Hero bike engines are not good conditions and also service are very poor not satisfaction to consumer, dealers are not correctly response to consumer. My brother buy the hero splendor+ on 2-2-2016. Now the bike is 2 years old the bike only run 25000 km every 2000 km correctly but the engine is sound badly. so i call the customer care and contact the showroom they are not response correctly. so please not buy the hero bikes this is my experienced opinion.

I have purchased by hard cash one short payment dec 2017 new Hero Maestro Edge. But some gone starting problem start. Hero customer care is 3rd class services it’s service is bad all customer care busy and service close. Pls update me actually I don’t use maestro edge. Pls return me my payment.

Dear team,

This is to inform you that I was purchased one splendor pro on date 17-08-2015. At the time of servicing I was complaint to your dealership regarding self noisy but they are not listing my problem and ignore the concern. Today they are saying your clutch set has been finished I was also replacement my clutch set on 31000Km now my vehicle has Run only 35000km. I just want to asked you what is the quality of clutch set? I am also worked Hyundai and Nissan as a Warranty Manager. Now I am working with Apollo tyres as a service engineer. I now very well how to maintain vehicle. I want replace my clutch within warranty.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i have left my Two Wheeler Hero Duet( TN 59 BT 5104) and got serviced and delivered on 03.03.2018 in Sri vari automobiles - Thirumullaivoyal.

I have left service that my two wheeler is not able to start even by kick start and after service from yesterday night the same problem persists. Even it had a ride of only 5 days again i am unable to start the bike from yesterday night. When enquired in SRIVARI automobiles where i have left service they have informed that due to battery weak the bike is not getting started through kick.(What is the link between battery weak and Kick Start).

Then they are saying that we are not responsible for service. what the answer is this?? they are not able to service and the answer was also very rude to me. Even after the service the bike is not starting due to improper service and harsh response from the automobile dealer.

Now for the past two days i am coming through bus and i contacted srivari automobile and they are asking me to take the bike to service showroom. Why, i have to take the bike for their improper service for an about of 8 kms from my home. I need a proper explanation from SRIVARI automobile and apologize me for their RASH behaviour.

WE ARE CONSUMER, WE PAY FOR THE SERVICE KINDLY LET ME A SOLUTION.

At Udaipur VSS enterprises Hero(RAJASTHAN), Customer care officer named - Prakash Tiwari. He did not solve our problem related service issue. When i gave my pleasure at service centre at VSS some of my parts got damaged. They are claiming that these parts are originally damaged. Before i gave my vehicle all things are good. Kindly note that under his guidance mismanagement of vehicles parts are going on. Kindly i request u that do look into this matter. Hope the team is not doing to all of their customers.

I have purchase new bike passion pro i3s but faced lot of issues in new bike and dealer is not response problem and also the service quality is very bad. so don't purchase any hero bike or scooter.

Uni bikes hero kashidih, Jamshedpur service center doesn't work properly. There nothing happens with serial number. And manager behavior is very bad.

My bike is RJ42SD4875 and i had given it for service. It was given me back within 5 hours and it was not even washed properly. Amit Auto Agencies, Kishangarh, Ajmer, Rajasthan is very bad service center.

I have given my bike Hero Splendor Pro , with Regd no: AP29 CC 2801to HARI OM MOTORS at Jagadgirigutta, Hyderabad for servicing and they informed the issues about bike and i given my consent to go a head for the repairs.

By seeing Hero Automated Authorized service center, I have taken delivery and found new problems which i have not noticed before giving the bike for service even though mechanic.

I spoke with the concerned, in front of me he handled the bike roughly and hammered with hand tools and concluded, Ball races to be replaced. I surprised , how they have not noticed in trail run after completion of servicing. Even i said for go a head for 380/- what they estimated. after completed this they have given additional bill 150/- as Kone set replacement along with 380/-

I took the delivery yesterday and found Speedometer not working which is working before giving the bike for service.

If you look into this entire scenario, you will come to know that the negligence of your service staff, and inadequate knowledge and training. and they are giving a room for some suspicious thoughts.

Request you to attend this and resolve.

Sir i have bought a bike Hero Splendor+, it cost me Rs 80,000 but its rate is only 57k-63k. I have deposited 20,000. How dit it cost so much?

No average, only 50 km/ltr. Often engine turns off when i am on the way. Third class bike.

I am associated with Hero Honda CD 100 since 1992. I purchased it in 28 thousands people giving offer of Rs 12000/- is unbelievable. The bike is running excellently, Love to still ride over it.want to have splendor on actual zero percent rate as my award.Like to provide me as golden customer please.

Hero members had not solve my problem they cut my phone. I want inner box of my maestro but they didn't solve it many times. And now there service is so bad. I didn't want to buy any product of hero.

I am Chandrakant I use Hero passion pro Bike last from 3 years &all serviceing done in of company criteria & authorized service centre arihant Hero showroom Daund. But some day ago abnormal noise in engine. Please help me.

1. They don't have manner, that how to talk to the customers.

2. There are no water facilities for drink in Customer lounge and the AIR CONDITION is not working in Delhi. It is 42°c how can people stay in a room with a standing fan and after that they want charges like "muh faad k de paise"

3.There is nothing organise all the ppl are own owner, I not able to see any supervisor or technical incharge and there is no one who guide people, they talk like that they all are landlord.

4. And the staff sitting in cooler no nothing have any particular area that make queue and do things systematically.

5. And also they don't have apologies for inconvenience of customer.

Worst service in nirman vihar service centre, near Himgiri showroom.... very disappointing service from a reputed company. My scooter not given me at time and service not done properly.

We are given bike for 1st service but after delivery total vehicle dust is present, this is very poor service of Hero.

Sir my name is Shankar I am from Delhi. I bought a new glamour i3s bike one month ago I am going 4 times Himgiri service centre. But I am not satisfied these problems..

1. Engine power is very weak both single ride and double ride is to much problems.
2. Mileage problem 40 to 45.
3. is digital meter is not accurate.
