Sir, after turning on the desktop, a message " your windows licence will expire soon" is shown always. So, What shall I do to fix it?

My self Dinesh Kamlapuri I have a case no. 5014737534. I have purchased a laptop in the month of March 2018 and its touch pad key broken down within 2 months. I have made a complain regarding this on 24th May 2018. I got a message that the technician will reach to me with required part on 6th june 2018 but till date no one has come to repair the same. Again I got a message that required part will be available by 8th June and yesterday on 5th june 2018 I got a new message the required part will available by 11th June.
May I know what the internal control system HP is following. Who is the warehouse manager, what is doing, He is not able to manage the store then why company is paying handsome money to his. We as customer getting trouble due to your rescheduling time because we have to make plan according to your expected date of availability of part.
