I am regular buyer on Flipkart.Com. I have bought 1 item. The VOX V105 4.4 ANDROID KITKAT CALLING TABLET. Order id : OD102925117637563600. The above audio sound is not clear. So, I had replacement request sent in your company, Replacement was sent to me on DT. 5 July 2015. But replacement product was already old model or crèches in display and box seal was already open condition. So, delivery boy take a return replacement and canceled my replacement. So, please provide me proper new replacement.

Initially phone was working properly but after 1 month wifi stop working and phone automatically get switch off and on. Now i want to exchange the phone. I bought this phone when i was in India. I have ordered a memory card of toshiba 8gb which is 2 in quantity but i have received only 1. My order id no. Is Od40716061067 and the date is 16-07-2014. This was strange as no reason was given regarding it. I also haven't received the e-voucher.

This is WRT order no: OD103397948782128600.
This is to inform you that the product received against the mentioned order is not in a working condition. I can say that the product I received is damaged one, this is not the first time I am facing the issue with the Flipkart this is the fourth time I am receiving the faulty or damaged material from flipkart (bad luck with me), after ordering through online.

I registered a complaint with the customer care yesterday as soon I opened the box and the guy who answered the call told me that “our product specialist will call to rectify the issue”. Let me know what the specialist can do when the phone is damaged and solution can he give us when the phone doesn’t work at all. To the concerned person, I need a replacement of material with a working one I mean a working TAB to at the earliest and the replacement should happen when they come for picking the faulty material.

Please make sure that the matter is taken care and please make sure that there is no damaged material received by the customer. We do have other works to do. It’s not that following up with the flipkart for the replacement of faulty material is only job that we have to do once we order the phone. Please take care and make sure that the OD103397948782128600 is taken care peacefully.

Dear Flipkart Team,

On 12 July 2015 the consumer placed an order in Flipkart.com for a Reebok Solid Men's Round Neck T-Shirt and the order number was OD203355905434828100. He paid through credit card consuming Cash Delivery term.

The delivery was received on 16th July 2015. As it was planned to be a brother birthday gift it was not opened until 19 July 2015.

On 19th July 2015, the brother found that there was no T- Shirt on the box rather than the accessories. The consumer immediately wrote and called to flipkart.com. Flipcart’s executive Mr. Abhinav assured him that he would get the T- shirt soon.

The next day and the day after Mr. Tauseef Khan and Mr. Imtiaz & One Madam called him consecutively assuring the T-Shirt to be received. But the reality is that on 22th July 2015 while he is lodging the complaint, the T-Shirt has not been sent!

The consumer is a regular customer of flipkart.com. He purchases at least one mobile every month from flipkart. He is extremely broken heart. He is blaming himself for keeping trust on flipkart. He expected flipkart would resolve his problem in 1-2 days but they are taking too long time. Each time he calls them getting same answer.

The consumer is now planning to write in Facebook and Twitter about the fraudulent activity of flipkart. He wants either his T- Shirt.

On July 17 2015 i ordered the headset order no.0D003399852870033400 its worth was Rs195. When i got the deliver of the product on 21st july i am shocked that the headset was damaged. Immediately i planning to return the headset to delivery boy. But he said that you have to inform the customer care than only i will pickup product back and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive on the day. I'm not the new customer flipkart. i always like online shopping in flipkart. It was my first experience, so now they sending me the replacement headset. I request you to not send me back...please pick the damaged headset and reimburse my money back. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

I have ordered xperia z2 on 30th june and it was delivered to me on 9th july, On 10th july i went to sony care for to check the service availability of my phone. Sony care executive told me to they are not responsible for my phone because the imei number provided by the flipkart was duplicate product that was imported product..never i got service from sony india ltd. Then i requested to replace my product to flipkart. Then i got second product on 19th july then i decided check the service of sony. Sony care replied me the same thing, I am cheated by the flipkart two times. Then i i requested to refund my money. Tilll the date 22/7/15 flipkart didnt give me proper answer about my refund. My order id is od003251800431005400, complaint register number flipkart gave is 150722_023899 . Registered mob number is 9088282296. Please rply me urgently.

I got my product on 6 june, it was Nokia BH-503 bluetooth handset and The order number was OD103012165271816000, I used the product for some days and the meanwhile, I felt there is battery issue in the handset in during these days I was out site of delhi, when I came to delhi, I phoned up to flipkart customer care they informed me It's cooling of period gone out and suggested me to visit the nearest Nokia's store, When I went there, They informed me.It is a local gadget and there is no serial number printed on the gadget, I went to two and three nokia's service center, The all of nokia' s center informed to me same thing.When I called up again to flipkart customer care and also informed same thing. This time that product is useless for me and I thing I wasted my money in worthless company, I am very disappointed over this thing,I am spreading to all of person who is going to place an order in flipkart not to purchase such kind of item from flipkart it is a fake and ridiculous company and amazon is much better then flipkart.The issue is not resolved yet.It is worthless and disgusting company.

I am a regular customer of flipkart so While invite and earn contest was there i earned Rs200 gift card by inviting. Due to some reasons i uninstalled the app assuming that i ll use the gift card later but later when i reinstalled the app the contest was over and in options where invite and earn was there it is gone and so also my gift card.

flipkart is not able to fulfill seller's obligation and the product sold is of bad quality but even after repeated request they are not entertaining to return of product and refund of money so we want to take legal action and file a consumer court complaint so provide us the complaint and assistance regarding the same.

I had purchased an HTC mobile - HTC desire 620G under order id no: 203337564913872500.

The handset is having issues such as heating problem, battery issue, hangs and app not working properly. I had reported the issue to your team on 21 July 15 and they reverted that technical team would call to assist you. There was no call from team, however I got a message that phone can't be returned. I raised complain again and received same response that there would be call from technical team. This time also they didn't called and sent a message that your are not picking phone.

Pity on customer service and tech team. Such a service standards are exact opposite to the Big Claims made by Flipkart regarding customer satisfaction.

I need to return the phone and get refund. Please help or suggest alternate way (such as consumer court etc).

Really pissed of following multiple times as it seems Flipkart thinks that customer has all the free time and can be fooled selling faulty products.

I live in Keelkattalai, Chennai . Recentlu i ordered a USB hub, and headphone. I received the goods at time. The goods are also in good working condition. My area ekart service man Mr. Hariharan supplied those goods. I was pleased that the service rendered by him was good.

(My order od-303147227228828100 and product no is WSRC4082281771) my product name is MI 4i ....I am very much disappionted from ur service,it's for first time I had shopped from ur app and u have provided so much bad service .I complained for the phone I purchased named mi4i which is not working properly and gets switch of itself ,and one screen reappears again and again.I had filed the complaint many times for replacement ,and ur staff are not responding properly and they said to replace the phone on 24th July ,2015 and it's today date 27th July ,2015 and there is no action .They are cancelling my request again and again it's about 2to 3 times they have cancelled my request.I want a proper action either to replace the phone as early as possible or refund my amount ,otherwise I need to take legal action against u and ur app .Do u treat ur customers like this really very bad service take action as fast as possible..

i had purchased a moto g-2 handset from you, vide invocie no -blr-wfld-20150400947645 dated 27.04.2015

The handset reached some 10 days later. I intended to gift it on someone, but as it reached late, i had to buy something else for the gift. And i did not use the handset until 02.06.2015. It is not even 2 months the display of the handset is not showing anything and has gone black.

what do i do now ? I thought i would take it to motorola service centre, but thats 20 miles away.

please help

I am a great fan and happy customer of all Lenovo products. I am using Lenovo laptop for last 5 years. I purchased Lenovo S-850 mobile on 29th of April 2015 from 4U mobile, shop No111/A, ground floor, Prime Mall, Irla society road, VillerParle (W) mumbai. Within one month i started getting problems like network not registered. I changed two sim cards to check, but same error again. on 6th of July i have given mobile for repairs and they told me the main board is faulty. I would like to request you to give me replacement with a new mobile instead of repairing. Its been very long time, the part also is not available. I have given my set to Global Computer services, St.Inez, Panaji Goa. Please help and replace my phone with a new one instead of repairs.

On that tablet the sound is too low and camera capture is too late. so I have return that the new is also like that so again I have put return but some problem I can't able to attend the call and u will rejected my return so please exchange my tablet to moto e 2nd gen 3g .I will be able to give the extra money for that so please contact me as soon as possible.

I have ordered a Lenovo K300 in the flash sale for my day and after days of my order, a message came that they can't deliver my order cz of some stupid courier issue. The same product was deliverd to my office address (which i have given-Pin Code-226010) to one of my senior but not me. The sim card came from the same Courier Company but not my phone. It's not done. My order id is - OD003501875681445100. I know u guys are not capable of doing anythng. Worst company.

i haven't got my refund money, Its more then 20 days now. I had got the order on July 31st....I had ordered a wildcraft scoot LD backpack of worth 670rs/-. Pls refund my money as for as possible. It has second time ur company cancelled my order. Very bad experience compare to other online company. If ur not possible to deliver the order why have u booked the order? I bought lenovo k3 note on 11.08.2015, handset found to be over heated during operation like charging, gaming, watching any video and also some part found to be loose fitment, some noise observed at top & bottom side of handset.
