They are cheating the people and taking money from online payment orders also. Already I called to your Customer Service, but they didn't respond to me. I have to talk about this. Can u please call to this contact 7989452326, 7382388344 regarding this issue

I order an mi charger its quality is not good, so i want to return this product.

I want to return my adidas neo vs hoops sneaker with order id OD110944454422123000 because of the material of the product is not good as expected i'm not satisfy with the material of the product, so i want to refund of amount back to my account by returning the product, I've already complained and asked for return of amount in 13th December, please accept my complaint and return my product as soon as possible.

I bought a product (washing machine) and i need the stamp on the warranty card and i need the guarantee card too.kindly respond to the mail as soon as possible.

I am really disappoint with flipkart bks delivery has came at 13 December bt yet the delivery is not came at my doorstep. I ordered "NAKABH Stunning Italian Silver Plated Stainless Steel ChainView dimas" bt yet I didnt got today is 14 December then only. Lakme rose powder 40 g shows that it has cash on delivery but when i reached on the final section of selecting cash on delivery it shows that cash cash on delivery is not applicable. kindly do the need full.

I've cancelled my order and I haven't yet got my refund money Flipkart is just promising. I'm not happy with the service.

Still the problem on Lenovo band is not resolved and no one is communicated / talked with me as on today. This is one of the very poor response from flipkart even after I communicated the issue in Sep’17. Nothing moved even single step after I pushed many times.

Someone please look at the complaint and give a replacement instead of thinking on rework / service the existing band. I’m completely disappointed in your service support, so please react on top priority. Please call me to undersigned in case of any doubt / query on this.

I am really very disappointed from flipkart service. never expected this kind of fraud from flipkart service.

This is to inform you that flipkart has delivered a wrong product to me on my address. i ordered two 4TB WD External hard disk with order no ID- OD11101735530934600 and ID- OD111017256477748000.

The type of fraud vendor did was they packed a product of someone else wrote a name address and other information and then again packed it to box on which my name is mentioned to deliver. after the deliver boy delivered the product to my home i checked on my flipkart id but product delivered was not updated even after one hour, as soon as i get this news of "fake delivery and fraud" from home i contacted customer care and complaint them of this kind of fraud. Please check why this kind of fraud happened as i am a regular buyer of flipkart.

My refund of reference number 85215227343748480998385 has not yet been credited. And it was told to me that it would be credited in my account on 19 december and now you are telling me it may or may not be credited and you need time till 22 daecember to decide whether to pay back my refund money. I am afraid that you wouldnt pay my other two refunds of reference number since you cant decide whether to credit or not please do the needing full.

Whenever I call, I speak after 24 hours and then call 24 hours later, then speak again 24 hours. My problem has not been solved yet, Complaint has been 20 days. Or can I complain on the social media or other. Please feel free to give me feedback.

My mobile handset got switched off yesterday automatically n still it switched off without no reason. I want to replace it. But I unable to contact ur customer care numbers.

Flipkart is cheating me. my amount is lose.

I tried to call customer care so many times but getting no response, flipkart not giving refund , of washing machine which was found damaged at the time of delivery. we requested for return the machine was taken back but since last more than two month we did not got the refund. no response from toll free no.
very shame for flipkart, never this kind of service. please pass this message to each customer so that the cheater can be known, please do not buy any product from flipkart, very bad.

I was purchased Redmi 3S Prime (Gold 32 GB) mobile phone on dtd. Fri, Apr 21st '17 12:02 PM vide Order OD108961166838322000, today the same mobile has discharge and not charging when I recharge through USB cord. please take the necessary action at your end.

i ordered this product at price of 500RS on 16th dec and the expected date of delivery was 21th dec and when date came nothing happened then i waited for 2 more days i neither got my delivery nor the information about my product. then i called custmer care they said there is some issue in delivery and they said your issue will be resolved till 28th dec and on 26th instead of resolving issue they cancelled my order my concern they say your money will be refunded in next days.
