I want to stay in hotel and will check-in at 8 in the morning and check-out room by 9 in the night on same day, So check-in and check-out dates being the same day is not allowed and how to confirm this and customer care is allowed only people having trip-id to speak for any query. PLEASE RESPOND.

You booked tickets for R.Sivaraman and me for travel from Chennai to Hyderabad on 13.3.2018 by Indigo Flight 6E315 leaving MAA at 12.50 and reaching Hyderabad at 14.05 hrs. The booking was done through Clear trip with Trip ID 180308162320. The Airline PNR was R9DHHI. We were allotted seats 2C and 2D. On 12th night we were informed Flight 6E315 would not operate on 13th March and our booking was changed to Indigo Flight 6E624 departing from Chennai Airport at 13.55 hours and reaching Hyderabad at 15.05 hours. We travelled by that flight.

2. For our return trip from Hyderabad to Chennai on 14th March, we were booked in 6E3174 scheduled to leave Hyderabad at 19.15 hours and reach Chennai at 20.30 hours. That was also done through Clear trip with Trip ID 180308162464. Airline PNR was YEQ7NJ. Seats allotted were 3E and 3F.

3. When we reached the Chennai Airport on 13th. I was given to understand that operation of Flight 6E315 had been stopped quite a few days back. Indigo staff told us that it was not as if the flight did not operate on 13th March only. According to the staff the flight had been stopped more than 10 days prior to that. All this information was given to me when I told them that we had confirmed tickets by Flight 6E315 with allotted seats of 2C and 2D and requested for quick delivery of luggage at Hyderabad Airport on reaching there by Flight 6E624 which we had to take because of sudden cancellation (as per our understanding) of flight 6E315. The following point needs to be answered.

If the version of Indigo staff that 6E315 was not being operated since atleast more than 10 days prior to 13th March was correct, how is that Cleartrip issued tickets for travel on 13th March by Flight 6E315 and with particular seat allotments. Whether Indigo was lying or whether Cleartrip was at fault?

4. When we reached Hyderabad Airport on 14th March to take the flight 6E3174, we were allotted seats 27D and 27E. When I told them that we were allotted seats 3E and 3F as per Clear trip booking and why seats were changed. I was told by the staff that system did not record seat bookings of 3E and 3F for Sivaraman and me. It is necessary to find out
i) How Cleartrip gave the seat numbers as 3E and 3F ? We must have paid for the seats. After paying the money, why we should be denied the seats?
ii) How the seat allotments given by Clear trip was denied by Indigo? Something is basically wrong with

Indigo system or Cleartrip or both. Probably they were all collecting seat allotment charges from more than one for the same seat and blamed each other and the system. Please do enquire from Cleartrip and let me know. I wish to pursue the case with Consumer Court.

I have booked two Return Tickets for Mumbai-Delhi Mumbai on 15/07/2018 at 10.20 pm. Mumbai- Delhi on 16/8/2018 and Return on 19/08/2018 by AIR INDIA. I have an issue related with refund of ₹4794,which I have cancelled ticket on 4/9/2018. Ticket no isBG566Q (koc-Hyd) on 12/10/2018. Money has not been refunded back. Please make it fast for me.

I have booked a return ticket from new delhi to vancouver and Toronto to New Delhi.. $950 deducted from my account. I have not received any trip I'd email and there is no number to call as they ask trip I'd to proceed. From where should I get trip id. Their service is disgusting.

When I searched for train travel from Delhi to Pune it displayed list of trains. The travel time for for "Ypr S Kranti Express -22686" is showing only 2 hours. It is missing the 24 hours window. Please rectify as this is a misleading information. Thanks.

I paid for seats by cleartrip but when I cancelled from Indigo airlines. I came to know that Indigo already refund the money to cleartrip but from last 2 weeks I am sending a mail to cleartrip for refund. I didn't received any reply from cleartrip.

The worst site I found in my life.... The worst.
