Sir, I would like to inform you that on behalf of my purchase of the product GB CARGO self Design for men and women Raincoat order I'd: OD211929015525680000.

I ordered two quantity not one quantity only..but when I recieved and also check it I got only one raincoat... as per my order and quantity I ordered two quantity. In the packet it's written two. But, I got only one raincoat. Also, I have already paid 848.00 to the delivery person for two items.

As i have ordered the bluetooth speaker but the speaker is not in good condition. i have reported for and was told that it will be changed. But after they didn't change i called again they said your must report in 72hours. Both the side they are making on me but the worst experience of my life to order from flipkart. Flipkart sucks.

I need to know some details about buy with exchange. why there is no option of Lennovo K8 plus for buy with exchange offer? there many mobiles which are not added in the list even they are from same brands also. If you add Lennovo K8 plus mobile in the option then it would be very much helpful to buy new mobiles with exchange offer. Hoping customers will be getting this option soon.

I bought Moto G5s Plus (Order Number: OD211940706863251000) from Flipkart and same got delivered on 6th April, 2018.

When I started using it, it gets overheated in only 15 min while talking. I have raised a return request for the same and next day Flipkart has rejected it.

Next day again I raised the return request, it is again rejected by stating that they were unable to contact me but I didn't get any call or SMS from any Flipkart person. So again, I raised a return request and this time a technician has been assigned to visit. When technician came and checked the phone, he said it is not heating but actually it was.

Technician has given me some paper on which I have mentioned that the problem is not resolved and I am not satisfied with it and signed on that paper. Still my return request has been cancelled by Flipkart

When I again raised a return request again same thing happened, they have assigned a technician. When I called Flipkart asking about this, they replied that according to technician there is no problem with the phone.

Now I know that either technician is lying or he has manipulated the report. I am not only frustrated with the Flipkart service but also going through lots of mental harassment. I think I have done a very big mistake by purchasing the phone from Flipkart.

I have purchased the things from others online portal like Amazon also previously but never faced thins kind of problem with them. By looking at this I will not suggest anyone in my family to purchase anything from Flipkart in coming future .

If within 48 hours it will not be refunded then I am going to give this exact feedback for this product. I know it may be deleted from your admin but still I will do my job as many times you delete.

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is very disheartening to say that I have been completely dissatisfied by the service of your courier delivery partner- ekart.

I ordered a back cover of samsung galaxy s7 edge with order ID- OD211987406052130000 on 6th April 2018, and the same had already reached on 12th April 2018 to its destination city Dhanbad, even I received the message from ekart that the shipment would be delivered by the evening of 12th April by Courier boy whose contact number mentioned was 9263482793.

The courier delivery boy was completely nonsense, highly unprofessional, highly rude in his behaviour. He even didnt respond to my calls in the evening of 12th April 2018 and yesterday on 13th April 2018, when I again called him up, he assured me that my shipment eould be delivered by the evening but till 6pm I hadnt received my shipment. When at 6:30pm I called him, he straightaway said that - ekart does not provide delivery to the preferred destination area- Old Station Railway Colony and for further clarification, he told me that I should complain the issue to the flipkart and get the problem solved by themselves only because Ekart is not going to deliver the same anymore.

That is the reason why I don't prefer to choose Flipkart, since the delivery chain highly unprofessional. I have made the full payment of my product but still I havent received my product. I am posted in Asansol (WB) as a government employee. I dont have the time to visit ekart office on the weekdays.

But the thing is that the courier delivery boy needs to be rusticated from his service with immediate effect.

So, I request you to kindly take stringent action against him without fail, and if this doesnt happen I would never going to do any dealings with the flipkart in future.

HP LaserJet Pro M104a Printer - was purchased online by me on 29-3-2018 from FLIPKART, which is a product of No-2 among you from no-3 among you. The order id given by no-1 among you for the same is OD211914515862721000.The payment was made through my credit card attached to State Bank of India, Main branch, Palakkad. The product was delivered on 6-4-2018 to the above mentioned address. After connecting the same with power supply and computer I could hear some unusual sound from it. Moreover the paper inserted was come out torned in its first printing job itself due to the manufacturing defect of its Toner. On that day itself I complained the same through the website of no-1 amount you. Since the same was responded even after 24 hours I made a call to the tollfree customer care number of No-1 among you ((18002089898)) and no-1 among you promised to refund the money paid by me on return the product.

After that from 9-4-2018 onwards I received SMSs to my mobile number: 9961772242 stating that you would pick up the same on the end of the day. But it was not yet returned till this date. On verification with your website I came to understand that the product was not from an authorized seller by HP in India to sell its products online. So I approach a authorized HP service centre in Palakkad to get the toner changed.

This is clearly a deficiency of service and irresponsible act from your side. Due to your irresponsible act I could not use the product for about 2 weeks after making payment for the same. I am entitled to compensate for the hardship and mental agony due to the same and all of you are equally liable to pay the compensation.

I have purchased Red me note 4 on 21-Jan-2018, also i am facing problem that the mobile is taking to much time to charge from the first month. i also have reported to service center but didnt get any response, always they are giving many excuses. Yesterday when i forced a lot then they took my set and see the fault and said they have change the Sub board but the problem is not solved. I have also reported to your toll free number, and searched this mail id also. Request to help in this regard, because from 3 months i am facing problem. Bill attached for your reference. Hello flipkart,

On 10th may 2018 I received my order for mobile phone Honor 9 lite (order No- OD212261757859324000). The camera quality for this phone is very poor. So the very next day I made my mind to exchange it with Samsung galaxy on max phone. But today dated 13 may 2018 I came to know that this product have only option for the replacement with same model and exchange and refund policy is not applicable with this product.

About this policies previously I don't have any idea. Today only your executives told me about the terms and conditions with this product. But now I want to exchange it with Samsung on max. I am regularly contacting flipkart customer service for the same.

And my question is I have spent 10999 on honor 9 lite but it's camera is literally like a local China brand phone. So what's the point of being using that phone forcefully if you are not exchanging it with some other handset. This phone is complete waste for me. I have tried of Calling you people and spoken with manager level also but not a single person is helping me out with is problem.

Is this the kind of services flipkart provide to their valuable customers. I am really dissatisfied with this product's camera, so this is the responsibility of flipkart to do some exceptions for the customers by keeping aside their hidden policies and conditions.

This phone (Honor 9 lite) is waste for me now. And flipkart cannot force me to keep this phone with its extra pathetic qualities. Please exchange it with Samsung galaxy on max, I am ready to pay the extra differential amount for new phone purchase.

This is my highly request to flipkart please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise I have to escalate the matter to social networking or C.E.O desk.
