Respected Sir/Madam,
Kindly note that I have purchased an Bajaj Majesty 1000T SS oven through Snapdeal.com. Refer my order No.7164111963 & Invoice No.S40383/15-16/1805 dt:08-Jul-2915 issued by M/s. Ankit Sales Corporation. At the time time of dispatch I had received an message to contact 02241280000 for the above subject matter. The said oven is received by me yesterday and since today morning I have been trying the said customer care number which turned out to be futile as there was no response and kept on receiving the reply as the number is busy. I therefore request you to kindly provide me the above said service provider number by return mail and oblige. In case no arrangement is made I will be forced to return the oven received by me.

Request for repair. Y room heater was first placed with Customer Care on 3rd Jan 2018. Although there were some visits by technicians but the heater has not properly repaired so far. The last visit by a technician was about 10 days and he told me that the cutout switch is faulty and needs replacement. He promised to bring the new switch the next day. But in spite of repeated reminders to your Gurgaon Service Center and the Customer Care no action has been taken so far. This is the time we need room heater most. If cannot use now then the very purpose of owning a heater is defeated. May request you again to look into this case and get my heater repaired soonest possible.

Very poor products and services 2 time heating blow not work. Service engineer repairsit but it again stops working in 10 days.

I have purchased Bajaj 750 W Twister Mixer Grinder from Croma on 18/01/2019. After use of mixer for 8 days the rotor blade was broken. I would like to discuss with the product designer as i am sure there is a design issue with the material of the blade. I did not expect a faulty design from the house of Bajaj. We purchase a Ceiling Fan, (Product : REGAL GOLD 1200 MM IVORY C.F. (250808), Sr No of the Product 0029022291664 from CSD of U B Area Signal Regt, Bareilly Cantt on 06 Jun 2022. The Product not work properly and speed of Fan slow. We complaint the same of your CSD Local Dealer Mr Tapan (Mob No 6395660292) and asked call to tool free No shown on the product. Why you are employed in CSD Dealer at Bareilly of Mr Tapan. He not attend the CSD Customer. After that we complaint to Tollfree No 02241280000, complaint No 610486 dated 01 Jul 2022 and call me from Mob No 8923098592 for the same at 1139hrs. The same time I am in meeting and get time on 02 Jul 2022 from 1000hrs to 1100hrs. We wait for the same up to 1100hrs and call on Mob No 8923098592. The reply to me we have no items for repaired and we asked to replace the same product not for repaired. He asked me we only repaired not for replaced and cut off Mob. This type of talking with customer not acceptable.

Hello sir,

I am Amit Kumar, I purchased a Bajaj Popular Plus Geyser 25 litres from Flipkart on 24 September,
It stops working on 15 December, i aclled customer care, they send technician on same day, named vivek he repaired in just 2 min, and gone

After 2 days geyser is stopped working by same problem, i again called customer care after 2 days vivek came and i am not at home, he again repaired in 2 min and gone, after 7 days again same problem i again called customer care and after 3 days vivek came and repaired it, i said vivek wait till the water is hot, and he said geyser is ok and take my number and call me if problem persists, water is not heating and i call vivek he not picking call, from 10 days my geyser is not working which is in warranty, too much problems for kids to bath and go to school and for me in morning for bath and all family,i again raised complaint but customer care have no power they cant help me, i taken number of vivek supervisor from customer care, and i called me he said you purchased it from flipkart so this problem is their you should purchased it from dealer,i said if there are so much problems that are not repairable in geyser please change, he said you order from flipkart we cant change it, means bajaj giving duplicate items online, sir i am very disappointed and angry, please solve my problem, and please tell me where should i complaint of vivek and his supervisor, not at all helping and solving customer problem.

I complained about Bajaj majesty steam iron box a month ago HYDD050723005121571-2, called them several times and mailed them also. Every time they reply saying our team will be calling u back soon. I haven't seen such a pathetic customer service anywhere.

I would strongly not recommend any of the Bajaj Products.

Hello sir/ ma’am,
This is to bring into your notice that I had placed an order from Morphy Richards for a coffee maker on 25th December 2023 for which I paid an amount of ₹4,694 via paytm. Following this i was instructed from thr site itself that I’ll be receiving the product from BAJAJ electricals.

As I placed the order I did not receive any confirmation regarding the same nor did I receive the receipt to my payment. I contacted the customer care regarding the same but did not get any proper response from them.
I spoke to one of your store managers and he told me that I will be receiving the product in 5 to 7 days. After seven days, when I called him back, he told me that the product was no longer in stock and my order had been cancelled.

I contacted him For one to 2 days and he told Me to mail them my bank details which I did.
I contacted him again after 3 to 4 days and he assured me that I will get my refund as soon as possible. Now it has been over a week since he promised me that I will be getting my refund and he told me that my refund was initiated for which he will send me the transaction ID and failed to do so.

Sir/ ma’am ₹4,694 might be a small amount to you, but it is not to me. It is my hard earned money.
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
