You published an adv. On 25 may 2015 for activa 125cc as down payment Rs5555, EMI Rs999 pm for 4 yrs is totally fake and cheating with public emotions. You published a list of western UP based dealers but your dealer M/S K&S Najibabad and Choudhary Honda Bijnor is denying your scheme and saying that your scheme is for NCR only and not for them/others. It is therefore why you are cheating with public emotions if u r right then check the matter and instructed to the dealer for implementation the scheme as per above advertise.

I visited for the 1st free service of my Honda activa 3g but for my first 60 minutes no one attended me to note down the details etc although there was no rush. A time wasting and slow service by Honda scooters.

I purchased Dream yuga on 14/7/2015.first servicing is done. The mileage is very poor @53 kmpl. How to Trust on Honda? Pl make some improvement like change/modify the carb. For this issue I have no other option than to go to consumer forum.

I had bought honda dream yuga Bike in May 2015 from m.s Krishna Automobile, Plot No 177E, Industria Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh.

On 4th Oct i had send the bike for fuel tank insurance claim to Krishna automobile. Firstly they installed a old model fuel tank and when i complained on 20th Oct 20 October 2015 then they installed another old model fuel tank with Honda sticker on it. They have committed fraud with me (My bike remained with Krishna Automobile from 04th Oct 2015 to 23rd Oct 2015).

Complaint registered no. Q327970

On 22nd Oct 15 I also complained regarding the fraud to the Area service Incharge (Vinod Kumar, Mobile No. 7087437973). He told me that he will call next day till 10am but he too didn't replied.

Reg no : WB01AG 2540 ( jayanta roy). -9874301550. Took delivery in April, from Todi Honda, 225c AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700020. After continuous follow up with the dealer no body is helping where my smart card has gone, starting from showroom manager mr vivek, registration person --mr sanyal, no proper feedback, whenever calling they r taking only time n no result. Its been 10 month and i am facing so many problems on road, no calls after delivery, no help from seniors in Todi Honda, now I will take action against them, n will seek help from you all. I have waited so long n worried is this how they are treating me. No regrets nothing. Pls help me to get my smart card from them.

I have a Honda Aviator scooter. I got an Annual Maintenance Contract done at pickupHonda service centre in Faridabad. The AMC had additional 3 free servicing. However, I found that the service quality in the behavior and the work done is of poor standards.

Hence after checking on telephone with Mr. Gaurav Arora (9953547023) at Faridabad Honda, I went to hand over the scooter. However, they refused to accept the AMC done at pickuphonda.

I am an Air Force offr and move around various cities. If the company is providing AMC, it should be valid at all authorised dealers of Honda scooters.

I had no choice and gave the scooter at the new dealer, Faridabad Honda because I dint wanna go to pickup honda and again go thru a painful experience.

Pl intervene to validate my AMC at Faridabad Honda.

I requested them repair they charged me, still oil is leaking again. I approach them but they are not taking interest and ask me to lodge complaint. But very great eagerness, I have purchased a new ACTIVA scooter on 11/10/2014. Myself retired employee,about 62 years old as I am calld SENOR CITIZEN. AND NOT USE CICK START SCOOTER BUT. AUTO START SCOOER AND I ALSO WSH TO PURCHASE THIS *ACTIVA* scooer.with 3 years of warranty. Now, I have to say as under.

Date of purchased is. 11/10/2014.
Regular free is service done. Being old, retired person I am sole holder of ACTIVA, from 11th oct 2014 to till today 3rd April 2014 total. 6614 km wander/ used.

Now my last service I was informed that your scooter has noise called""CRANK SHAFT" and for repairing you have to spend at least 7000 to 8000 rupees to avoid this noise. My humbly request you to look in to the matter and help me, This is not my complaint. Against HONDA. Or dealer but my new purchased ACTIVA
can run smoothly. Your help is highly appreciated.

I purchased the honda unicorn 150 on dec-15 2016. After purchasing the vehicle for three days the lock is
not working, they replaced the locked. After ten days the fork and handle giving problem, the company rectified the problem, and after 3 months there is problem in head, the replaced the head. I need replacement for my vehicle.

On 31 march 2017 my father have purchased Honda shine but today 18 April 2017 the bike is undelivered. The customer care and dealer have no shame because we are asking them politely. It was my mistake to buy any Honda vehicle. If this is the case how will be the after sale service.

This is in reference to the subject matter noted above. This is to inform you that the undersigned had purchased a Honda Active -4G (SCV 110H) white color bearing Engine No-JF50E75045464 on 01.04.2017 from Paras Motors Palwal.

It is so painful to write to your good office regarding the subject matter noted herein above. It is to bring to your kind notice that the color of our above mentioned vehicle has got faded and has turned yellow which looks extremely bad.

The vehicle was taken to the above mentioned service centre wherein all the other works pertaining to the first service was explained to the service manager at length wherein the problem of color fading was also brought to the kind notice of manager.

I am at a loss to narrate that the concerned service manager has totally denied for any sort of assistance. Only assurance that they have given is “ that the company does not provide any sort of warranty of such issues and they can paint the defected part in their inhome work shop” which I hope should not be the case as the company like Honda which takes pride in the customer satisfaction cannot do that.

I would request you kindly provide me any sort of solution of my problem. I am enclosing herewith the copy of Proforma Invoice and Photographs of my vehicle.

I have a huge problem behalf of ur Honda Service. On March 2017 I purchased Activa4G from ur Jm Road Branch Pune. The Branch manager Told that u will get no within 1week, But it's passed 3month Now they have lost our paper when we visited for enquiry, The Branch Manager don't have manners to talk. Is it a good service from ur side. We are not satisfied from ur service. 3times they have lost our paper's, Nobody's Taking any responsibility, 2 times we caught by police because of no number on our bike, We have not satisfied from ur service, we are fed-up of ur services, at last I have to mail, plz solve my problem or else I have take some strict action I will lounge an FIR or Publish you in newspaper and Media.

I bought Activa 4G on the release week, from the first day there are issues with starting of the vehicle.

1. It won't start with the self-start and the kick start is also waste of time and energy. This issue is observed even when the engine has ran for more than 30 kms.

2. Vibration is observed near the footrest when vehicle attains a speed near to even 30km/hr!!!! Ridiculous!!! When informed to the service center service center on the issue, instead of logging a complaint, they informed not to ride the vehicle at a higher speed!!!

3. The acceleration of the vehicle is another troublesome issue, when we accelerate the required pick up wont be attained, then all of a sudden it will take random pick up and vehicle goes out of control, when riding in the slow moving traffic, getting down from a speed breaker, taking vehicle from parking it causes a lot of problem.

4. Coming to the lighting of the vehicle, the beam will never hit the road, the lighting is very poor & makes it difficult to ride at night.

5. Handle control is another issue, then vehicle tends to pull towards one side. Initially the handle of brand new vehicle was not even aligned straight.

Very unhappy and overall not at all satisfied with Honda. Honda had an reputation and its not at all met in Activa 4G. The service is also really bad.

Raja Honda service centre near forum mall Bangalore. I gave my vehicle( Honda activa 4g) i said them that vibration is there & its not giving mileages, from my 1st service but till now I am facing the same problem yesterday I received my vehicle after service it is wrest. It was so much better before I gave it for service. Front wheel is not straight, the handle is not rite its pulling towards one side towards left & right side is tight,vibration is more than before,front wheel is not straight & they simply charge more saying other charges in the bill n indicators sound was not coming I said they repair that also but they are saying that wires are loosened when I ask them to fix it they are saying that it is not possible because they don't have the tools to fix it,so what a service centre they are maintaining if they don't have the tools to service the vehicle and they took 6 months to issue charging socket which they billed when I got my vehicle no proper response and they don't have any responsibility.

I purchase my bike Honda DIO with frame no.-ME4JF39EJ39EJHU040996 on dated 07 OCTOBER 2017 from AM Honda Perinthalmanna Branch manjeri. I regret to inform you that my scooter handle bar bend and fork damage. I inform to dealer when purchase the vehicle. it feel high problem I went to Honda Service Center Areacode Branch on dated 11 october 2017 they behave very badly to me. then i go to manjeri branch on same date and told about this problem after 1 hrs problem attended and changed handle bar had been done and bike handed over to me after 5 hrs. Again I goto Am honda Service center on 24/10/2017. I did not get any improvement in my bike performance till this date. i hope justice for me.

Sir, I have approached two times within 15 days to your dealer Shree Grand Honda, Allahabad for the purchase of Honda Activa Scooty. The dealer is selling the scooty at Rs.68000.00 (Approx) while vehicle Showroom Price is only Rs. 51678.00. He is selling vehicles with the cost of Road Tax, Insurance, Accessories, tefflon coating, extended warranty and other cost unknown for me. Dealers sales person is insisting me to purchase at his condition,choice & rate, while I want to purchase basic vehicle without accessories and insurance of the vehicle at my own choice. Dealers sales person behavior is rude. I want to approach the owner of agency but neither he was available nor his contact number is giving by any sales person.

The said vehicle, color & models are available in dealers showroom still he is denying me delivery in this month. Please intervene in the case & permit me to take the delivery of basic vehicle without accessories on producing of my own choice insurance.

This is not the first time i am facing issues from honda service but from my past experience the company itself is not strict with the dealers so the dealers are enjoying and wasting customers time.whenever i go for any service or claim whole day is just wasted their.I think suzuki is much better company than this no doubt activa is very good model but it also matters about the after sale services and support which worse than tata.

With due respect, I have purchase Honda Activa 3G Scooter on 16.12.2016 from Garai Honda, Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal. Vide Engine No.- JF50ET6083019, Chassis No.- ME4JF509MGT083923. I`m not happy with Honda Activa 3G. Because suffering Problems are details below:-

(1) I am facing handle vibrating problem after purchase of two months, then my scooter was runed 250 K.m. This problem has been noted job card of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd service. But nothing has been done. On 07.10.2017, hand over my scooter to service center of Garai Honda, Krishnagar for resolve this problem. After repair said problem has not been resolved completely. It is not possible to go again and again for repairing, Everybody has value of time.
(2) At present front hydraulic problem has been created.
(3) Combo brake cable & speedometer cable are being damaged due to there is no cable guard (hook) of mudguard as other active 3G.
(4) I am not getting my Bluebook of scooter till now (after purchase of 10 months) also.

So, you are highly requested to take corrective action for said problems and replace the problematic parts within 15 days otherwise I shall go to Hon`ble consumer court.
As the scooter still have the warranty period.

I do not get satisfactory result and really fed up irresponsible and careless behavior with is causing me mental stress and frustration. Day by day I losing my faith on Honda. I mean, there is no good management of Garai Honda Krishnagar.

I bought Honda CB shine bike at Pearl Honda, Tuticorin. I registered the bike with Tuticorin RTO office and get the No. TN69AP3256. When I bought the bike, there is huge no. of bikes are there in this branch, but my bike is the last bike what I had bought at the model CB shine. Those time advanced model of CB shine het. Vehicles also present. But I like CB shine alone. So I preferred to buy the last vehicle, but some parts of the vehicles were damaged like right side break lever, Head light switch and some oscillation is there in head light. I request the branch admin to overcome these problems. But, am not an expert about CB shine vehicle.

Times move on, I used the vehicle well and put into service only at Pearl Honda Branch. One day my park lamp light was not working and I decide to repair the park lamp light in your Pearl Honda branch. The adviser take my vehicle and the mechanic told that the head light and right side break lever fitted in my bike is not the CB shine model, it belongs to advanced model head light and there is no connection provided for park lamp and So I ask this matter to service manager, He is not responded to my speech. It was irritated me. If u have any doubt in this regards please check the my service time CCTV footage available at Pearl Honda Branch, Tuticorin. Please take necessary action towards my complaint and arrange me to put head light suitable for my bike at free of cost. Or otherwise I decided to put complaint about this issue to consumer court. pls solve my problem.

Why does Activa 125 not have a pass light.... Or can it be fixed at a Honda service centre.

I have purchased Honda Livo Bike in December 2016, the Bike used only 10,000 Kilo meters, the chain is gone, service man said want to change the bike chain. My last bike there is no complaints like this. Can you do anything regarding this issue.
