I submitted my MI4I in thane service center 1 month back still m waiting for my phone. I complained at customer care ( Complain No : 409158 ) but still no response.

I bought this phone on 17-7-2015 through flipkart .(imei no -866392028362410.). Now my phone is not working, when the phone is powered on only distrubed lines are coming. Kindly let us know how to resolve the problem and also let me know custmer care numbers in india.

Disappointed as ur toll free customer number is reachable after working hours only, during working hours from 9 to 6 pm it gets disconnected. pl help.

hi there, i bought redmi 2 some days ago, but I am unable to download apps through data connection, not even light apps like notepad are downloading..not even Whatsapp...Helpline No. is not responding. Kindly resolve my issues!!!!!

I have bought Xiaomi Headphone [black/gold] from mi.com/in on 6th Sep 2015. The product which was received [10th Sep 2015] was faulty, left side speaker was not working. Since then till today [16th Sep 2015] called four times to call center for replacement. But no response in this regard.

I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G on 8th of June 2015 from amazon and from day one I am facing some problems like, when I call someone the mobile screen get totally off, there is no option to end the call.
Other problem is sometimes it happens like whenever I start the mobile I got one screen which says that do not cover the top of mobile where as I did't put the mobile cover even because of that and everytime I have to press low sound button with back button according to that pop up message. And now I am facing one new problem that is all the Images and videos are seeing blurred. Not getting any help from customer care, customer care no is not working. Really pathetic services.

my phone got switched off and have become extremely switched off. but i am repeatedly calling the customercare but not getting any response. even the online chat is unavailable. This is disgusting. this is the worst experience i ever had with the service of any company.
