I had purchased from Dwarka, New Delhi store 04 (four) kangans on 26.04.2014 at the time of marriage of my son for my daughter in law vide retail invoice no DWR/CM/756 dated 26.04.2014. Quality of making of kangans is very poor. The kangans have been made with design pasted on plain stipped kangans and the same pasted designed strip is damaging clothes and is losing its grip with plain strip. When contacted at showroom we were told that these kangans are not to be used on regular basis. She advised us to use these kangans occasionally because of its design and said that we had chosen wrong design if we had to use the same continuously. After having all the discussions we requested the staff of showroom to replace the kangans with any other kangans of durable design but we were told that we will have to incur an additional expenses on account of labour charges for item we will select. We request your good office to check and replace the defected designed kangans as we were not told about the quality and longevity and this is a breach of trust with the customer. I ordered a platinum diamond ring more than a month ago with this assurance that i will receive the order in less than a month. Am surprised that a big name like tanishq needs one month to complete a small order in a month. it's really shameful for a house of TATAs to complete a small order in a month which needs just a week. And futher more i still am waiting for my order to complete. Everytime i call they give assurance of 3 to 4 days. Really shamefull.

I had purchased the above ring for self vide tax invoice no. NGP/CM/5777 on 13.12.2014. My loyalty id no is 700034406137. On the eve of 23.05.2015, I noticed that the diamond was missing from the ring. On the very second day I.e. on 24.05.2015 morning I reported the loss at the tanishq showroom. I was informed that the ring will be sent to Bangluru for necessary advice.They gave me CCAF no NGP1500054 dt. 24.05.2015.

After about 15 days the showroom informed me orally that the diamond fell from the ring because of "Hammering". This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a bank employee. I am not doing any physical activity either at the bank or at home which can result in any type of "Hammering". The bracket of the ring getting loose can be because of a defective making only. This is therefore, to request your kind honour to do the needful and arrange to replace the ring with diamond at your earliest. Hoping for positive reply.

I have received two cheques against my investment in golden harvest scheme account numbers as under:
1- Cheque no. 197923 dated 28.03.2015 for Rs. 3136/- for account no.507
2- Cheque no. 197924 dated 28.03.2015 for Rs. 20909/- for account no.9091

The above cheques were sent to my old residential address and I personally received it too late and by that time the validity period of the cheques had expired. In view of above I request you to please issue an other cheque in lieu of the expired cheques and send at the present address given below.

I brought a product wt.2.982 gm They charged 8797Rs. The product is 22kt. the market price is 25270Rs per 10 gm. That means tanishq charged 29000approx. Per 10gm. This is unfair.

I have purchased two bangles and one chain costing rs188643/- on 11/12/2015 from Tanishq. They have not given certificate of authentication. I have requested thrice to send it, So far I am yet to receive it. Can you please intervene set right the staff and my grievance.

I have purchased a gold ring of 22 Kt gold on31-10-2015 from Titan Company Ltd, Urban city Complex , Christian Basti, GS Road, Guwahati 781005. I have only wore it 2 times and the ring area has become white. I went to the shop but the staff out there is rude and said they cant replace it though it is within my replacement period. Moreover they said they need 15 days time so that they can send it to their workshop. I had already went to their shop twice. The thing is they are cheating on customers selling worst product. I am thinking of going to consumer court if you do not respond.

I had purchased two diamond rings from Tanishq showroom ex South Ex, New Delhi in 2015, diamonds from both the rings came out (two each). On contacting the showroom I was told that the same will be repaired at Bangalore and would minimum take a month, since I was to move out on posting, I decided to do it at new peace station I am posted to. On being posted to Jabalpur I gave the rings to the Showroom at Sadar Bazar, where I was told thae same thing. I agreed to send the ring to bangalore and bear the cost of diamonds which will be put. I was contacted after a month that one has been repaired however second one would involve more money, I told them to go ahead. However when I was called after 15 days I was told that the ring cannot be repaired and has come back. I was not given any reason for the same.

My submission is that first of all when we buy a product from Tanishq (which is higher priced than local shops) we don't expect a thing like diamonds coming out, however my complaint is not that, it is that at least repair it when I am ready to bear any cost. What do I do now with a ring with two diamonds missing. Then at least give me a satisfactory response, the manager at Sadar Bazar Showroom even refused to meet me, a class one government officer. Expecting a positive response from your end.

I bought a ring on dhanteras 2015 from the Ranchi store and it got cracked within 5 months. I wanted to return it and the authorised person has accept it as the manufacturing fault. In return he was ready to exchange the ring with the whole amount I paid and not with the weight of the ring. In this way I have to pay more money for the same ring. My question is why I should suffer for your fault.

In Mumbai andhari west branch of Tanishq no one is interested in serving customer, customer is sitting since 15min and there is no one to attend the customer, very bad service even after complaining the branch manager.

I bought a gold chain on 03 Sep 16 but the chain was broken just after 20 days. i went to Tanishq store.... They collected and sent the chain to Lucknow. But from Lucknow the reply was such that it was customer fault. But that was not the case. I have been an old customer of Tanishq and i have never encountered such problem. The details of the chain is ccaf no AGA1600545 06 Oct 16.

Your tanishq show rooms service at Madurai.. very poor response. i am sold gold bangles near by 70 gm than give refund amount Rs .2 lakh. they give cheque. With in week this chq amount for bounce. very bad service in tanishq show rooms at East veli, Madurai.. from T.baskar.

Sir I Associate with your company since 2013. I visited your Dwarka shop on 31 Dec 2016 and 01 jan 2017 for shopping. I ask for filling lakhs in Tanishq ornament and repair for non tanishq ornament but your shop unable to do it. I would like to request to provide such facility to your regular customer. And I also suggest not to use your security guard for your routine work inside shop. Let him perform only guard duty. Thanks.

I had bought soliter ring from tuner road Mumbai Tanisq worth 4lakh 80thousand rupees for my birthday on 12jan 2017 I m a regular buyer of tanishq since 5yrs ..buying soliter ring for the first time as the sales person told me it's a good investment. the Khar branch sales person Taruna and the manger suggest me to upgrade my ring within one month they said without any deductions of my previous ring to go for a higher value ring. so I was ready to upgrade my ring as they also told me that the old ring which I bought is not good regarding the colour quality. so old ring was (1krt 5cent )so they suggest me to take 1.25krt with G colour. so I thought it's a good investment I agree and told them to place the order but they cheated me. I had already paid 6lakh 70thousand to tanishq regarding the ring. the ring cost is 7 lakh 32 thousand they told me in total value they will give me 4 percent discount so I showed my interest meanwhile they said your making will be only 6k nd 4 tax. but on the other hand today all of sudden there i visited tanishq showroom to know more about the details after placing order trusting them so much. when I had asked personally about my cash back if incase i want to return the product they will deduct 15percent imaginemargin. I was shocked they had cheated me was very disappointed chintan and Taruna Khar branch they had misguided me overall almost 1lakh of loss I cant imagine and I am a homemaker. i want to cancel my solitaire ring however I want my money back. what kind of investment is this next day you come to know 1lakh loss. sorry I don't want this deal please look into this matter very dissatisfaction I will keep this on hold haven't taken the ring delivery yet. wanted to cancel my ring which I order and wanted my money back.

This is regarding the intended purchase of a diamond set by me.

My daughters wedding is in December for which I intended to buy Jewellery from your store at Churchgate , Mumbai. Initially I shortlisted a diamond set on which I was committed a certain discount. However my daughter preferred a different one which needed some modifications.

The customer service executive Sunil said the modifications were possible. When we came to the discounts I was told that I would now get a lesser discount (1st instance of feeling shortchanged. The product was of high value so every % made a difference). He explained that this was so since he will have to place a new order. The store manager promised me that she would makeup for this some time in the future.

Sunil was helpful and I was convinced by him to place the order at that time. He assured me that since I didnt need it till December he would make sure billing would be done only when there is a better scheme and I could get a higher discount. He just wanted me to pay 60% advance. I got old Gold from home which your store valued at a certain amount and was again assured that only product will be kept ready and billing would be done when a better scheme is prevalent.

Now I am told that there is a new scheme, if I give in old gold it will entitle me to an additional benefit along with the 25% discount. I was shocked when Sunil told me my old gold given to Tanishq more than a month back will not be considered. I will have to give additional gold if I want the benefit (2nd instance of feeling shortchanged ). Why should that be so.

1) There was no billing done. I just gave my Gold. I didnt get any product.
2) I was very clearly told that billing would be done when a better scheme was applicable.
3) Rather I was told that there was a corporate scheme for billing above a certain amount where one could get a higher discount and the scheme would be back again soon. I was actually looking at a second set to get that offer.

I am a very very old customer of Tanishq. I was one of the few to buy from the store at Churchgate when it first opened around 12 to 13 yrs back.May be more.

However now since my billing is huge every % makes a difference. I really feel I have been misled. I should be given the benefit of the new prevalent scheme because that is what I was promised. Probably I was mislead because there were targets that the store had to achieve, but if I was promised billing under a better scheme / better discount I should be given that.

We know that Tanishq jewellery especially the diamonds are more expensive than that at other stores. We still buy from Tanishq because we know we can trust you i.e your products and what your customer service executives promise at your outlets.

Now I am without my old gold and also without any product. My gold valued at a big amount is with you.

Hope you will look into it because I feel very misled and shortchanged and frustrated. Hoping to hear from you soon.

Hello Sir, my self sarvesh arora i buy the 2 engagement rings this February 2017 1st- gold ring and 2nd is diamond ring from your tanishq south extantion part-1 new delhi.

My engagement was 6th may 2017 and we used the both of ring within a month but i cant believe the quality is too poor. Both of rings specially the shining is totally discolour and ring almost the dull condition gold and diamond ring.

I cant believe the Tanishq is a trusted for the whole of world brand but when i used the product from this brand seriously i am totally frustrated and unhappy. i hope u help me this situation.

I gave a call to tanishq sapna sangeeta, indore to enquire the price of gold today and they refused to give me the price on phone.and asked me to visit the store telling me in confidence that they are not allowed to give the price on phone.i gave a call to customer care had contact of other store and got my job done.but the question arises, aren't you guys transparent sellers or you want the customer to jump into your store so that u can bluff him.

i feel whats the use of tanishq then. Tanishq people a bit shame on u. Have a look in the matter this branch doing non transparent business is spoiling your name, fame in the market. #I have mentioned about; sapna sangeeta branch,indore.

I purchased a Mangal Sutra on 10-12-17 from Tanishq Chandigarh. But the design of the same was not approved by our kids. So we requested a staff member from Tanishq to replace our item. By the sincere efforts of Tanishq, we got the Mangal Sutra exchanged after a period of about one month. I appreciate their efforts and also the quick service rendered.

We purchase one diamond item from Tanishq Dwarka New Delhi branch in Dec 2014 with total cost of Rs 3,08,000.00.

The sales man told me with 2-3 the valuation will be more than cost and you can return the item to us. Now when we approach to them after more then 3 years to our surprise the VALUATION is 2,25, 000.00 ONLY.

We have sent complaint mail to customer care and one Divyang Thakur called me and told me that Making charges was Rs 90,000.00. No one told us at the time of purchase about this much high making charges and also making charges was also not mentioned in BILL, Mr. Bhasker Bhatt MD of company is not approachable. No one is ready to give his contact number I think in India approaching PM of India more easy than taking to Md of company.

The are cheating the general public. I Think the are fraud company.

I bought mangalsutra from tanishq store-begusarai near kali asthan temple, dakbangla raod pin 851101 on 17.08.2018. one side of mangalsutra is right but second side is twisted due to the middle chain joining fault. I asked the store to replace it but they refused. Product code is 513515YVLQAA00. Request you to please provide me with a replacement asap.
