My mobile no is 9418547723.i booked flight from Chandigarh to Kolkata through net banking of hdfc bank for flight, 5120 amount was debited to hdfc card but no confirmation received. urgent please inform.

I had booked flight tickets and got Rs. 2000 in my Cleartrip Wallet. But unfortunately I am not told how to use this wallet. When I today booked train tickets, I was not given the option to use the wallet. and I was forced to use my bank account to buy the tickets, which was really frustrating.

My wallet says that the money will expire by Nov 18. Not sure if this was a scam from your side. It was only to showcase the money that I own and cannot use it and will expire soon now. I will never use Cleartrip now. Unless, if you can help me with using this money towards the transaction I did today and also confirm if I can use that for another transaction, which I plan to do later today. Cleartrip needs to revert to me asap on this today.

I got the ticket booked at 3 pm on 13/11/2107 under trip I'd 17111330171 PNR W9ZR8V. But till time no eticket received on my registered email. Kindly send the ticket on my email I,e. ravibhavesh151 @gmail.com.

From Dubai to Madurai (return ticket)
Date : 08.12.2017 to 13.12.2017
But still i am not received any confirmation/pnr mail from clear trip. Please kindly solve my problem.

I have booked the flight ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore on 4th Dec 2017. the amount was deducted from our accout of Rs 22864. when i paid the amount its shows that payment was unsuccessful but it has been deducted from our account. I have booked three tickets for cleartrip.
1. Delhi to Mummai
2. Mumbai to Kolkata
3. Mumbai to Delhi

In Serial number 1 & 2 I have received the coupon discount Rs. 300 and Rs. 1000.

But in serial number 3 I have applied the discount coupon code CTWKNDHDFC and it has shown CTWKNDHDFC - coupon applied and you have saved Rs. 1200 on your booking but I have not get any discount when I had seen the final ticket.

I think you are doing some mistake from your side. So, you are requested kindly do the needful to resolve the issue, because this is a matter of trust.

I booked my ticket from BOM to JOD on 05/12/17 but i haven’t got my ticket i got failed and also deducted the fare from my account. The same thing happened with me again when i tried to book that ticket again after few minutes. Now i want my refund.

I tried to book a ticket in calicut - kolkotta sector, unfortunately money deducted from the account and neither ticket was issued nor the trip Id given. customer care asking for the trip Id and no other way to approach the customer care and address the issue. I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to indore and payment made from our net banking ac. But still ticket or any confirmation not communicated. And no one your contact number has been connected.
