Ever since I have purchased the Microwave, I have been facing multiple problems with this product.

Problem detail: Microwave stops heating quit often. For a few days it will work fine and then it just stops heating. Then we would call the customer care, run after them for 3-4 days, then they would take pity on us and send an engineer to us who would somehow fix this product. And after some days, this microwave would again fall sick. And we again have to log on another complain and run after your engineers. At this time too, my microwave needs a doctor.

As of today, the microwave is under extended warranty. Once that expires, your engineers who now respond to us in 3-4 days, would not cooperate and become chargeable too. In that case, the previous complaints too would not hold good. I thus, insist strongly, that this product needs to be replaced as the problem is persistent ever since its purchased date.

The problem has been consistent since its purchase and this can be verified from the complaint history. The product has some manufacturing defect, and we have been requesting for the replacement of this product many a times before. We have had enough of this problem and now, we need a solution for this. Please replace the product as soon as possible.

I am unhappy with Croma customer service and handling. Again you guys are proving that TATA has good in product but very bad in service.

Last 5 years, Im purchasing all my home needs in croma for best in product and didnt have chance to experience the croma customer care as i didnt faced any issues in purchased electornics but last time, purchased Honeywell Dual LED charger made me experience poor customer service in croma. I am really feel bad about after sale service and handling.

On Nov 5 purchased this product in bharagattha road croma. I found that its not working in my car in next day. I want to double confirm its defect product or issue in my car charge socket. so i checked in my friend new car also and confirmed its defective product and it took one week . so i reached sarajapur road croma on Nov 14th for replacement but they sent me back as checking person is not available and asked me to come next. On nov 17 agian visited the croma sarajur road again they asked me to come on Monday. Today, i visited again , this time, croma saying , i have to visit the croma bharagatta road for replacement. sarajapur road croma is not willing to resolve my issue.

My expectation :
Croma sarajapur raod have to inform me in my first visit about their limitation. But croma sarajpur road asked to do several visit without any use. wasted my time and energy for just Rs 1500 product. Croma is chain trusted store, why they are not willing to handle bharaghatta road purchase.

I bought the product on Nov 5 if i used for few days atleast. Iam ok with repair but its dead on arrival. croma have to replace the product or give credit note. If croma is not willing to handle the dead on arrival. whts use of buying in store. I would have go for online purchase whihc gives 15 days money back / return policy.

Finally, it made to feel that buy all future product in online only but not in croma sarajur road

PRODUCT: CROMA MINI CHOPPER - MODEL No.CRK4102 / CRK4102111000056. The service department could not remove one of the bottom plate fixing screws. But returned the chopper after one and half months mentioning that the motor has become useless. Advised us to buy a new one. This is straight cheating. The service department did not know the simple technique of removing a screw! Now CROMA - THAT IS TATAS - can either reward the service department for increasing the sales or take action against them for getting a bad reputation forTATAS.

I personally don't suggest anyone to get a Extended Warranty for any item you buy from Croma. They don't have in house technicians. Better to buy the product from the company showroom. The service they providing is pathetic.

I Mr. Shaikh with the order number 300********* for Sony MDR-XB50AP/B Extra Bass Earphone (Black) registered on 23-Dec-2017, registered number +91*********, would like to share my shocking experience with Croma.

First and foremost i regret booking something online trusting the brand name (croma) and after getting my payment deducted i was brought to notice with the fact that the product is out of stock.

Secondly trusting Mr. Abhishek Chowdhary (asst store manager) under the supervision of Mr. Arun Vazirani (Store manager of croma highstreet Pheonix mall) promised me cash refund from the store. After reaching at the store with good fuel expense and heavy traffic i was advised to wait for more than 30 mins to hear that cash refund isnt available.

Third to trust Mr Ali that he will be delivering cash on the same day or next day on the address which i shared. That too never happened.

Forth to trust after sales helpline as the rep took half n hour to connect me with the So called senior most person Mr. Naidu to hang up on me on the the message I received that my issue has been resolved without being actually resolved.

And fifth to trust Mr. Arun Vazirani himself as todays promise of the cash delivery was not honoured by his staff members.

I may be wrong with names and i dont even remember the amount i paid but this group is doing every possible things which a fraudulent company may have done.

I purchased Itek Karaoke Mic W/Speaker Silver (Item Code 203165) for Rs.924/= (including shipping) from Croma on 30.01.2018 and the item was delivered to me on 02.02.2018. The system is not working, even not getting charged. You are requested to replace the same with a new piece (in working condition). This is my first consignment from "croma". I hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

I was purchased washing machine from your Ahmedabad store at 2013. Now washing machine are not working. I was complain at 31st Jan 2018 regarding that issue and engineer was come and he was saying washing machine motor was not working so you will pay 1500/- inr. I was telling him already 10 years motor warranty given by company and sticker are still on washing machine so why I pay. And that same complain I was registered in Coustmer care since last week but no revert from support team. I was very disappointed this kind of sales after service.

I have bought acer laptop last 10 days back from croma, performance wise it's very slow as baby cycle. One thing very very worst product available only in croma because they will treat customer as fool.

Don't go to croma if you are genuine buyer, plz prefer another store. For more call me on 9970018890.

The installation team is pathetic, there is no senior representative contact to oversee if the installation has happened and if client is facing any issue. The person visited broke 2 tiles of the wall and the entire process has been messy and inconvenient. it appeared that the person visited was inexperienced and incapable of handling this. While doing the drilling the house has been messed up with water, dust and no systematic approach was followed. My parents has been harassed and had great inconvenience.

I regret for my purchase of a product through CROMA and now am afraid the kind of service I will have since it is croma product. The problem is still not fix and the technician has still not come to finish the work.

I ordered the Whirlpool refrigerator with the condition that I need the delivery next day. But Chroma not even bother to deliver the thing on time nor they are available on call. This is pathetic. Please dont purchase any product from Baner Pune Chroma branch.

While purchasing the LG TV 55uj632t for Rs 76466, I was assured that it would be delivered on 7/4/18 and the TV installed on 8/4/18, but the promises were not fulfilled. The TV has arrived but not been installed yet. Moreover your helpline is not at all helpful when I rang them up on 8/4/18 at 1745 to enquire about the status. Not expected from an ethical company like TATA.

I bought a one ton inverter Croma AC in May 2015. I also bought the extended warranty. I am very disappointed with the purchase I made. This AC is in my parent's room. Because they are old they did not use it much and the AC also did not give them enough chances.

I have not been able to use this AC ever since I got it installed in my house. Last to last year I complained about it and technician visited after tracking and following up for several days. The technician told me to check it for at few days and then if it does not work again register a complaint. I waited and registered a complaint because it did not work. No body showed up and I gave up because the season was almost over for my parents, last year again I lodged a complaint but could not follow up because of personal issues. Now as the summer is gearing up I registered a complaint for the AC on 30th March 2018 , it has been 10 days and no action has been taken yet. I have ACs in other rooms older than this one and they are working as desired.

I bought this product because the trust and faith in TATA brand but now I am completely dissatisfied with the after sale service of this company.

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to subject cited matter it is submitted that I purchased Croma LED on the evening of 28th April 2018 from Croma store at sector 26, Chandigarh. The LED was delivered on 29th April 2018. At the time of purchase I requested for early installation, however, the Croma representative told me that installation can’t be done on 29th April 2018 as Sunday being the holiday for installation team and promised me that installation will be done in first half of 30th April 2018.

Today on 30th April 2018 in the morning I called the representative at 11:10 am again requesting the installation in first half, I was told that installation team representative will call me shortly and it will be done. But by 12:30 pm no one called me so again I called the store, however, no one picked the phone.
Keeping in view my other engagements for the rest of the day, I managed to get the number of centralized Croma customer care from the internet and telephonically discussed my problem, a lady representative assured that the complaint has been registered and within 2 hours same will be taken care off. After getting no response till 3:30 pm I again contacted centralized Croma customer care through my mobile but the representative has not properly attended my problem and disconnected my phone while I was discussing my problem.

I again tried and again my phone was disconnected from the representative without letting me completing my discussion. Again I contacted and discussed my problem with one of the representative and asked to give me some mail I.D so that I myself can register my compliant as it appeared that since morning customer care was fooling me my wrong /fake assurance.

I ordered Tata sky DTH connection and while placing my order I took assurance from the Tata sky team regarding timely installation. Since morning I had received more than 10 calls from the Tata sky installation team however due to unprofessional conduct of CROMA team they also have to suffer.

I am a Central Govt. Employee and am busy 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday with a lot of touring almost 7-10 days tour within a month so I have weekend only for my personnel assignments. Moreover, your installation team doesn’t work after 5:00 pm as told by the store.

Today my entire day was wasted due to unprofessional conduct of CROMA. CROMA employees/team should learn to value and respect the time of people from Tata Sky which may also be sister concern of prestigious TATA group.

Recently I have purchased a lot of material from Croma and feeling guilty for the feedback I had given for the services of Croma. I am quite disheartened with the services provided by Croma (a TATA enterprise). Is this the way how Croma serves its customers in this competitive market.

In view of above, it is kindly requested not to do the same with other customers.

I have bought a Panasonic TV Model TH-32ES500D from Croma Store, Nr. Iscon circle, Ahmadabad on 29/4/2018 (Invoice No. SLA004030233504).

My TV was delivered on next day, an engineer visited on 1/5/2018 for instillation. but, he could not installed due to clamps of Stand for LCD are both of a side. he reported the problem/ complain. But I am sorry to say no body; no body had solve a very little problem!

Today I have LCD without being installed. I beg pardon for my mistake to buy a Panasonic LCD from Croma and It was my last. Please solve this issue. now Panasonic became panic for me. I am very much harassed by your. Hope, you will save your prestige.

I have ordered EverReady Intelligent battery charger with 2700 series battery on 10th May 2018 online. My delivery mode was Store Pickup from Sector 22, Chandigarh showroom. However, when i went to the showroom they talked so impolitely and told that the product is not available with them, its OUT OF STOCK and insisted me to get the refund. I also filed Service Request in your Customer Care Number but that too is not cleared as on date.

Moreover, I just want the product and not refund. My concern is if you do not have the product with you why you show online that its available. And this is not the first time that I am getting such response. This is very shameful on the part of such a reputed company like TATA.

I want you to look into the matter so as to avoid such harassment to your customers in future.

Croma in Gurgaon Sohna road has the worst staff. All their staff members are rude and makes false promises. Even the store manager Mr. Ram was an idiot. Very stupid person. Most of their products are of bad quality,oOn top of them they show tantrums. Worst experience ever.

I have purchased an Apple Laptop Model No.13" Macbook Pro on dated 09.05.2018 from Croma(Infiniti Retail Ltd,) T1D Domestic Airport Delhi having Bill No.00000RC444000159175 with three years extended warranty.

But Apple is showing their on warranty upto 08.05.2018 and Onsitego website is also showing invalid. The case is very serious as the croma has fraudly charge approx Rs.17000.00 in the name of extended warranty which is fraud.

Necessary action should be taken by Croma for warranty or warranty amount be refunded in my card.

Croma has the worst customer care service among all retail stores. The main fact is that none of their branches have any phone numbers and they share only one customer care number 7207-666-000 which has no idea about any products sold in the stores. I am always told to visit the store if I need to inquire about any product and hence don't get why they even have a customer care number then. The store doesn't share any numbers of any employees and even does not share their own customer support department's phone numbers in case of any complaint regarding any product or any inquiry. I had to personally visit the store and on reaching there I got to know that the staff had already left.

This makes it so inconvenient as I cannot even contact them to know if they are there or not in the store. Cannot even inquire on phone regarding any product availability as they never share any sales department number as well. Also, when I had placed a refund request, I got about 10 calls asking about the same and when I visited the store in the TV section, the sales person in Malad spoke so rudely to my mother that I decided to never buy anything from the store again.

It's the only store which has such an attitude towards customers compared to other stores where I get the contact number of the sales person and even the store to find out about products and to complain as well. Croma never solves any such issues and the staff always is rude to even ask about any product.

This is worst experience I have faced with the Croma store at R city Ghatkopar West Store, authorities are not bothered here to contact the customer and give any reply with respect to the multiple complaints logged. I am unnecessarily paying the EMI's and unable to use the product. no reply even after 10 days of the complaint.

Croma is very bad product bad bad services I want to log a complaint against this company in consumer Court they just harass the customer in after sales services. I buy inverter AC in ending of the may 2018 and now it's motor faulty. no one can respond on my complaint engineer asking for parts from Las one week and when I call in coustomer care they said apco Jo bolna hai vo bolo. services center people is very bad. I am never buy this company product in future.
