Dear Sir,

In response to the Service Request AE 006031, your technician Mr Dinesh visited my premises on 05.05.2018 AN to set right the Western Flush system. He diagnosed that the component of flush system facilitating entry of water in to the tank and automatic stoppage thereof required replacement. While replacing the said(defective) component, he mishandled the Western Flush system resulting in to leakage of water near the bottom of flush system. I emphasize there was no leakage of water from the flush system which was satisfactorily operated by the technician just before start of work. Thereafter, he unscrewed the water tank of the flush system to understand the cause of the leakage. He found the fork-like plastic component damaged (causing water leakage from the flush system) and took its photograph(s) along with that of the cavity meant to house it.

At the time of leaving my premises, he assured me to return on 06.05.18 AN to restore the flush system. He did not turn up yesterday and is not expected to come today on account of non-availability of the above part with him as per the information given by him on phone. Please look in to the matter urgently and get the flush system restored with out any further delay.

Dear Sir,

I have your Italian Collection Western Flush System. The system after the installation has not worked properly and i have complained about it at your customer care a number of times.

Each time the guy from ur company comes checks it and says that from now onwards the system will work properly. Now again it has started causing problem. It is not retaining water. The water is continuously flowing. Being such a reputed company you should look into the matter.

Also the dearler of your's does not gives proper response from where i had purchased the system. I am from Kotdwar a town in Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter.

I have put a complaint in the hindware call centre for the concealed commode on June 7th. Mr pradeep visited from alwar. He checked the system and said it's repaired and asked for 250Rs. But immediately after he went I tried using it, it was not functional. I called him up on his mobile but he didn't reply... so I kept calling him up and then finally he received my call and said that he will visit day after, But till 27th June their is no response from him and he didn't come. I also mentioned to him whether I shall reopen the complaint but he refused and said that he will visit and set it right and I don't need to reopen the complaint.

Mr pradeep is an old service technician,so I trusted him as whenever I have put a complaint only he visits.... but for sure their is a problem every time that we face with him.

I need to mention this also as he didn't gave us any recipe of the visiting 250 He took from us ,where's he is very intelligent to take the satisfaction code even before he repairs the system. Kindly look into the matter as my flush for the commmode is still not functional in spite of repeated complaints... he hasn't visited again.

A company like hindware is not expected to keep such technicians who are here to make their personal money and not be transparent and true to the company. As in turn it spoils the reputation of hindware. Pls I hope that the complaint will be looked into and some follow up will be done,because this is not expected from a company like hindware.

Sir,

Each time the guy (hasimukh parmaar) from ur company comes checks it and says that from now onwards the system will work properly. Now again it has started causing problem. It is not retaining water. The water is continuously flowing. Being such a reputed company you should look into the matter.

Also now even your cutomer care number is not receiving my phone and giving any response. They also closed my complaint without resolving it. So much disappointed by the brand like hindware. I am from surat Gujarat. Kindly look into the matter.

I want to complain about Mr. Manish pandey, technician for his bad behaviour and nonworking experience. He appointed from hindware customer care service for installation chimney in my kitchen.he has no experience.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased your Hindware Cistern System. The system flush / water tank is not working properly since long and I have lodged so many complaints with your customer care so many times, (which can be varified from your record) My last complaint at customer care was lodged bearing no is CA014242 which was assigned to Mr Amar Pal Singh, who has not visited / contacted our home till date.

Your another technician Mr Ankit (Mobile No 9540475449) contacted us on 12.01.2020 and advise that our Cystern is faulty and is to be replace and it will cost Rs1800/-, Further he began to bargain on the price of parts. He asked to give him some Harpic and he cleaned the existing Cystern and re affixed the existing part in the system, (No new part was affixed by him) and told that from now the system will work properly.

He insisted me to pay Rs400/- (as labour charges) in cash, which was paid to him without any receipt, and further he asked for the Satisfaction Code, issued by your company, which was not shared by me stating that the Cystern will be keep under observation up to next evening. I have mentioned in the Call Report also which was prepared by Mr Ankit. (No copy of the same was issued to us).

Further I asked him that the complaint was assigned to Mr Amar pal Singh and is being attended by him,
He simply replied that this is as per their mutual convenience of the technicians of the company to attend the complaint of each other. In this connection i am regularly in touch with Mr Ankit to resolve the matter, which can be varified from his Mobile call report. On 13.01.2020 he has told that he was looking the Gurgaon Area & will attent our call on next day but he did not turned up. I again contacted him on 15.01.2020, but he has not given proper reply and he has misbehave with us and further said that you can complaint against him with the company.

Sir being such a reputed company I will like to share my suggestion with you, that have you lost your control over your such type of elements / staff who are damaging the most valuable goodwill of the brand HINDWARE. Is there any one to review the progress of the Call Reports and the valuable comments given by the customer. Another system of giving satisfaction code by your company does not have any meaning / purpose or it is fully useless, as is being considered in our case.

Once again you are requested to please depute the another technician to resolve the issue otherwise we shall lose the trust brand value Kindly look into the matter.

Ticket number WPR1871402 has been assigned to Engineer Vishal Singh and inspite of so many complaints through e mail and calls to customer care no heed has been paid and is pending since 30th Dec 2021 , shameful even after elapsing of 6 days neither any action nor any body approached to attend the product. What a worst service?

The product is having measure fault and is not being rectified by u. This is 2nd time when complaint has been lodged, ist time ur engineer just paid a flying visit and without asserting the fault closed the complaint and now 2nd time his whereabouts are not known, shameful and worst services, as i have been facing the problem of this worst item for the last 4 months and no heed is being paid.

Immediately either set it right or replace the item.
