Sir, I had started a subscription of monthly 3000 at your Siliguri branch a year back. The very next month I got transferred to Mumbai and is living here since then. I couldn't continue my monthly subscription for the gold harvest. I got a call today to claim for the money within two days. I have left the booklet in Siliguri. How can I claim for the refund in Mumbai?

Dear Sir, i have taken gold harvest scheme no TPA/101968483/2015 . I have deposited all 10 installment. But i am not refund it Sir to out station in remote area sitamarhi. When i approach the shop in chat at patna the official said your refund return to head office. you have to deposited your bank ac details crossed bank check. I have deposited but till now no refund is deposited to my account.

Dear Sir, My GHS 12 M no TPA 101968483/2015 taken on 20112015 of rs 3000. I have deposited the 10 installment. I am not able to redeemed on time Sir to out station at remote area for one year. All staffs are very cooperative except accountant. I gave him soft copy of my passport but he asked me to produce some other ID proof. I had invested more than 3 hrs to finalize a product of 1 lakh, finally I left it. He had no regret. I simply said that in our country, the toughest ID any one can get is passport. More so, why you are not instructing your staff that before showing any product check ID proof of the customer.

I have been a regular customer at tanishq until 2 years ago, these days i am not buying at tanishq due to poor customer service. The 2 locations i faced this issue are T.nagar chennai and Anna Nagar chennai. The jewellery I have purchased at tanishq has changed color, visited the t.nagar branch to get it corrected, but nobody took responsibility and instead was advising me to maintain it, finally I insisted that they should fix this problem because it was bought in their stores.

I am seeing a lot of difference in customer service. In Anna Nagar branch the employees of Tanishq were very rude. Am sure Tanishq customers will stop buying if this attitude continues for your employees.

Hi Team,

I have purchased gold pendant from, however I am not able to see item in the site and the error occurred after payment has been made. I just discussed with customer executive and he told me that your order is just registered not placed due to that error and he told me that accept/refund will be initiated as per system behavior.

I am really upset with support provided from Tanishq customer support team for purchasing jewellery.

I have used total 1103.00 encircle redeem point for purchasing this Gold pendant. If refund will be done then I need my encirlce point to be refunded as well as I dont have any trust in Tanishq web application.

Please resolve on high priority.
