9595-333-333: Cleartrip Customer Care Phone Number

Today at around 11 am l tried to book tickets to Delhi And back to Vadodara and made payment by ICICI Bank credit card From ICICI Bank l received massage of successful transection (payment was debited from my account, and credited to clear trip. ). But no message from cleartrip.com. There is no message about confirmation of ticket booking or failure of it. And they have not sent TRIP-ID also. l have repeatedly tried its 24 hour costumer care numbers but without TRIP-ID phone call is terminated. I am not clear what to do now? If flight ticket will be confirmed, no issue, other wise please refund my amount immediately.

I booked another ticket on the same day for the same destination and i got a confirmation report. Ms. Manjula Davidson is having two tickets for the same journey. None of your customer care number are available for communication. Urgently revert what to do next.

I tried booking tkt in name of Nagayasamy Sunder from Chennai to Kochi on 28/1/18. Amt Rs 7088 was deducted from my HDFC credit card but booking was not communicated. None of your customer care number are available for communication. Kindly do the needful.

i have paid Rs.4275/- through online payment in cleartrip for Journey from Mumbai to Chennai by Spicejet 22.45 on 23.03.2018 and return from Chennai to Mubai by Spicejet 05:50 on 26.03.2018. My account has been debited and credit to Payupayment Pvt ltd has been credited Rs.4275/-. But Ticket not received. Please look into this and get me the ticket. There's no mention of customer care number nor a email on Cleartrip's website. I tried to find a number to talk to a human but was unable to find any, why are they hiding it?

I have tried to book a ticket from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad on 16th feb which didn't happened due to payment gateway problem and the same has been confirmed by your customer care and told that refund of the amount deducted will come back in 2-3 working days. Still the same has not happened and now your customer care is also not available in the absence of a trip ID.

Respond immediately and credit the deducted amount immediately.

I have paid amount through net banking for recharging the number. Amount was deducted and after 20 hours also, getting message that pl. recharge.. When I tried on the above said toll free number... it is not getting connected.... the worst support from a top company.. NO proper updates and contact nos given city wise. Need to display city wise customer care nos. and the mail IDs to be displayed while recharging/activation. Support is not all in terms of their advertisement.

On 05.03.2018, I booked flight tickets for 2 person, myself and my husband through Cleartrip from Chennai to Mumbai for 08.03.18 .for RS 9220.00. This amount was debited to my account but booking was not done, nor the transaction number was obtained.

Immediately one of the customer care person rang up to say that the amount will be refunded into the account. However till date I have not received the refund. how and to whom do I take up this matter?

I booked tickets to Coimbatore to Chennai and a amount of Rs 3242 was detected from HDFC account but I haven't received the ticket details.I don't know whether the ticket is booked or not. I cancelled my ticket from Bangalore to Chandigarh with trip Id 180120168032. It's more than a month now, however I have not received the refund amount yet. I tried contacting customer care several times through call/email, however I did not get any response from your end. Request you to please look into it and process the refund amount asap please.
