Airtel speed going slower day by day, no body can pick calks and every even a 4g speed also get slower like 3g and websites dont open. what a service of airtel waw jio is better then airtel now they giving speed and no server problem etc. how u get this problem out lets see.

I have already settled my full account for this number and gave requisition for deactivating the same in oct.2017.the customer care rang me afterwards and confirmed the same. It was deactivated from 11.11.17. SR no 80143844.

I am still getting calls from customer care to pay Rs 1300 and saying that the no is still active. I have not used this no for the past few months and as far as I am concerned the no is not in use and kindly confirm the same if any error from your end.

AIRTEL is getting cheater day by day. I am using this operator since last 4 year but now I am not satisfied with airtel bcoz here is very cheating with customer. plan show in 179 1gb data/day  but actual give 1gb for 28 days. 

I contact to your call center executive Mr Tej but he is not giving me proper remark.

मैं बिहार के किशनगंज जिले के कोचाधामन प्रखंड के भवानी गंज से लिख रहा हूं । हमारे यहाँ पिछले 6 - 7 माह से airtel बहुत ही खराब सर्विस दे रही है । इस कारण दूसरी टेलीकाॅम कंपनियां पैर पसारती जा रही है । अगर आपलोगों ने इस ओर ध्यान नहीं दिया तो airtel गुजरे जमाने की कहानी बनकर रह जाएगी । मेरे घर में airtel का आठ सिम व्यवहार किया जा रहा है । मैं शुरू से एयरटेल चला रहा हूं इसलिए लगाव है एयरटेल से । मेरे सुझाव पर गौर करना न करना आपलोगों की मर्जी है।

My networks are getting slower and slower daily not getting speed what a network company is providing us, Jio is better then airtel. You are only giving fake promises even my sim is 4g and i m only used airtel but now i think airtel is very stupid network. i dnt even say any one to use airtel of this problem is not get solve.

Myself Mr. Avijit Gupta (JVN3346145) using the aforesaid no. since 2013. I do keep my calls diverted & when required i do use the same for making necessary calls. Recently signal problem is arising for a very prolonged period of time. I expect cooperation & good services from Airtel India.

My last chargeable call from this no. was made to 6201851832 which costed for sixty paise only taking main balance on MSISDN: 9631698954 to INR 62.24/-. A peculiar thing happened yesterday (Dt.09 may 2018) When i expected a call made to 9631698954 to get diverted to my vodafone no., it sounded "no. is not in service". Thanking you

It is India's worst network. On my Airtel number 9960362596 in New Delhi, 4G speed is even worse than 2G.

Very poor service in sahibgang jharkhand. No reply to complain. After 4 month I'm every week book a complain. But no work... 8877713071.

Your service is very bad in Sahibganj, Jharkhand. Your net doesnt works properly here, its never 4G and the 3G speed is only 3-5Kb. This is a bad and useless network.

4 months back i have been transferred to Assam. I will be moving entire north east region. I am not getting incoming calls properly also out going calls. Also SMS's. Many a time a time i have given complaint, no action has been taken yet. just calling & saying sorry. I have a record of all complaints made to customer care.

My final submission is, if you can rectify in next couple of days, please do the needful or else, send a mail stating that , it is not possible, so that i can proceed further. Really fed up with this kind of service . i am long time user for Airtel , now compelled to shift to other service provider.

Your early action in this regard is highly solicited .

He cheated the indian man... bank ke name pe fraud karta hai. aj 6 month se airtel payment bank ban hai or customer ke a/c withdrawal nahi ho raha hai. mazak bana ke rakh diya hai. public chutiya hoti hai kya..??

Sala retailer se pucho toh 7 din me chalu hoga. 7 din karte karte hai...6 month ho gaya. jab apne aap ko Airtel (the world largest network) toh phir airtel payment bank ko indian government and rbi ne ban kyu kiya. koi garbari chal rahi hogi. mera 7000 rupey airtel wallet me ajj 6 month se fasa hua hai. 2000 bar customer care ko bol chuka hu, 7 din sala kabhi ata hi nahi hai. public ko chutiya banaya ja raha hai... wallet me balance hai....but widhraw, recharge ya transfer nahi ho paa raha hai. Ab mai is baat ko court ko jankari deta hu.

I am user of Airtel mobile connection for last 15 years and pretty satisfied with their service. last 20 days I am facing a bitter experience. My 4g connection was very much slow from last 20 days and whenever I call their customer care executive and explain my problem every time they responded me that within very short time it will be solved. As an active user of internet I am facing a huge problem and can't expect this kind of service from a reputed brand like Airtel.

Today I lost my patience and decide before change my long time connection with Airtel network send a mail and if I didn't get any response from them and rectify my connection speed I definitely share my experience with social media and ministry of telecom.

I have made porting request on 27 May 2018 and AM714229 was the unique porting code. I have purchased SIM in the month of February 2018 but my porting request was declined by you for the reason that i have not completed 90 days.Now I again request you to port my airtel number immediately. I have made request to port in Jio as because there is no network coverage in my village as I retired as settled down in Village Khadki.Tal Jamner Distt. Jalgaon Maharashtra state. As I phoned to Jio gallery they told me that I have not completed 90 days and Airtel declined porting. So for I have not yet received any official communication from Airtel. As I have to go to my native place today I have again made port request and Unique porting code is AM714229. So I request you to do my porting immediately without loss of time. Please reply to this email.

I am very unhappy with airtel. Your customer support is very 3rd class. Not help, My issue is Network not connect during calling time. Data issue r same.

About 8- 10 days I am after start internet within half an hour massage pop up u have consumed data 90% data I am try to contact customer care they not hearing my problem and giving me foolish answers, said that sir u please contact to our divisional officer but actually giving me wrong mobile number of div officer , I am really want something to say that world's worst network and services very bad.

Dear Airtel, I am the regular customer of of Airtel Since 2015 but from that time till now the services provided is very worst. I have been showing faith in you but there is no proper resolution of my complaints. I am getting a very worst speed in my area even at 2 MBPS plan. Due to slight rain the connection gets disconnected for the 12 to 16 hours and when i call your engineer he comes and short out the issue but the issues frequently occurs. I even complaints on your customer care help line but didn't get the proper resolution.

Now you decide what do you want either give me your best service or i request you to please reduce the total amount of money i pay at the end of the months. Because whatever i pay, i pay for the best services but the services offered like lower speeds even on 2 MBPS plan, frequently disconnection. It irritates me. Even i am thinking to disconnect the connection permanently because i suffered because of your worst services provided.

In future if someone asks my about the airtel experience for broadband then for sure i will be unhappy to tell him that i get very bad experience due to consistently non-resolution of my problem. So i humbly request please rectify your services in next days.

This airtel service is just amazing service. I am using my friends airtel sim since last five years and I have faced no issue with the sim excepting the transfer of the prepaid sim ownership. So airtel should introduce this service as soon as possible.

In Ranchi, jharkhand airtel 4g not work properly and internet speed is too low.
