I have paid in advance of 2 month but after one and half month my siti cable is showing no signal. this was second time and 19 August also i faced same problem. from last two days and again i faced same problem since 21 August after evening. i call cable operator but he didnt pick call. Siticable is proving cable service thru Satyam at Amrapali Silicon City. Since last 1 yr I am living at E-604, Amrapali Silicon and having worse experience of Satyam service. Awaiting time of any resolution is 3-5 working days. They come to collect subscription and do not have any process of service label and complain downtime reduction.

As of now, I am in touch with Mr. Guddu and Interjit of Satyam last 3 days and still awaiting for resolution.

So, my suggestion would be not to go for Satyam Cable connection at Amrapali Silicon City, sec-76.

Bad response. This is second time i complaint. No response from the siti cable. Waste waste waste.

My name is Kirti dixit, my card number is (01767407213-1) and I was called in siti Cable from the last 8days but there's nothing to take any call. Finally today they picked my phone call but when I told her hello-hello-hello-i felt there is something wrong with the networks but sudden she abuse me during call. I was very very very much disappointed with this incidents, I had no idea what to do with it? Then called to ur customer care executive and he told me the procedure to complaining against local siti Cable office staff there is a female who used abuse language with me. I don't know what she's name but I have a number of that office 8449901234 is the number which was she picked that time and the time is 2:05pm on 16-4-2018.

This is irresponsible and useless staff and service, people here's don't know how to talk with customers and never attend to any call or complain on time,so please take an immediate action against my local Cable office staff or operator.

I had complaint about the bad quality of pictures since first week of february. but still to date it was not resolved. As i have compalint many times my connection was cancelled because of non payment of fee but their persons was not coming for takeing payment. After that i had complained many times that you start my connection but still to date it was not started and the person was not attending my call and said that i am coming but he was not coming.

Generally i am giving the payment in advance for six months. so please resolve my problem as early as possible.

I stay at Paharpur Road, Fatepur Bazar, Garden Reach Kolkata . Mr. Arun is cable operator who works under Great Indian Cable whose proprietor name is Mr. Chandrakant . Such irresponsible person we have not faced till now. Every now & then line goes off, maximum time there is ruck rucks ...this has created serious problem within our family even. We have been calling them but no response.

No connection and not getting any service last twenty four hours, no one is ready to take the complainant... they only want monthly payments.
