I have taken a Godrej main door lock 2 yrs back at Bhubaneswar, odisha not operating properly. Customer care not carrying nor attending the call.

My Godrej main door lock is not working properly, it is 3 Lever (Tribolt model). We are scared to go out once it got locked we find it difficult to open. My contact no. 9841774087. We are feeling that we have chosen a worst customer service it seems.

No body from customer care is lifting call.We are in pain and facing problem. How you people say it emergency 24/7 number.

We are biggest door manufacturer i.e. GMP TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. in India.....now will never recommend my purchase team to attend any call from Godrej.

I have purchased a main door lock around 2 months one of there best and it has stopped working i filled a complaint technician was suppose to visit us within 3 days and it has passed a month i tried calling them again and again no response. I would suggest dont go for godrej locks they are only good for marketing strategies with zero customer support weather it concerns to pre or post.

We purchased 10 main door locks from Godrej. The installation team is not professional. Very worst fixing.

I have taken a Godrej main door lock 9 month yback at navi Mumbanot operating properly. Customer care not carrying nor attending the after 6 days . many times called but got false commitment. Not able to lock my main door. Very bad Godrej service and when I called service technician was talking rudely.

The company runs a scheme for free lock fitting but unfortunately when we buy a lock and it has problems in fitting in our door and the mechanic make two visits to the place of fitting we are charged for to fitting of the lock. This need to addressed clearly while selling the lock. The distributors has to ensure he gets necessary
information on type of the door before providing us with a correct lock.

I have purchased the 3 ton Godrej NAV TAL ultra xl at Badlapur chourastha in hyd, I locked it window rod, and again would like to open but I can not. pl advise me how to open.

I bought two GODREJ 6082 Lock (830110) (A door lock with latch) from M/s SHANKAR HARDWARES AND PAINTS on 24-Feb-2022 through Invoice No. 18416.

Now the problem is this that three keys are working well but one is only working from one side. And now that same key stuck in lock and not coming out even after pulling it out. I'm sending the copy of bill and snaps of lock.
Please solve my problem as early as possible.
