Dear sir, it's about 9 days to receive mi A1 device and as you well known that it is a costly range phone with the given functions these are mostly available in smal smart phones and the high issue which I facing is the hanging problem , some times it's heat high and alot of time it touch lock is Not able to open the display or work slow please solve the issues asap. I will give you some screenshots and I send you the mail for the same.

I humble request you to pls change my phone with my choice to another phone series.

I am using the Redmi 4A (gold, 32gb) from 1st October 2017 ( purchased from Amazon.in with invoice details: MH-BOM3-151792751-1718 invoice date: 24.09.2017) . I have been using this phone with sim card on first slot only. When I inserted the second sim yesterday, the second slot was not detecting the sim.

I produced the phone to Redmi service centre (Taratala, New Alipore, Kolkata) on 01.12.2017 and as per service centre's statement, the sim reader pin for second sim slot is missing. The service centre said it is due to mishandling which is impossible (or mishandled by service centre personal) as it has been opened by them for the first time. They gave an estimate of Rs4911.16 for repairing the same out of warranty (service request num- WXIN1712010001287).

Either I want this phone to be replaced or repaired within warranty. Else I will raise complaint against the same in consumer court for due redressal. Please acknowledge and do the needful with immediate effect.

One of the worst product I had never seen, such a worst product in my life. service also very very worst.

Actually my problem was charging problem continuously connected and got disconnected. i had taken 4 times to the service centre, what can I do i am frustrated of your service.

I face the problm of battery.. this take many time to charge and recently drained the battery.

Hi,
My redme 4 mobile front screen has broken, and need to replace ,mi service centre asked original invoice copy and they checked and asked one copy with them.mobile purchased on 8650 and screen replacement charges they told me approx 3000. But when when I checked the charges they are looting customer,1999 has charged for screen that is ok with me, or I told also if they told me directly 2500 cost of screen ,I need to pay due to product price has to be paid, but they are charging 2000 and 18% service tax 350 making charges and 18 % service tak, I asked logically where is my warranty , I only need to pay product charges due my mobile has one month old.they told and repeating no all are charged. And more than that when I checked my mobile a small scratched on mobile which was not .and they are not agreed and seniors also service manager also told same thing, I told you can check in your web camera while receiving mobile. They are not agreed. Ultimately I suffered and paid the amount. Worst experience .please check if any management person is reading and reply if possible. Wxin1712090002837.

My mobile Redmi Note 3 lost on 19 Oct 2017whose IMEI No.1-- 863217039900986 IMEI2--863217039900994. I want suggest you to trace out or if not, then please deactivated my handset. At the time of purchasing, you have to give assurance of stressing out when mobile is lost. So please do this.

My new phone purchase on 27.08.2017 Redme 4. Phone hang in a day 3-4 times due to software /hardware problem. Customer care call not picked as well as mi bug complaint not submitted.
