I have ordered one motoe2 3G mobile from flipkart.com on 08.08.15 and mobile was delivered on 12.08.15. mobile was getting over heated from date of purchase and mobile was s/off due battery low and then i will try to charge the mobile ,but battery charging % not increased from 0% ,mobile not able s/on.for this reason i was send it to your chennai warehouse on 21.08.15 for your team advice.i am totally unsatisfied for this purchase,last year also the same problem coming in karbon mobile purchase ,this mobile was service take 3months for complete service in warranty period. pls to be supply quality products for customer satisfaction. return id no 27262164, order id :OD003589862620601000.Pls to be arrange replacement of the same model moto e2 3G mobile (white) within a week to my address. Dont send the same piece, due to over heat and s/off, charging percentage not increased from 0% and mobile not able to s/on.these problems occurs within 6days from delivery. for this reason i am totally unsatisfied, further to be send a good quality mobile for feature any product purchase in your concern.again and again i am totally unsatisfied.

my oder is :OD303650588742846700.i have ordered canvas nitro a311 of micromax, the product which i gotthe product box was not sealed, accessories also was not available, the box was of nitro but the phone was different, other than nitro. it was also a micromax phone but not niro a311, i received my order today but till now i havent received the message that the item has been delivered to me, so that i could replace. i also have talked with the head office of flipkart @raipur but they also said that you should receive the message. but anything has not came yet, so please say me what should i do.

I ordered a moto 3g phone , and received it on 13 aug 15. However I faced issues of extreme heating,camera music, all are not working properly.I call for replacement, but your team was asking me to courier it rather than hand to hand replacement or taking the fault product from my door step (as per your site), as i am working lady and i dont want to waste my time in couriers tracking and chasing you guys for replacement delivery. i would request to pls arrange for hand to hand replacement of the phone.

I have purchesed a new phone (Micromax canvas xpress 2) from flipkart. From 1st day itself it started hang problem.that day only i requested to replace this item. yesterday i got a call from flip-cart that person told me to install one app (Smart Check), we will call you after some time. I installed that application but that problem with the touch and hang is not solved, now i am not getting any call or message from flipkart from yesterday. As i am not having another phone please do the process of replacing phone ASAP.

I purchased this mobile phone one month ago and I got problem in touch screen. heating problem is second one. If you play games then it heats up too much. I called flipkart then told me to visit service center . I think we should stop to purchase things from flipkart they are making us fool and nothing. They are taking good price and giving worst quality products. I think lenovo it a worst company for mobile product and In future I never buy lenovo product.

I ordered one saree from flipkart. The color of the saree was different so I placed the return request immediately on the same day. Since 10 days there is no update from flipkart. Everyday I kept on calling the customer care and they kept on saying the pickup boy will come today. After 10 days I insisted talking to the supervisor of the CRMs and she said the order got cancelled asking me the same details again and again. When I asked for a callback as I did not have bank details with me, the supervisor rudely said that she will not callback. Within a month I have faced issues with flipkart 5 times be it an iphone or headphones or clothes. I will surely not buy anything from the website again.

We just purchased a new phone 10 days back for the reported failure symptoms; playstore is not working, cx cant download any apps [subject to verification] and internet,wifi, mobile data is not working through play store. After going to the asus product service centre he told that the hardware is not working. On his suggestions I am giving the replacing the mobile. the contact number of this cell phone is 9035727409.

But their is problem in Wifi, Hot Spot & Bluetooth Device, I am unable to connect to any other mobile or network signals. I am fed-up from flip kart service and would like to say everybody not to buy the item from Flip-kart. As on dated 29.08.2015 I order Disney Tiana Doll when there was availability, But on 30.08.2015 Flip-kart send me the Doll Cinderella. I just return that item and still the money is not transfer in my account. Then also i thought it can be mistake of delivery again i gave the order for Tiana doll as on dated 03.09.2015 again same mistake they have done by send wrong item. What the f*** they are doing i dont know. Very bad and third grade shipment.

Hi Flipkart,

I have been a loyal customer of your stores for the past couple of years. I am very disheartened to see such service mishap from the institute that is more known for its service and delivery. I have been placing online orders from Flipkart and never got a prospect to evaluate or criticize about the product and services received from Flipkart.

Having said that, on the said date, I made the purchase of Quantum QHM262W 2.4GHz Wireless Optical Mouse. I was given delivery date for Sep 05, 2015 from the order details.

I received confirmation notification via SMS as " Quantum QHM262W 2.4GHz is packed by the seller and ready to be shipped. You will get tracking details once we ship it". But to my disappointment nothing arrived till date.

Taking my concern to your customer care I spoke to " Ganesh Chaurasiya" who was unable to help me with any solution. As per him even he was unable to track my order and its current status.

However, I requested him to please connect me to his available supervisor or Manager.

Hence, I spoke to " Crony Dsouza" the available supervisor who was again unable to help with any positive solution to get my order delivered on time. Although he gave me option to shift the "Vendor " providing the same product which would again take 7-8 business days.

I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company's name, so please address this issue soon.

I have ordered one perfume monotheme orange blossom for men for rs 1299/ thinking that sight such as flipkart at least will not cheat us but i am really disappointed to see the product which is totally different local perfume with defective spray nozzle by the name orange flower for women with totally worn off bottle.How can you do this? Is there any professionalism in your sight?i was a big fan of flipkart but by seeing the product you yourself have shown that now u people are in money making business buying perfumes from a silly merchant from gujrat which are known for making counterfeit products. please return your product and refund my cash.

Worst services of flipkart. please don't use as initially they commits a lot if you receive material with defect they will react like they are obliging you, even they try to prove that you are non-sense and not aware how the product looks.

Flipkart is plundering people and making them fool in India. Avoid Flipkart. Bullshit services, if any rating can be below worst that should be given to them.

I have 2 items purchased, Lenovo power bank and selfie stick. Both these items were duplicate. stupids people. My money wasted. want action for your company.

I have bought a Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart on 8th of July 2015. I started facing problem after two days in the device as the touch stops working sometimes. I opted for a replacement request twice and the technical person tells me everytime to go with troubleshooting steps. I have done all sorts of troubleshooting steps sugested by them but still its not solved. This is the 3rd time I am launching the complain. How long will it take for the replacement??

there are some problems occurring in receiving my handset at your gurgoan warehouse..the courier company didn"t get received it by opening...and at the warehouse they were willing to take it openly..pls consider this request to receive it..order no is OD303726607226984300.

I ordered moto g3 online, but i received only box and I see that the seal was broken and only accessories were there. I buy many products from flipkart and never experienced this. There is a dummy plaster on the original seal and I can see the fingerprints of the culprit. Suggest me something what action should be taken on the culprit and this will be helpful to you to find out that cheater.
