Dear sir,

I have an policy for IT exemption which is for 10 years. But I have asked your representative at the time of joining that I am nearing 60. Imay with draw even after three years. which he said that the lock in period is 5 years. But on special case I can withdraw at the end of 3rd year. I have not needed at that time, but i have com pleted 5 years and paid the 6th year premium also. I have recd a statement after 5 years and the same shows the amount less than I have paid for 5 years ie.250000.00. I am shocked to note the same and discusss with the agent but he has given many explanation which I am not accepting. Kindly help in this regard to get the principal amount of Rs.300000.00(incl.this year 50000.00). I am 62 years old and I need the funds for my daughter marriage. No point of my mistake why I should be penalised by Rs.62545.00 less than the principal amount of Rs.300000.00. If i could have got the statement everyday I could have cancel the policy on the 2nd year itself. I have taken this policy for IT pupose. I could have paid the IT itself every year which will be lesser than the amount swallowed by SBI. Being an senior citizen you may take up this matter and resolve the same at the earliest. Resp.authority, i am sorry to inform u that i m very dissatisfied to ur service. I deposited my premium for my policy no.1K752528908 of Rs.65000.00(sixty five thousand only) by cheque ( of HDFC Bank) at my branch(SBI life,Nagaon,Assam-782001)on the due dt. 10-07-2018 and it was accepted.The amt. was deducted next day,but this same amt.was deducted again on same day from my SBI a/c by opening auto pay.I informed it at the branch,they replied that it would be refunded to my sbi a/c after 7/8 days,but till today it is not refunded.sir, is it good service? I can think that you are very serious to receive premiums but you are not serious about your consumers, you are not interested to understand the troubles of your consumers.Yes it may be a mistake sometime,but is it needed a so long period for refunding?

I surrendered my home loan policy on 18.12.2018. Till date no refund against such surrendered policy has been received in my bank a/c. After taking contact nos. from helpline I called office situated at Gopal bari, Jaipur and Kailash Tower at Gandhi Nagar Mod, Jaipur but I could not contacted any responsible person to get appropriate reply. At Kailash Tower Mr. Rajnish saxena either not picking up his mobile no. 9672984433 or is busy on another call. At Gopal bari office No responsible persons could be contacted on office no. 0141-4256600 & 0141-2658201. Can I get a mail on the above e_mail address for the status of my refund of my home loan account 33360126961 & 33360139448.
