I have booked the ticket from yatra on Saturday (18/11/2017) Two Way flight Ahmedabad to Hyderabad to & fro the money has been deducted from the bank as i have paid through debit card. I have mail the issue to yatra support mail still I have not heard anything from the company. The bank transaction ID is 789182000.

I had booked three Tickets from Ernakulam to Bangalore on 5th Nov 2017. PNR No;4857814293 .
Since the tivket was on Waiting List it got cancelled. Till now I have not got my Refund. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Actually i booked two tickets from bhubaneswar to new delhi today but the date was unfortunately mistaken instead of 10th of this month i booked for 17th date. so I cancelled the ticket when I got to know that I have done a mistake, this was the first time I booked flight ticket. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

I have booked ticket online on 19-12-17, using credit card. Money got deducted but ticket not received. Unfortunately customer care number (9266668600) is also wrong. Kindly refund my amount.
