i own 6 airtel connections in my family

in that 3 postpaid connections and 3 prepaid connections

I am facing Network issues for the past 3 days for all these numbers,i am not geeting any incoming calls and outgoing calls. this is only for the past 3 days, even i could not connect to 121 from my HOME, before that for the past 9 years i had no issues. Only when come out 1 km away from my area i can able to get calls and out going calls.

I have already reported this problem to 121 3 to 4 times but still no action taken place ,when ever i cal them they are taking a new complaint and saying it will be resolved within a day. i am fed up with it. I have missed so many important Business calls ,consider this as a HIGH PRIORITY. Kindly Take necessary actions or else please let me know what is procedure for PORT OUT.

When dialing to some regular numbers - the number dialed is not a valid-is coming from
08-05-2015. Customer care is of no help, please regularise the position.

Don"t know what to do. Please improve your services. Would expect reasonable response & would also expect waiver for the affected period.

my name is mandeep rai and my airtel no. is 9876566993.. i want to say that in april i received a call from airtel customer care and they offered me a internet plan in 999 only. but i have not taken services of this plan in april and in may also.. at the end of may i call to the customer care and reqUest to close the same plan on my number.. But now in june, i have received a bill in which these 999 rupees are also include.. this really hurts me. Plz take necessary action regarding this and please remove the existing amount from the bill.

I got a Broadband connection on 16.06.2015 bearing landline no 08042153200 and and DSL ID 08080892869_kk at Bangalre. I have been monitoring my usage using a ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter for almost 9 years. On the afternoon of 26.06.2015 while I was going through some site I received a SMS stating that I have already used 48GB of the allotted 60GB with a speed of 8Mbps. My plan was 1099/8mbps/60GB/Rs.49/ unlimited local calls. In fact my monitor showed only16GB consumed as 0n 28.06.2015. Nobody uses in my house except my son, he started using it on the evening of 28.06.2015. My wifi is strong password protected no body can hack it. I tried to contact customer care at Bangalore, every time I was informed that my land line no is wrong. kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

1. I was using prepaid account wide number +91-82849-32771 which was converted into postpaid plan on 22-4-15 and I had given my Govt. ID for getting corporate connection. I was told RS. 399 plan would be best for me and 800 local mints + 100 std mints shall be provided with that I can regularly check my consumption of free minutes but after I started using my postpaid plan there was no such service available and when I contacted customer care they told me that no service is available regarding it.

2. For converting my plan into corporate connection I guy from Airtel came to my home who took my Adhaar card ID and A copy of government ID with my signatures on it + RS 250.
a . for corporate connection no fee charges is to be deposited. I had given him the said amount because I have been told from customer care.
b . yesterday i.e. 14-7-15 I came to know that my plan is Individual plan but not the corporate plan.
c. There is only one ID deposited with Airtel that is my Adhaar card copy and not the Government ID copy.

Thought it is an offense as personal of airtel played fraud upon me to get my Govt ID signed by me which can be used for any illegal purposes. my request to NODAL OFFICER AIRTEL is that either you get me back my GOVT. ID or i would be lodging FIR against you and shall be filing a criminal complaint and one representation shall be moved to the Ministry of I.T. and Communication.

The recharge which was done on 06.12.2015 for Rs.196/- to activate local n std calls. The vendor misguided us to recharge for Rs.196/- instead of Rs.198/- plan but instead got activated for roaming. When we call the customer care on 9840198401 on 07.12.2015 and spoke to Arjun who lied us stating that the issue is from our end and will be resolved by 2.00pm, the next day but nothing happened. Again on 08.12.2015 i spoke to Ms.Ayesha she told to raise a complaint logging to www.airtel.in in need a help, which i did with regards to the Ref. No. PR120900236 to which i got a message it will be resolved in 2 hour but till now we did not get any call. Today we spoke to Ms.Haritha she gave 121 @in.airtel.com to raise a complaint. Hopefully our issue is resolved at with the mail.

i m vekatesh and had lodged a complaint regarding the crash talk and we have been facing this problem for the last two days. even if we call to the customer care number somebody unknown person is picking up. we request you to solve this issue as early as possible or else we need to shift to some other network and it will be huge loss for your company so called airtel.

Surprisingly inspite of my request / complain on 10th May through your toll free number against my AIRTEL Dongle no 8585883469 no contact. Even the assurance given on ph that by 72 hrs the engineer will visit my billing address to resolve the issue as that problem could not be rectified by that person who was in line. Now understood your working attitude so please stop my billing as I will be forced to shift to other service provider. Regards

Recently I availed the above connection assured of Mbps of 16 and GB 75. I was assured of a minimum speed of 8 Mbps. The speed I found out to be around 2.5 Mbps and has not improved. When I took up the matter with the person who called on in connection with installation of the connection he said he will takeup with the local office and set right the speed. My postpaid airtel no. is 9831284013. I am not using my above mentioned sim since end week of june 2016. my plan was rs.199.00 per month but it is observed that my bill amount has come for the one month (26/07/2016 to 25/08/2016) is rs.573.86. it is also observed that in last month rs.300.00 is being charged for sms charges. When the sim is not in use how the charges came from sms. Kindly sent the details hard copy of my pending bills immediately in my home address and also sent the details in my e-mail id. Thanks.

When I was check offers it shows RC 265-1GB+9GB 28days after recharge. It only 1GB claimed for balance 9GB went to airtel app to claim it .doesn't. Shows any button to claim.

I paid Rs 348/= on 30/12/2016 through paytm inadvertently to mobile no 9871246064
I was actualy trying to pay this amount in the Paytm a/c of same mobile number but I ended up by recharging this mobile with Rs 348/= inadvertently. This mobile is operating on zero a/c balance and do not need any recharge. The money was not refunded in spite of several requests to airtel customer care.

Since December onward I noticed Rs. 150, Rs.120, Rs. 90 for Dec., Jan. Feb. bill, you are charging for game pind service. I never requested to activate this service. But I paid Rs. 150 in Dec,. bill. After that so many times I sent sms to you to stop the gamepind service. Then also you added another Rs. 90 for gamepind sms for this bill i.e. in February. So I am not going to pay the above mentioned amount i.e. Rs. 120, Rs.90, rest of the amount I will on 24of this month.
