i want to open retail chain in my shop for sodexo so kindly guide me what should i do for this things.

We are operating 24x7 Super Market in Erode, TamilNadu and most of our customers are having Sodexo meal pass. We don't have sodexo account. So not accepting the pass from customer. This is impacting our business. So planning to create a Sodexo account. Could you please tell me procedure to create an account?

Firstly getting connected with sodexo is very difficult. After making 10 calls someone will pick up and the call will get disconnected after half discussion. Then again you have to start calling them again and there is no time line of calls getting connected to sodexo executive. I was trying to reach sodexo since 2 months but still unable to get any positive solution.

I FEEL IT IS EASY TO GET CONNECTED WITH PM NOWADAYS RATHER THAN GETTING CONNECTED WITH SODEXO EXECUTIVES. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH SODEXO SERVICES.

I have been trying to reach 1800-102-2423 for several days now for clarifying my issues and my billing reversal but no one picks the calls. What are these customer service people there for? Can somebody address my issue at the earliest.

I had visit to Apple Megamart at Atul, NH. 08, i had Meal Pass card twice for the bill of 1056/- but the Meal pass card did not work.Hence I could do any purchase. The items were left with the Apple mart. Later on there was message on my mobile of Rs1056/-deduction form my account. i. e total amount deducted from my account 2 x 1056= Rs. 2112. Please help to get refund.

After coming from Dubai i opted to get the sodexo card but no where around people accept the card! Initial 8 months there was no amount paid Into my card. I had to follow up on mails to get my amount credited! And trust me this is a cheap thing where customer service is not accepted at all! Any place u ask for delivery using ur sodexo card the supplier says no we do not accept it at all, even when they have the sticker tagged up at the entrance! I don’t usually comment on all this but this has to be done for small individual who grabs sodexo.

Such a bad experience, most of the places its not accepted.

I recently received new sodexo card with new pin. I have registered. After a week I used my new card with new pin number. It is not working. I had a message as wrong pin. Tried thrice. Now my card is blocked. What to-do. Contacted customer care, not responding.
