Rs.23.60 without any proper reasons. I Know you won't reply me or solve the problem..but it's a request please don't do this with your Customers.

I have an ATM card in ATM near ved mandir Nasik. Customer care number are proving non useful for the purpose of notifying it to bank. Hence using this section. Today and tomorrow are holidays. Hence can be handover to bank on Tuesday.
