I have buy 4 ac of ogeneral model no ASGA24FTTA 2TN invoice no TNX 1681 date 13/05/2015.
in this ac copper pipping must be of 18 but the man who came to fix our ac from your company had fix copper pipping of 1/5 and charge us for 18 copper pipping. I wish u either less our charges or renew our pipping.

On 30th April, when the servicing of my window 1.5 ton AC of O'General was done, Taufeeq the engineer who visited told me that Rs.5000/- would be the fee for complete AMC for a year, meaning even 100% of the compressor, in case of any fault and guaranteed parts to be assembled free of cost. But since the payment was made by HDFC Bank cheque No. 000064 dated 30/4/2015, a fortnight later my husband checked with the bank to see if the money was credited to ETA General's account, we found that nothing was done. I tried to call Taufeeq on the phone number he had given me, and someone told me that Taufeeq has left the Electro World, Rohini, Delhi. So immediately called up your customer care number and told the person about the cheque and Taufeeq. This person told me that he would get back to me but he didn't.

So today again I called up your customer care and spoke to Jitin and he asked me to write the complaint on this email address and then I will get some response from the concerned person. Therefore, please reply at the earliest. Thanking you. Prisca Gomes.

I purchased 1.0 ton 13AATB WINDOW AC from Super Electronics Pvt.Ltd.Dwarka, New Delhi vide Invoice No.DWARKA/126/MAR/2014 dated 13.06.2014. Two dry services were provided free of cost, when I asked for wet service, I was told that wet would be provided in June'15. Being out of town and having returned last evening, I called up your Customer Care No.1860 2081 007 today in the afternoon to requesting for last wet service. I was told that would chargeable, surprisingly delay in calling for service for 3 days for some bonafied reasons should cost me service charges. I request you to please waive the charges & arrange for last wet service free of cost. The delay of 3 days is not too big to consider waiver of charges.

We bought this AC on 17/5/2016 in the hope that we will get the better cooling as compared to our another AC. But the cooling is even worst than the another one. It start cooling the room 3-4 hours later, even on the 18 temperature. When we received this AC it was not packed properly and the band on this were cut but we thought that in order to check this AC they opened it. Also the control panel of this AC is tilted. Out of the four locks of its window only three are fixed and the fourth one is just loose. The fitting of this AC is too bad that the AC is not at its place. And its been around 5 to 6 days and no one visited us for demo but the company guarantee the demo in 24 to 48 hours. Also our guest own one OGENERAL AC and when they visited us they just told us that your AC surely have some problem and it doesn't cool the room properly.

We now just want the AC to be replaced. And we will not not take this AC AT ANY COST. I expect the immediate action and hope that we will be given total satisfaction.

I just purchased an outdoor AC from OGENERAL and not a month later the air coming out of it starts to stink. It's really becoming quite inconvenient. I have no idea if it could be harmful or not but would really appreciate someone getting back to me on this.

Dear Sir,Vide above complaint No i have been advised by your Technical Rep.who visited me on 07th April, 2017 that the Compressor of my Window AC(under Warranty) needs replacement and it would take about 10 days to replace same.

With deep regret i need to inform you that till date the complaint is unattended.I rang up your customer care no and did not receive any positive response after keeping me " on Hold" for app 15 minutes when i requested you Ms Sarita(CC) to connect me to the Servive Manager. The call was disconnected thereafter. I am highly disappointed by your poor service (After Sales). I expect an immediate resolution to my complaint pl.

I brings your kind attention that I have purchased O General 1.5 ton capacity (Inverter), Modal No. ASGA18JCC on 30-5-2017 in M/s Trupti Agency, Berhampur, Ganjam District, Odissa State for Rs. 57,500/- vide invoice number 58. After installation it worked properly exactly one month later it was not functioning. In this connection I made complaint to the above distributor. No response as on today. The reasons best known to him. In view of non-responding by your distributor, I lodged this complaint from necessary action.

I have complaint for my window ac since april-2017. i am have no response from the service provider. On 19 august as per service call no. del11708160317 will be attended by ELECTROWORLD. The man came and checked again and gave us a number of electroworld and said talk to them. As per electroworld part has arrived an will be changed but nothing happened. Now they are giving us excuses that part was not reached to them next time they said that it is broken it will be changed, manpower shortage so many excuses but part is not changed.

I purchased a split AC 1.5 ton. Neither the dealer (chroma) nor O general communicated (through any means written or verbal) the free services offered and schedule thereof. Now when I called the customer care number, Mr. Santosh and Mr. Avinash (floor superviser) denied any free service citing that warranty period is over and also rfused to raise complaint regarding the non communication from dealer or seller in any form regarding the services. I request the company to look into this service issue and resolve the case at the earliest.

I purchased 2 ton split ac from DEEPAK COOLING SERVICES, ALIGARH (U.P,PIN-202001) in November. Person named SHAHID has came for installation of machine, he fixed outdoor machine in such a way that after a month outdoor machine fall down on terrace floor. Because he didnt fix that machine with any fastener and any other equipment he just simply putted that big machine over floor. Due to that outdoor machine got damaged because of falling the gas was completely leaked out and when i asked dealer named DEEPAK he spoken rudely.

I request company to maintain her respectable name in market of air conditioners. please take some immediate actions over it and also against dealer.

Had called O General - call centre team Feb 2/2/18 - Ref no che 11801310247:- Complained on non-cooling of a/c. Promised to send their team but the service team never turned up.

Feb 5/2/18 - Ref no che 11801310253 :- After 2nd complaint service engineer attend the service
- Service Engineer came & serviced the aircon. Filled up the GAS.
- Service Engineer promised if there's an issue within 3 months, they would it service it again.
- Spent around 4500/- Rupees for repair work.
- As the bill wasn't given. Reference obtained was ANKP 3101201801.

Within 45 days, cooling of AC wasn't there

complained to Customer care on 4th April 2018 - Service Engineer never turned up
complained to customer care on 5th april 2018 - Service engineer never turned up
complained to customer care on 9th April 2018 - service Engineer never turned up

Complained to customer service 10th April 2018 - Promised to send the Sr Engineer. Finally called up the old service engineer - Mr Satish to come & do the service ( 8248089580)

Last time when Service Engineer - Satish did the service didn't give the bill. Service Engineer did the service and promised that there wouldn't be any problem Within 2 weeks time, aircon there's no cooling. Today we are on 6th May 2018....hot air blowing from air condition.

Never experienced such a poor service from O General service team. Total unprofessional approach. Have no commitment.

I purchased two O General window ACs from Guru Kirpa Electronics in May 2017. At the time of installation one lock of one the grills was found broken. I was assured that grill will be changed. I also contacted the dealer over the phone many times and he said that take out the grill bring it here and we will change. I told them that I don't know how to take it out and also I won't take any risk so you please ask your man to come and replace it. He said OK we will do the needful. In the month of March during first dry service the mechanic of your company promised me that it will be replaced. He also took some photographs of the grill and it's broken lock.

Inspite of all this nothing happened. Then I lodged the complaint on 2nd May,again on 8th May, also spoke to your customer care many times after that but nothing happened so far. Today they outrightly rejected my request by saying that sorry we can't change it. Now I am regretting my decision of buying this product. Will you listen and help me.

My complain no BOF190518FS00583 on dt 19/05/2018 but till today 23/05/2018 time 6 :02pm no one attend complaint and repeat this call service center and mr Danesh joshi to transfer call mr narendra singh. O general company is very poor in ac service, my advice for everyone don't buy o general ac never ever. Even o general customer care service is too bad.

I registered a complain on Saturday and its complain number is GHA103061800015, today is Wednesday. Purchased O General AC on 29 Jun 2017 and it stopped working in May 2018. The service center technician of your company checked the AC and said gas R410A has leaked. As they dont have it currently it will take one week to get it. It was unexpected answer?

Your Moradabad service center people say that weather is not good and they dont do service in such condition. I request to you to improve your service and make it fast or customer will loose hope in your company.

I have registered a complaint of general split ac 2 ton on 1st june for cooling issue.. but it is not solved then again i have called on 9 th june and 11th june on toll free for my complaint. I am using three ac of general 2 ton in april (IMRAN) from bulandshahr up general engineer had filled the Gas in outer for rs 3500 after that he is not coming to face coollent issue.

Now what i should do.. Is general is a worst company in service??

Hi,

I complained about my window ac on 30/06/18 and till date it is not resolved, First one technician came and without even inspection blamed that stabliser is faulty and closed the job sheet, i replaced that with new one but the problem was still there, so i complained against my existing complaint but nobody was ready to respond after numerous follow up and calls at call center another technician visited next day and this time he inspected that the PCB unit is faulty he said that needs to be taken to service center and will be repaired there only and suggested it will take 2-3 days time.

When i asked him why the other technician told this so he said i dont know sir, so immediately i called call center and executive there connected me to someone Mr Saurav Singh who is branch manager and sits in the head office i told him whole story and he assured me that everything will be done by 4/7/18 which i agreed but its 5/7/18 today and its still the same story i didn't called anyone yesterday because someone from their head office assured which is sad to see.

Now today i.e. around 10 AM i called the same technician who took the PCB and he said it repaired and will be fixed by today so i asked him to visit early as service center is approx 3 km from my residence to which he agreed and said will visit around 11.30AM so i was happy after few minutes another person called and said are you at home as we are coming to fix PCB so i said yes please come but after 2 hours nobody visited and when i called again that same person is now saying he will visit by evening as he is on to some other call.

Just one word PATHETIC.

I just received msgs stating that my problem has been resolved. I was given one number of some Khan this gentleman doesn't responds to your calls. I am in Jodhpur please resolve my problems. Don't ever buy any product of O general. This company doesn't have any status in India. None from the management bother to reply, I met with similar situation Gone by Brand and Purchased O general AC with hefty price where there is no cooling and the machine makes loud noise which makes sleepless night. Please don't buy AC of O general brand.
