I have successfully filled order with promo code applied with offer 8000/- but then after i raise my query with paytm for my cashback but paytm says u have not applied promocode maybe? this is insane completely i need my cashback from paytm. if company not getting anything serious in this matter we will take serious action legally from 2nd of april 2018.

I have recharged by idea number 9525209803 and the order number is 4898935536. The order history says that the recharge is successful but the phone has not been credited.

Also, I mailed my grievance to care@paytm.com but in vain. Why do I have to download your app to register a complaint. Why there is no executive with whom I can talk or a mail id where the complaint can be registered?

Dear Sir/Mam,

I edited my profile on 9058795880 and updated another number 9286743233 and in this number I already had paytm account so I clicked on option no,I do not have account on this.In 90558795880 Kyc was already done that's why I want to update my number in that account. Due to this my account balance on 9286743233 reduce to zero. kindly solve the issue and return my paytm balance. I had around Rs 750 on my 9286743233 paytm wallet.

PLEASE resolve this as soon as possible, and I am not able to communicate you guys through your customers care number.
