I had purchase Honda CB hornet 160 on 3rd feb 2018. That time dealer committed to me 2500 cash back in 24 hours deposit into your PayTM wallet but when we are went their to delivered bike they said to me actually cashback is 1500 but still I don't have get any cashback. Its totally fraud Commitment. please take action against dealer otherwise I never recommended any other to purchase Honda vehicle.

Honda 2 wheeler management is very bad. I have New bike from Honda dealer hem agencies kandivali west and I am happy up to 1 St service of my bike. after 1st service get problem-sound come from engine. since last one month my bike lying in service center and Honda company have no time to resolve my complain.

Since last one month continue I regular sent mail and also remind on tall free. Very bad management.

Very bad experience with honda 2 wheeler. Honda dealer behavior like a shopkeeper, totally worthless service for honda bike. Compare hero service is too good.

I have purchased Activa 3G DLX from Kaizen honda, dealer, solapur, Maharashtra on 09th Feb 2018. In running position bike suddenly stooped and faced in starting problem within 1 year I have faced in said bike. So request to company replace bike or confirmation in written on issue from company or dealer.

On 8 /2/2018 i purchased a new Honda CB Shine bike in Madhya Pradesh, District Vidisha showroom in 67500 Rs. Its been just 1 month and its engine started to have problems, there was noise coming from the engine. I took it to the service center but they are asking for 5000 Rs to repair it.

My new bike is in service center from last four months due to manufacturing defect. Bus ak bat kah di jati he ki bike ko chq kar liya gya he koi problem nahi h bike me. Last four month se bhut pareshn hu me honda se.

Sir, I have dream Yuga purchased 2012.during servicing my bike petrol used for wash chain and sprocket gear and other accessories.plz tell for servicing,service centre provide kerosene or petrol if yes take action. agrawal honda, bandikui, dist- dausa Rajasthan 303313.

I purchased Honda Activa 125 from Aurangabad waluj from lakhaniya Honda. THeir behavior is so rude and this is 3rd month of purchasing bike they still not give me passing. Still my bike in showroom for passing. (I gave hard cash for the bike). I contact for customer care.. from last 15 days I give follow-up of customer care but the did nothing.

I purchase new Honda Activa 4G on january 2018. Scooty first service done on 270 KM and scooty total run 650 km upto 07-05-2018. Between this periods scooty get problem to start. Service engineer 2 time spark plug change but problem is not solved. Scooty is stopped get not start in market.I did call to service engineer. The unable to solve this problem. I m fully disappointed by Honda.

U don't have manner to talk n don't have service quality, Washing is very bad. Problem has not resolved till after complaint also.

I am customer of your Shanti Honda Branch, VISHRANTWADI Pune Maharashtra. Your service centre situated in VISHRANTWADI is providing worst service I have ever experienced. People of Shanti Honda Service Centre don't even find the Job Card after they serviced the bike. Word experience I ever had.

I purchased Honda activa 125 cc just two months ago from Regency Honda Rehari jammu (j&k) but now my Scooter become a piece of scrap and as such it didn’t start... it’s 11:27 pm n i am middle of nowhere and the scooter stopped working. When I tried d customer care number they said service is available from 8am to 9am..... Bad experience.

I have purchased Activa 5G. From the time i have purchased its having starting problem and its been only 25 days since bought. Since complaining on 3.6.2018 to Honda service center there has been no solution. At the time of free service too i mentioned it but nothing was done.

I am using Honda activa, I faced many time this issue, Anand Honda Sarjapur road bangalore. They don't accept vehicle for service and also not proper service the reason they give is they don't have enough space. service engineer so always ask to bring vehicle some other day. i don't understand when Japanese company don't have enough bandwidth of giving after sales service to customer why they are selling more vehicles this is not acceptable by japanese company they should shut down the operation or start giving service.

Its been only 5 months since i bought my bike Honda Shine but it get so hot like its engine will blast. There is also problems with the gears, its keep getting stuck. Do not buy Honda CB Shine SP at any cost, very bad bike. The service center at Jhaveri, Mumbai is the worst service point.

When I ask for booking on service.The employee lady says you have to come on 11:30a.m. but when I reached at 10:40 a.m., I am already late as shown here.Timing given 2 p.m. but not started on time.When you are world leader told and show such poor services.

I have purchased Honda CB Sine from SHABEEL MOTORS ON 13TH JUNE 2018. From the date of purchase the vehicle got vibrating, so that several time I was insisted to the shabeel engineers stile they are not rectified after completion first service. And simply says this all not issues nowadays Honda come like that only. Due to this issues I have physical & mental pain. Hence I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY. Complaint on VERY VERY BAD SERVICE from EVM Honda, Neeramankara, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

i gave my honda dio (Reg No.KL 01 CF 5648) for service from the above mentioned dealer service center on 11/08/2018. I didn,t mentioned any complaint over the vehicle, only asked for oil change and general check ups

When i got the vehicle back from the service center i found the key is in a bended form i asked the man gave me the vehicle about it he took the key and gone to the upper floor and returned the key after making it straightened. As i was in a hurry i received the vehicle and now i find very difficult to open and close the lock. they completely destroyed the lock. very very irresponsible work from the service centre.

I have purchase a new bike Honda Dream Yuga on may 2018 (3 month) And both tyres are cracks. Customer services centre are not reply me. I suggest any person than honda bike is very very very bad bike.
