This is the worst service provider yet I have seen in my life. My personal opinion we should not purchase cri pump any more.

This company is bad and service is very bad. i am trying to toll free no. it is not working.

The worst experience with the cri Service centre in Bangalore. When ever we approach for service they used give quote of Rs18000 where new pump costs 22000 including one year warranty. We feel better not use the cri pumps.

New pump sound issue. We took new booster pump 1hp, it is sounding too badly. i need some clarification on this. my number is 9414061047.

I am your very loyal customer of your products and always given advise to our friends and caluege for purchasing of brand cri pumps but I am suffering past last months of your poor quality pump.
It's not working properly.also not supplying water from first day. And I have send our pump to your service department and time to time talked to your personal but still same problem. Due to this problem my all crop is going to loss. No one came for solve the problem.

I have purchased brand product cri pump not a local pump. But service is given just like local brand.

Such type of personal and service may loss your credits of market.

I have purchased a new .5 hp cri pump at Dhanalaxmi enterprises before 3 months and now it is not working.I have given to that shop to this complaint and after 4 day s they was given to back and they people told motor is working,it is fineand given your toll free number for future problems,but I have checked in my home but it is still same problem. I was contacted many times as per shop keeper advise to your toll free number but no response from your side. I want new motor replacement of this motor.
