For last 2 months, I was trying to buy redmi 4A by Flipkart. But I couldn't buy because it shows on Flipkart available but I am trying to place an order it shows me that "out of stock in area" or unavailable for this pincode. My pincode is 110062 sangam vihar new Delhi, lots of products I purchased from Flipkart but right now it was disappointed me. So please send me a mail when it is available on Flipkart to purchase this phone.

On november 20th i ordered the Kaneggye Running Shoes with tracking ID FMPR0039414191 shoes with order id OD110784225307882000 and return id 11201080298553370307 its worth was 501rs. When i got the shoe on November i am shocked that the shoe was damaged. Immediately i returned the delivery boy and i m informed to the flipkart.com executive on the day. Diliver boy are picked product and all accessories at my home I need my refund amount for the shoe. I complaint to the flipkart executive at 22th november. From this date to up wednesday i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

I have a humble request... I am not at all happy with this devices performance. The camera quality is very poor... I don't need a refund from you guys but I request you guys take this device back and provide me with "Mi A1 (Gold, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM)"... I am happy to pay the balance amount.... I have contacted you guys so many times but everytime you just deny citing your policy issues... You guys used to take back phone in case we didn't like the phone... Why are forcing me to use a phone which I don't like... I have not used your new phone and its sealed packed at my home. I ordered a set top box shelf wall mountable. When I opened the delivery it was damaged then I requested for replacement. But they are telling this product is of different company hence they will not return it. This is simply fraud done by flipkart. I want my genuine product.

Sir, I have purchased Red Mi-4 mobile vide order no.OD110294571168543000 date of order 22.09.2017. I got delivery of the same on 25.09.2017 via Seller: Truenet Commerce.
My humble request is that please do mail me the copy of invoice on my edited mail account i.e. mullajamil @gmail.com. Previously it was send on sahilmullah @yahoo.com. But now please mail the invoice on mullajamil @gmail.com.

i bought a sansui mobile.but it was dispute.i informed them.they told me that technician will visit there,but no technician, no refund. i was waiting for 6 days. no improvement.they were telling me just wait. i was also waiting again and again. it was my bad luck. flipkart is very bad online seller. i got it today. still suffering. dont buy anything from there.

Product was received in damaged condition. i complaint then they pick up my product bt still i didn't get my money. what cheat is this??

Flipkart you are pathetic. I had so much faith in flipkart but you people are sending fake products to us.

I purchased a dell inspiron laptop (order ID OD110005777287128000), and in just three months its battery stopped working. what is this? Is this a joke or what? sending duplicate stuff?? that is how you are building your so called reputation? you have collaborations with such ridiculous dealers who sell duplicate stuff for bloody 33 thousand. It isn't a small amount. It is a big deal. I bought this for my father who is aged and cannot do rounds of service center plus. I am gonna stop using flipkart and will spread a word among my circle who uses flipkart. You are a trust breaker. I will take it to social media. And your customer care line is of no use as m unable to contact through it since I haven't made any fresh purchase as of now. So I cannot even speak to your department. That is so vow.

I have brought a wall clock and a pair of shoes. one i returned and second one i cancelled because the product was not the same as shown in picture. I've ordered in October. today is December but till now i haven't received my refund back of cancelled product. i regularly call Flipkart customer care no. but every time the executive of yours are busy. so please tell me the solution. what should i do.. its Rs447 that flipkart hasnt refund me back. i want my money back. it's very disappointing.

Ordered a lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 6-11-17 got it on 8-11-17. the piece was defective it had network issues the same was reported to flipkart with return request but it was rejected repeatedly by flipkart. i went to the local service center in raipur (shyam incorporation) they said that they dont have any record of my device's imei number. i myself tracked my device's imei number on lenovo's mobile application lenovo help according to which the date of sale of the product was 22-09-17 which was billed to me by flipkart on 6-11-17. now tell me friends how can this be possible.

NOTE - I want that product that product with ordered price rs 349 otherwise u (flipkart) will have to face court case of mental harassment.

I am really very disappointed. I love shopping in flipkart but today i am really angry and disappointed because COD not available for the selected mobiles i don't had any credit card or net banking. My previous orders all i bought through COD option today i am very angry on your service please solve it today or tomorrow.

Return product picker boy made false statement that the product has scratches. But actually, there is no scratch in the product. "No trust" in customer statement.

The product (bata)has been cancelled. With no proper actions taken. But company has to take up to give valid service to customer. This something worst case that we ever faced. Road side shoo shop is better than Flipkart.

Flipkart has cheated me by cancelling the order after 5 days and now asking me to buy at a higher rate. after so many promises they have cancelled the product and now asking me to buy mi A1 set at a price 1000 costier..... they are very bad. they had wasted my 5 days and now the offer period is also finished. if you have to cancel then provide me the phone at that very cost. otherwise you all also be a fraud company... cheaters. deliver me the product at that very cost otherwise your company will go in hell.

I bought the Mi A1 phone on Dec 10 at 07:53 Pm and was expecting to be delivered at my location till Wed 13th. But the issue is Status is still showing ordered the seller has not yet shipped and i will be travelling back to Delhi on Thursday.

I request the Flipkart service to be much more streamlined and provide us with good service. Highly disappointing.
