I want to renew my insurance policy but i am not sure about the procedure. How can we dot it, can it be done online also? Plz help us. The insurance policy number is... 3959671-1.

I got a Star health policy for my parents from Star health employee. He filled the pre-existing disease in my parents policy. He told me that if we don't take any claim for 2 years then the sum insured amount can be increased, but it did not happen. He told me other things also, which proved to be lie.

I repent why I chose the Star health policies which give only false commitments. My experiences with Star Health team is extremely bad and I will never recommend anybody this policy.

While online renewal of my policy no P/200000/01/2017/001169 i noticed that the PAN AZCPG8606P IS NOT MY PAN NO.i contacted on toll free no 18004252255 Mr Prabhakar told me to renew the policy with same PAN no & send an eMAIL WE WILL CORRECT THE PAN no as AEOPG8219K. PL . DO THE NECESSARY CHANGES.
