I bought Swipe elite sense from you people this year on April. I wish to buy a new smartphone . But for exchange offers on smartphones , for the brand selection Swipe mobile companies are not eligible. Why people do like this ? It is a cheating . If you do like this you'll be loosing customers. Please give a chance to swipe to for exchanging.

A Wall clock/WM41610/Casio had been delivered on 17th Dec in my husband's name and even after many tries it didn't work for more than a minute. Since we were in a rush to go out of station at that time we couldn't go through the return procedure immediately. By the time we came back (31st Dec) the 10 days return policy is over. Now we are stuck with a new but non- usable wall clock that cost us Rs.1999. Hopefully this is not our last buy from flipkart.

Dear sir, I have booked a micromax bharat 4 (black/jet,16 gb) with order id OD 111155580923162000 on 31/12/2017. i delivered this product 2/01/2018. this product camera quality is very bad.when i spoke to customer service today said me that technician visit then he chose this product refund or not refund. when i purchased this product by the flipkart. flipkart show refund me if i do not like this product. why i suffered the problem and why not i want my money ? request you to look into this immediately since i am the regular customer (you can check the history of mine on flipkart). If this is the case then i need to put it in forums.

When on date 30.11.17 calling to filipkart then they are accepted my replacement but at the end of day send mail and sms my system not except. Never Order via prepaid method by paying with your secured card, If you pay, flipkart will cancel your order and you will have to wait for more than 30 days. you will automatically forget your money due to your day to day activities, But if you still remember your hard earned money then you will realise that your money has not been credited. so you will again go to your bank to discuss details then the bank will say that the flipkart has not been refunded. so ultimately you will be bound to contact fraud flipkart again, they will say that they had already refunded but as per bank's authority they will ask you if flipkart has refunded then show us the ''Refund Transcation Id''. So will again call Flipkart's executives and continue transferring your calls to supervisor and team managers they will then admit their mistakes but they will not send the ''REFUND TRANSACTION ID'' to your email despite your several request. Ultimately they will not give u complete resolution so you need wait for another week atleast but then again you will call them to get your refund but soon they will disconnect your call and u have to sit back and give up. Thus you transaction with 'Flipkart will be proved fraud. And your money will never been credited to your account. Thats how you will give up completely. Flipkart loots in daylight.
