I had bought a xiaomi note 5 pro yesterday (3/5/18). But I am facing problem while using internet over the phone. I have tried to contact customer care toll free nos, But got no response. I have to face severe problem as I am using the handset officially. I am unable to get my official documents online.

Can you give me a genuine solution.

I recently purchased Redmi note 5 pro. The front glass is broken and cracked. Can i be informed from where i can repair or replace it.

My name is ShivaPrasadNayak. I have bought my new note 5 pro, its hardly 28 days that i bought my mobile. the issue is when i was carrying my mobile in pocket a slight bent/dent (curve likely) has occurred, i went to nearest mi service center they said that it wasn't claimed under warranty. its not been 1 month I bought my Smart phone. I have paid full 16999 as single payment. I'm sending my mobile bill details and photo of damage mobile.

I want it to be repaired under warranty with out charging any cost for it or the mobile replacement.

Redmi note 4 is superb mobile. But this mobile have one problem when I was play games or watching any video mobile suddenly switch off or hang.

I had purchase a mobile MI A-1 BLACK MODEL No - 867874032291544 from Shivam Communication vide bill no 1339 dt 10.4.2018 . On 8th may,2018 it is suddenly fall down on my hand on the floor in my home and it's screen completely badly damage. And it is very low / poor quality product.

My request is please share it to company for low quality product for improvement. And please repair it free of cost from your side.

7th of may. I swapped my debit card.... deducted 3000/. I cancelled my offline order but he again swap my debit card and told me... payment will be back 24 hrs. But after 3 days payment not come yet. I ordered a Note 5 Pro. Payment was done by me but not accepted by Company. now there is a issue of my Payment. After 7 days i call in customer care she said that ur payment is no initiated yet by d company. i am not satisfied by the company refund policy.

Sir I had bought redmi note 4 in july 2017. Upto few months it gave good battery backup but in last week I had faded battery drain issue. And burning smell from charging and headphone socket, so i complaint about it in service centre. They found battery leakage... Sir how is it possible withot any physical injury, only it is 2 months more than warranty period. So i had to pay charges for it without any mistake.. it is not fair... worst product ever. if i don't replaced the battery.. It may be blast...in Jalgoan district similar case is observed. I'll definitely compliant about it... I always take care about my phone. Never overcharged it. So is it possible!!!!!! Why i had to pay extra charges for battery replacement???

I pre ordered a redmi note 5 pro (6gb+64gb) mobile on 13-april-2018. Order id- 5180413882103025 , Payment also completed. They are mentioned with in 30 days it will dispatch. But still it is not processed, and not dispatched from the ware house. It's worst service...in India. What u all do? if mobile not delivered with in 4 days I will go to court legally. It's so embarrassed.... Worst and worst delivery services forever.

Sirf batane ki liye warranty hoti hai but free me durust krke nhi dete, kya fayda hai warranty ka?

My Redmi Note 4 phone's Network cable and the IMEI Code was removed from my phones. I i went to one of the service centers in Faridabad on saturday regarding the problem of unable to see any display on my screen. Then that time they did not provided me any Doc sheet and sent me without any documents. Then on monday i went to lajapt nagar service center i found out the IMEI code as well as the Rj network cable where missing from my phone and my phone is in warranty. Then the lajpat nagar service center manager gave me the number of customer care number to tell all my problems that i am facing.

Trust me MI you where one of the trusted device that i brought for the first time as a student of college and it worked like a charm but the Service Center really made my heart broke by stealing good parts from my phone. I want my issue raised to be solved as soon as possible.

Respected sir I'm shahid from Kashmir I want purchase redmi note 5 pro on flipkart but can't purchase because of flipkart poor service. If I have 50mbps speed and I have added my product in my card now I go to payment process but it shows me out of stock and i can't purchase than what I do? sir I think the flash sale is totally fake... flipkart firstly booked all stock and sale is temporary for us people and he booked all stock and selling to black marketers and black marketers giving the product in 18000 thousands. Plz dont give your product to flipkart, sell your products in ur authorised store..... dear sir plz I want purchase redmi note 5pro plzzzz.

My new Redmi 5A working properly for 1month and then problems create so much heating issue , app crash and hang problem. I visit mi service centre, he says updated but problems same it is. I am mi fan but my problem is not solved, so I request you to change my phone. thanks.

I didn't get my phone repaired as the people from service told me they can't give me warranty as it once had a physical damage. But solution expert of the customer care told me I will get warranty. Please consider this application fast and get me a good answer.

I had visited service centre at Trivandrum on 29/05/2018 and taken two tokens as I and my daughter were having 2 phones for servicing There were only 2 counters functioning and we had to wait for nearly an hour We were having token no 31 and 32 . We both entered together and the lady before attending asked me to wait outside. I told her we have come together and after great difficulty she attended. Infact the person in the next counter went to tell the manager who refused to come oot of his chamber. I presume either he was busy or handicapped! The first phone was damage to touch which I choose not to repair due to high rate quoted. The second phone earlier generation of REDMI the battery is not available.

Infact I had visited the service centre at Chandigarh in June 2017 to replace battery of same phone while I was on a one day official duty there and the crowd was more than 100 but the executive after hearing my emergency was good enough to help me. But the behavior of your team at Trivandrum is deplorable.

Further since there are not sufficient staff customers are forced to wait endlessly. From the behavior of the others waiting I sensed that they were angry about the service centre. We are using 3 redmi in our house and I think of your service centre only with negative feelings.
