I don't understand when yatra cannot confirm the train tickets, then why do you have this service, everyone is facing common problem related to refund issue. Yatra.com, you should first confirm the tickets then debit the amount.

Yatra has not refunded my flight booking money which was not booked and I pay his money from my SBI bank account .I tried to calling Yatra from last four days but yatra not gives me any response .My contact no. Is 8732806943 I request you to call me.

Hi Team, I dont understand why there have been no contact for contacting you for international flight bookings. There have been no SLA for any complaints made for the bookings made with yatra? I booked an international flight with you guys and the airlines got the flight cancelled but Yatra people are not aware and not willing to provide the refund/alternate flight for the same date. Forcibly they are asking me to cancel my whole return booking and then book again which is ridiculous. I had mailed but no revert from their side.

This is not a service that you provide its a pain now!!!

By mistake my bus booking dates were selected wrong. Now when I am trying to cancel it, before 32 hours of departure. They are refunding me just 65 rs out of 1169 rs. Please refund my money. Reference no. is: 030587315628.

I have cancelled my tickets bearing ref number 220387563161, and as per the procedure only rs 3000 per ticket will be deducted. But it seems that we have deducted more. I want to have the total details of deduction.

Airline ticket cost : INR 16895.00 per person
Airline cancellation charges : INR 3000.00 per person per sector
Yatra cancellation charges : INR 400.00 per person per sector
Refund Amount : INR 84759.92 for complete booking include meal charges also of INR 250.00 per person per sector.
