My current account no. is 60214019615. I have made payment today at 10.47 am to ESIC challan no. 03417123067277 for Rs. 42494/- .

This amount was debited form my account but not credited to ESIC. As such ESIC payment receipt could not be generated. Request reversal of rs. 42494 to my ca no. 60214019615.

Dear Sir, On 19 sept 2017 i booked Daund to Delhi train ticket from Goibo.com. That time booking the ticket bt all proceed is fail and i m using bank of maharashtra ATM. It debited my acc Bal 1270 rs. also I calling goibibo customer care. They said me u r bank not transfer the money in goibo account. I just req u send my money.

Today i am trying to pay my reliancelife nippon premium through my atm debit card but 2/3 times i dont received the OTP for my payments, authentication failed. so pls solve the problem and help me. pls call me.

Three transaction done through net banking on date 6/05/2017.
1) 2000 - success
2) 2500 - success
3) 2500 - unsuccessful.

But Amount has been debited. I'm already complained in home branch in writing format still not getting any refund amount. Let me clarify with interest from last five months. And clarify below subject.

On Date 01-07-2017 - Rs. 1010 has been debited. Another same issue on Date - 01-10-2017, Rs. 1078 has been debited. Explain reason of above all on urgent basis.
