Ordered on 8th jan, 2018 and received on 13 th jan, 2018 a damaged and defective product with no label printed on it. Tried to contact customer support multiple times but no response. I am dissapointed and never shop again with FLIPKART.

Please suggest me I am required to invoice for gst claim purpose .so how can be possible to input for gst.

I raise my complaints of my product Redmi note 4 it has totally hardware problems and I want to return it and refund my money but still my problem is not resolved flipkart is always schedule tech visit but there is no any resolution from flipkart. Please help me.

I would like to place an order, but I can't. I will purchase the item direct through SBI debit Card. How could I do the same. I have tried several times, but failed. Please let me know the easy process so that I can purchase the item earlier. I have lost lot of time to purchase the same.

made the transaction of INR 41,034/- on 23/01/2018 vide transaction ID: P1801231048350389005149 and due to some problem i canceled the transaction. after that, i have called both Flipkart and phonepe you all said that you reverse the transaction of 40,884 /- but i have not received the balance amount.

Micromax phone speaker not working, worst experience, worst item, suggest not to buy from flipkart, technician using wrong language.

@Flipkart order no. OD111371712185042000 they have deliverd the product to other person or might have sold the product. when complained to customer care they r telling order another product we cant help..... i think similar Sachin bansal underwear should also get delivered to amazon and then we would tell him to order again and till than live without underwear,, this people delivered my phn to other place n not ready to deliver to me. what the hell instead telling me to order again.

Dear flipkart, i did not understand that is it a right way to treat with your customers. you have cancelled my order OD211513819176243000 without my consent and giving the reason that your courier partner was unable to deliver the product because the seller had listed the price incorrectly (fudge the customer on the name of discounted product) and then try to compensate with giving me A gift card of 100 rupees, do you think that customer's inconvenience is worth 100 for you. i am really very disappointed with this kind of action towards your customers and if seller had made the mistake on pricing then why would i suffer for their action. i want my order to deliver as it was promised or suggest me others ways.

Dear Sir,

Please note that I Have purchased one number item ( i,e: sari), from flipkart, and as per their policy the item (i,e: sari) was refunded, as it is not, as per the quality and color displayed on the site, by flipkart.

The Return Request was accepted from my order ID: ‘ OD11098479966436500 ‘ as per message sent over phone. The said item was picked-up by an EKART wish master vide tracking ID no: ‘ FMPR0041118355’ as per Message sent over phone.

At the time of refund I mentioned in their refund process, that the refund amount should be deposited in my bank account. But, the said amount is still not deposited in my bank account.

After that flipkart refunded the money through phonepe wallet but suddenly the total said money is vanished.

After that two-three customer support executive call me to settle the matter through my Credit card but after I gave my information regarding Credit card, another Rs.4999/- is debited from my Credit Card account without paying my Rs.1254/-, as refunded money.

So, I am requesting you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

My self V.Sureshkumar from Kanchipuram Tamilnadu. I've purchased 42 inch onida TV through Flipkart on 28.03.2017, Order ID : OD408722537363531000.

My TV was having problem and not working since last September 2017 though still its under warranty period of Onida. I had called and complained several times to Onida customer care but no support from their side and also problem did not solve. I tried to speak with the following persons of Onida customer care even they are not picking my call last one month. Once I call from different number they will pick and give some time being answer.

Im really fedup with the Onida service and the customer care executive behaviors. Because of this I feel in Depression last two month this situations affected my health also. Dear sir/ma'am
This is to inform you that shipment having tracking ID FMPP0138966406 had to reach me at my beawer (Rajasthan) residence on 14th Feb 18, i received a message regarding delivery on the same date too.
But the shipment was not delivered on 14th Feb. Same thing happened on 15th Feb and 16th Feb i.e. ever after receiving the message I didn't receive the shipment yet. When I called on the number provided in the message, Ekart person tells me that he will deliver the product if he visits my side of the city not otherwise.
This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional attitude. This shipment was time bound and in spite of reaching beawer on 13th and 14th . I haven't received it till this moment i.e. by 12 noon 17th Feb 2018.
Please do something in this matter as soon as possible or otherwise I will cancel my order and not going to shop anything in future from flipkart.
