Ola customer care representative also don't know. why they suspended my account I have 1200 INR aprox. in ola money. they are real cheater.

I need to know that why my account is blocked i haven't book any cab and haven't cancel any cab and support people shows this error message..

"Your account is blocked, please contact customer care to know more."

Please let me know why my account is blocked.

My latest trip charged lot of extra money it generally charges around 40rs for that trip but this time it charged around 93. Also my another ola account is blocked for no reason. I want my money back and another account to be unblocked asap.

Dear our respected managers,

This is to inform to you that,I was booked your service on 12th March 2018 at 6.20A.M from Baranagar Niyogipara to Dumdum Airport. But your basic service man (Mr. Mukesh KR,CRN-1596768244) was canceled my booking.

So, my respected managers,can you please tell me,if your company taking the booking from customer,then how your primary service man(driver) rejected this???? I remembered,on 12th June 2017 I was booked your service from Dumdum Airport to Ananya Cinema,but unfortunately I was failed to search your CAB within 10 minuets and your COMPANY penalized me@75/- due to your company norms.

So our managers,Can you tell me, who is the responsible person for my compensation? YOU or YOUR COMPANY or YOUR DRIVER????

Sir, I know, I am not get any reply in future from your side. so I promise you I will continuously convey this issue to all my relatives & my all colleagues and I will force them for delete this OLA apps from his/her phone.

What is this, why my account is suspended? this is not fare. plz resolve that issues. I am the regular customer and not violated any rules . When there was a notification from ola app, i was just reading the message and suddenly this message is coming as your account is blocked. It is so funny and irritating. You are only losing the valuable customer.

I book ola on sunday evng from mandavali to akshardham. driver dint came at location still i reach at his location bt by mistake i book only 1 seat in sharing but we were 2 person. so he said u have to pay double i agree i said ok bt i want receipt for whole amount. He said no ill give only fr 1 person when i ask that then y r u asking double he said that ill be mine. when i denied he misbehave and said go out of the car.. after that when i complaint about this online. so my riding charges was paid bt i dint ride on the cab.

Sec thing on same day when i was coming back again i book ola i thought like some time happens bt i was wrong cab reach at location i was checking online bt in my opposite direction. so i call driver his no. Was busy i wait 5min again i call no. Was busy my call was on waiting approx 15 to 20min i wait no. Was busy after that he pick the call and said i reach come here i cross the road bt when i reach at cab location car was nt there and my booking was cncld......really bad service ill never use ola.

Hi,

I booked a cab today morning at 8 .10 when i called the driver to ask where have he reached. since i was getting late he said he was at khadar although when his location was reflecting of sarita vihar. I said i am getting late he started talking very rudely. i thought he is not the right person to travel due to security issues, I cancelled the ride. He started calling me from unknown numbers at 8.20, i picked the call and he started using very abusive language. He said ki main dekh lunga tujhe tu mujhe janti ni h main local hun yaha ka.

Please advise is this the safety standard of ola. No action has been taken against the driver till now. I lodged a complaint and ola customer executive said he will send a mail id to send the screen shots of calls. I have already mailed from my registered email id.

I am really concerned of my safety. I will never ever recommend ola to anybody moreover i am concerned of my safety .i m a working female and travel on daily basis to gurgaon.

I booked Ola from Surajkund to Terminal 1D via Vaishali. Now after reaching at airport cab driver asked me extra 100 rupess for toll fees and later on I got msg from Ola app toll fees was included in payment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my frustration and protest against your shoddy service and shady practices. On March 24 I had a booking for an ola cab to take me to Bengaluru airport at 2.55 am on 25 March. I get a message at 2.28 am that a Mr Nataraja is on his way to my location. Etios KA53D0930. At 2:34 am I get another message that I will be charged Rs. 75 for the cancelled ride.

I had not seen these messages since I was washing up to to ride the cab at 2:55 am. At 2:50 am I couldn't make sense of the messages. I tried to contact the driver. The message was that the number does not exist. I tapped the message to go to support section to claim a refund. I tried to dial the number of the service center. Once again the number does not exist.

Then at 2:55 am suddenly a missed call appears on my phone without any ring. I tried to ring back and the number does not exist. This whole affair looks organized freud to claim Rs 75. This is the second time it is happening. Last time it was in Delhi, riding to the air port.

So now you owe me Rs 500 as the excess fare I had to pay for your shoddy service and another Rs 5000 for the mental agony. In protest, I am deleting your app from my phone.

Ola auto is the waste service.... I have booked auto for 3-4 times, but no auto wala was responding. If they confirm the booking after 5min they will cancel the trip n sometime I waited for 15min after that they cancelled the trip. If you guys are cancelling our trips you guys also give us bonus +50rs. if we are cancelling your trip you guys are detecting our 50rs. So you guys also give us 50rs.

You Ola waste services. If you cannot handle then close the company.. f*** services.

Yesterday (30/03/2018) I booked a ola auto from my resident (26/7, vivekanandapuram 1 st street west mambalam, chennai) 33 to south west boag road t.nagar which is less than 4 km and the estimated bill was Rs.29 only where as to my surprise the final bill was rs.62, even after applying rs.17.1 discount. That means that the overall cost is rs.79/= Even a common auto will charge only rs.50/ for this ride the auto was driven by mr VENKATARAMAN and the trip ended at 12. 29 pm.

What is the reason for this abnormal charging? Please arrange to refund the excess amount of rs.50.

I wanted to go from Mangalore to later on 30.03.18. So I booked a ola taxi for which fare was showing as Rs 569. The driver called me up saying that he does not get return customer. He told me that if u want to go, the same taxi can provide the service but at a cost of Rs 1000.

If this is the state of affairs,then what is the use of your taxi service for people like us. Please make a authentic service rules telling some places are not under the purview of this service so that passengers are clear about the places they can travel and inconvenience to passengers can be avoided.

I have booked ola cab outstation from Gurugram to Agra on 26 march'18( vehicle number HR61C-9376). before journey estimated price was shown as Rs.2817/- and after termination of journey it was shown Rs3219/-.but the driver charged me Rs.4800/-. please clarify whether it was proper or not. And no receipt of that has been given by the driver.

I am a regular traveller by ola auto. But since two days i am unable to book an auto as it is showing... 'no autos'. Finding it very difficult without ola auto. Kindly help me in this regard.

I had booked OLA cab on 15th April at around 9.58 pm. The cab did not reach the site even after 10 minutes and found cancelled by the driver. Again I had to book another cab from that place which took around 15 minutes to reach. But these OLA people coolly charged me cancellation fee without verifying facts. It is really disgusting.

I regret to raise the issue of poor service of Ola , Today I booked a Ola Car from Viman Nagar – Pune to Alandi (Pune) at 7.55 Am and booking was confirmed and allotted taxi of Mr. Raju Fand (mobile no 9822316507 ( See CRN no 696727831) , but despite of my various call to Driver, he could not pick up phone as I waited for at least 20-25 minutes but nobody comes for pick up. (ultimately I cancelled the booking after 30 minutes of booking).

I unnecessary late to reached my office due to poor service of OLA and also miss the imported meeting. I request you to kindly take necessary action against the driver to avoid such instance.

Please open my account, it was blocked because i could not take the auto ride which i booked. I called driver multiple times but its phone was switched off may be because of network. Its not my fault, it may be network issue.

I have booked WB04G 6779 on 20/4/2018. The driver Nand Lal. He is a very misbehaved person. He intentionally kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes by saying that why I have not called him immediately after booking. So he get angry and kept us waiting, I was shocked. If this will be the type of service from Ola, I have to think many times before booking a cab from your end.

I took an ola auto through online booking... Ref: ph: 8680937072/ as we had big purchase which cannot be carried by two wheeler, I sent my daughter n mother in law in the auto. Driver had demanded 40 rs extra than the 142Rs Fare. they had paid extra 190Rs for carrying luggage with them. What is the point of booking ola if we are again subjected to fleecing by driver...?! Regret experience...AJm.
