I am calling to customer care the have pick my call and kept me on hold continues y the are ignoring the customer y there are customer support 4 times I have call to customer care again n again refreshing the hold y ... this is your customer support? From 9:20 iam calling again and again.

For over a week now I have been requesting assistance to undo the data loss the latest firmware update caused. I have paid 280 dollars in support fees, but there has not been any support provided, let alone a tech support member logging into the device as promised to investigate whilst it sat in debug mode. I am disgusted with the lack of assistance I have been given and will never purchase another netgear product. I would like the 280 dollars I have been charged to be refunded as no actions have been taken warranting that kind of charge. Please honour this request or I will have no other recourse to follow other than the ombudsman and my lawyer.

I suggest to dont by any router from netgear. Customer service of netgear is not for customer help.

I spoke to your net gear customer service. Good technician helped me with the connection difficulties with my tv.

I have a readynas 2120 with 3TB HDD in 3 slots. Can i change it to 4 TB HDD ? Is there any compatibility issues with 4 TB ? Its running on RAID 5 now.

My Wi-Fi isn't working and I had 2 computers (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and I hooked it up upstairs and my mom told me to put it downstairs so I did. We don't know how to hook it up can you please help me.

Does netgear still provide chat for technical support? I cannot find a link that works. Netgear support sucks. They are sand ni***rs that speak poor english. Very difficult to understand. I spent $30.00 on my minutes phone trying to get my wifi problem solved- they did not provide a resolution. I now have this opinion of netgear "f**k netgear.
