On 02-05-2018, I have paid electricity bill no. 1103918D290852205 for Rs. 370/- dated 29-4-2018 through PAYTM vide ELECTYRICITY CONNECTION NO. W41 BN 690443L AND CONTRACT ACCOUNT NO. 3002737609, but amount Rs. 370 is deducted from my bank account THROUGH PAYTM. No receipt is generated. Please RECEIPT be generated and receipt be delivered me. Payment not successful. Rs. 370 be deposited in my wallet.

I am Mukesh Arya my paytm no. 9999552929, My paytm payment QR card not working. You customer card executive told that you are block my QR card. Is the reason that I was scanned my QR card and made some payment in to bank. I remembered I have not done this type of payment. If your system showed this type of transaction then tell me when I do this.

If your system does not show this kindly of think then please reopen this account.

I have not received my cash back amount to my paytm wallet yet.. my order no.5085475389 and 5085511997. I got no response from paytm services... please help me.

I have recharged my number and selected the payment option as PayTM. My recharge got cancelled in middle. I have received msg that I will receive my refund within 7 day. After calling customer service they told me it will get refunded within 21 days but its been 1 and half months I hv not received my refund and this month again this the same thing.

Very bad customer service by PayTM, worst experience. I want my both refund.
