I would like to inform you that i have buy a new jupiter scooter from shivam enterprises jammu but after 15 days i face lot of problems with jupiter like self not working and many other problems. when i contact dealer they gave me not a positive response. Their mechanics are not able to satisfy the customer. worst experience with tvs.

Self start is not working properly, i already informed to service center 03 months back but my problem was not sought, now recently 02 days before servicing was made in same service center but the problem which was faced by me is not sought, starting is main problem of my new scooter Jupiter.

I had purchased jupiter in the year 2017 and my vehicle number is GA-04-M-5513, register at Bicholim RTO office.

Dear sir,

I complained before two month about my problem, to customer support helpdesk, customer conduct and area officers. till date no response,what ever it suffered only normal people. so may wep sites and email id toll free number, phone numbers but no use, only use for high society peoples, I dont know law. I have not money, only human being.

This is Nanda kumar from Hyd. Am purchased TVS Star City Plus ES on 14th of Oct 2017 from Suheel motors Kukatpally. When am purchased the bike on that am faceing problem with bike.The service people taking the bike and kept the bike till evening.

On 300 KMS Replaced the Shocks, Open the Engine, Low mileage after service, Pick up drop.

My bike have a probleam at since last 9 month but your responsibale person not solve.

I have purchased my TVS Jupiter (BSIV) from K.S. MOTERS PVT LTD 54/222,madhyam marg, mansarover ,Jaipur-302020 on15/06/2018 having Chassis No. MD626EG49H3E58641 and Engine No. EG4DH2159778. The petrol meter is not in working properly from very Ist day. After changing old petrol meter the new one is not working properly till date.

After the three services the Petrol Millage is very poor only 35Km/Litre which is nearly half as per your advertisement. This shows that company is cheating to customer, which is very bad for the credit of company.

When I was at your service centre at Gutkar on dated 15/4/18 Your washer man did not do the satisfactory job. WHEN I TOLD HIM THEN HE said, I have sprayed water on your bike before doing service.

Tvs Jupiter body is company fault. Don’t purchase tvs Jupiter, company sells damaged & defective scooter. Showroom ignores any customer complain.

My TVS sport is also not giving average, showed in service center but the problem is not solved.

I have purchased tvs zupiter zx in jan 2018 by cash. still they have not given me my RC and insurance paper. last 10 day my zupiter was making noise from silencer and after running 4 to 5 km it stopped. when i take it to the service agency they charge me RS 70 for petrol saying that they are taking it to another agency solving noise problem because they can not solve this problem and also charge RS 400 changing some part, owner was behaving very badly. My bike number DL2S Q 3120 18 months old only. Service continues completely in service centre at Om tvs Badarpur school road. Today 1st time pollution failed... Why? I want solve this problem with pick and drop because I have not extra time for this 3rd class work and pollution cost 71rs.

Have purchased a new tvs jupiter vechile registration no. MH 19 DA 5612 on 21st Sept 2017 from Pankaj Tvs Bhusaval Dist Jalgaon got a very bad experience in these 9 months while vechile running engine stops automatically complain given to dealer three to four times bt no proper solution Honda Activa is ever best than these tvs jupiter.

I have TVS Jupiter scooter and its having some problem or the other since Januray 2018. I visited the dealer and tell my problem but its not solved satisfactorily. One problem is solved and another starts. The service center personnel doent even talk properly. Dehradoon, Uttarakhand.

Dear Sirs,

I own a TVS scooty streak and gave it for service at TVS center in Peravallur. After analysis the showroom have detected various problems with several parts and I accepted to replace few components.

However the service was not upto the mark while riding the vehicle the issue seems to be much worse and have put my life at risk. I don't feel there is proper control as I ride. Due to the service center unprofessional service yesterday public and my life was at major risk in a highly traffic street. I assume the vehicle was delivered without proper test.

I am sumit pal singh, i had purchased apache 160 RTR at oct 2017 from dahiya tvs showroom dehradun. From starting i was not satisfied with this bike their is no good sound no good pickup like BS3 APACHE RTR BIKE. i ride my friends bike that is BS3 APACHE RTR 160 very much difference with those bike and my bike, even my friends also feel deference and told me. I had done 3 services from "D.S AUTOMOTIVE MOHAKMPUR MAJRA MAFI HARIDWAR ROAD DEHRADUN" but i am not happy with those services and staff behaviour also.

They not listen what customer say and what he want and there mechanic also not good qualified its not only my feedback its many people feedback. i show there my bike they take ride many time and say all the time its good not any problem.

At my last visit 06/09/2018 with my friend and his old BS3 APACHE BIKE and i say look both bike and see deference but they not see deference. i had done all 3 services from thare (D.S AUTOMOTIVE)at first they call me every day but when i registered complaint there that not call me for my bike service. i was waiting for call. now my bike service time is over before 1 month.

(I am not satisfied with this bike not satisfied with staff and not satisfied with mechanic, there is no one is good qualified mechanic).

Now my bike head light is fused after done last service from there when i was go back my home. i see bike headlight is fused and they said its not come with warranty.

Conclusion- in future i will not buy tvs bike and will not suggest to any one.

I heard this bike is good i see good feedback after than i purchased this bike but since first day i am not happy with this bike.

I thought its defected bike. I feel waste of my money in this bike.

I buy a jupiter from casa tvs Vijayawada 520007 A.P in March 2018. From day 1 I have facing a problem with vehicle which is pushing right side very badly. It is effected my shoulder also. The service center couldn't have a proper technician. They don't solve my problem. I mentioned in every service period. Last week I give my vehicle to service center. Till my vehicle is there But can't do any thing with it.. Wrost service, Waste my time.

Hi web, I have budget bike apache 180.cc matte red. when your dealer promised to provide good service. But we in future not suggest buy that company bike. i am from last one month complaint no person providing status when my complaint will reslove. Also complaint no is not provided.

I own a TVS Apache RTR 200 last 4 months ago since the very next day it's start getting wit problems after the service for the same issue is been found wit other problems.yesterday my friends just saved was about to meet a big accident but touchwood he was save. now I want to get rid out of it. Or else I'll destroy the same vehicle outside of the TVS sales Center. #pissedtvs

Very bad TVs company q ki mai aj app ni scooty repairing karvane gaya tha to ussne mana kardi aur badtamiji say bat kar rha tha.

I visited the tvs workshop with my apache 180 for. My fifth service in rohtak haryana but there is no facility provide by the dealers regards service and they give time near about 1 hours but i received vehicles in evening and what i found that tbey have done nothing with my bike after service my bike was same as before service i complaints them about tht concirn but they have no react on that issue and called me that this problem has no Solutions do what you want.

This is Muthulakshmi from sivakasi, we have bought the tvs scooter zest at sivakasi TVs exclusive showroom. But i have bad experience in service & battery. i have raised the problem twise at the service center they have recharged the battery and gave me, but i am same issue not able to do self start & kicker also. I bought the tvs zest in June 10 2018. itself, why we are buying scooter for ladies self start bikes & tvs scooter. so i already raised the issue to showroom to replace the battery. Replaced battery but I face same issues.I am suffering a lot please help me.

I have purchased new model TVS XL 100 HD i-TOUCH , within one month the problem start. More than 15 days the mechanic is not able to identify the problem. Service department of TVS bike is very bad.
