First of all i am shocked with the ruthless and unprofessional behavior of your staff.

Please note:
on 18th of this month while using the app i got the message the account is blocked please contact support. On contacting support i was told that due to violation of policies the account is blocked, and will be operational in next 24 hrs.

I also communicated over mail and suddenly i am getting the reply the the account is permanently blocked, which is a harassment and an insult to a consumer to block the account without assigning any reason there in and also not informing the customer.

When contacted your bangalore office i was told in a very unprofessional manner that account is blocked and cannot be used. May i know what is the reason of blocking the account and when can you re-instate the account. i have been using ola since inception and this is a sheer insult to the person who is a loyal customer of yours.

Let me know when the account under this mail id and cell number 9915258986 can be restored.

Somebody tried to misuse my bank account for doing online purchase from your firm on 26 Oct 2017 around 1116 hrs as revealed from a OTP received on my mobile. Kindly furnish the details of such miscreant to enable me to take up appropriate action. Your co-operation in this regard is highly appreciated.

My ola account is blocked for no reason. I was surprised to see this. I have probably just cancelled a trip just once in so many months. Never had any issues in payments. These guys are also not giving a proper clear answer on why this is done. There customer care is also blocked and you cannot know the reason. This is disgusting.

Dear sir/madam, my name is sandeep. I am regular ola user n i pay faithfully cash amount. my regular location new bombay belapur my routine same location regular travel n using ola cab prime sedan. Not issue cab but my regular rate card amount 600 to 700 n above something but regular amount suddenly change 800 to above insert amount ola can app why changes card rate amount. other traveler charges same price same rate going other location but ola is good rate card n safely travel minimum rate card but this month extra charges according ola 21/10/2017 two ola round n 26/10/2017 one round not match your ola cab rate card. please check my detail n co operate me n rate card search n reply me your service is good but rate changes i'm not satisfy.

I'm facing issue in Loging into to the app from the time I have changed my phone, if I try to login from my old phone then it is allowing me but when getting logged out from old phone and when trying to login from new phone it is poping as limit reached. Request you to please check and help on this, if wanted please flush my old phone details.

I have faced the below incident with my last OLA booking as below:

From Ashok Vihar Ph-3 to T3 terminal airport.

​This ride was cancelled by driver on the way after my pickup. At my drop location, driver told me that he cancelled this trip, but he is dropping me by his own and he will charge less compared to OLA fare.

He took 450/- from me and did not provide any invoice for this. On asking for invoice, he told that i will get it on my mail. i have called him 2-3 time and he is not responding. Please support to provide me the invoice and take necceasry action against the driver. His number in 8447327122

I took a car in lease with ur organisation and I continued the car for 20 days and then ur company stopped my car for driver verification. since more then 20 days Hyderabad branch says we work completely form here and pending from chennai head office. when I do call them they says the same and pending at hyderabad branch, now what should I do. can I get money back, my driver verification shall complete in week or else I should approach consumers forum court for delayed by ur company and neither responding correctly. Hi Team

This is in regards to OLA service cab used from Kalyan to chembur – Tilak Nagar on 28th Oct 2017. The name of the driver was Md Samiullah and the CAR model was White – Go which arrived to pick me up at 1.11 pm from Kalyan. (CAR number MH02CR8454).

I had booked two seats and driver asked for Rs 792 in cash and I also handed over the cash assuming that I choose cash option even if I had sufficient OLA money and credit. Later he got two new bookings and tactically cancelled the same.

My cell battery being very low it got switched off, Knowing that he deliberately canceled my booking as well at 1:42 pm which I was never informed of He also complained that his cell is not working.

Also he had not switched on the AC till thane as he told us that the GAS in his car is low and told us to cooperate which we did.

He stopped the car at thane to get the gas filled and later switched on the AC. The driver was very rude, you can confirm the same with the clients who booked the car after my booking.

We reached the destination (chembur – Tilak Nagar) at 4.00pm.

After reaching home I charged and switched on my cell and found that the money was also deducted from OLA credit (screen shot for reference) and thereafter I came to know that he had cancelled my booking at 1:42 pm.

I immediately called the OLA support team and explained my concerns and they took my refund request.

Yesterday I got call from Ola support team, first of all the team member who called was very rude, he was very demanding and was not showing any empathy for my concern. I happen to explain him full episode and he also took driver of the cab in conference call with me to confirm the same. The driver totally denied the fact that he did not drop me and neither took any cash from me. Ola support team instead of resolving the issue I had faced gave me final verdict that I am liar and no refund will be given.

I have been using the OLA service since 3 years and you can check my log that I have always been rated as good customer. Till date I never had any issues while taking up the OLA service cab. I have been very cooperative enough to accommodate if the service has any major issues.

I am very much disappointed with the behavior of the driver and the support not provide by the OLA team. Hence forth I will shift my service to UBER or some other cab service and make sure this matter is escalated to the highest level and also will spread the word of mouth to everyone in my contact who use OLA services for not using the OLA service as they hire FRAUD drivers and also support them.

Will make sure that social media is aware of such FRAUD drivers that OLA supports. I advise to value and maintain you rest of the customers.

I being an Ola customer for long, booked a cab today but the driver was moving on the other direction and his reaching to pick up time was showing as 15 minutes. Due to this delay i cancelled the ride and booked another cab through Ola, but rs. 50/- was deducted from my Ola account for no fault of me. I would, therefore, request you to immediately refund the cancellation money deducted else I have no other option but switch to another cab company.

Hi, I started using ola Auto to travel my nearby areas. I used to book my auto via app. Things were fine for 4 days as I use to pay in cash. On an auto walla's suggestion I add Ola money in my app, total of 599 rs. I used about 90 rs. On that same day. From next day onwards app is not showing options for auto booking... Neither it is running well. Fraud company.... I lost my 500 rs.

I booked cab at 4:49 pm. Cab reached at 05:20 pm. Booking no. CRN 1204776172. Half an hour take by cab to pick up and charged 168 rupees for just 3 km. Previously also travelled in same route n same time but never overcharged like that. Bad experience.

I have an account with Ola with mentioned gmail id. I have raise issues reg the driver cancellations or delay due to too many pick ups and drops in morning time especially.

Please revert onto it an every time I contact Ola customer care they told that it would be addressed within 24 hrs but I did not get any. Issue is longer time required due to driver cancellations.... Or too many pick ups and drops happening due to driver delays. That impacts morning imp time and it badly affects all office calls & meetings schedule and whole planning gets collapsed due to this.

Would you please take signing action and compensate previous delays. I have timely raised this to customer care and to app suport section.

I booked a cab on 25/10/2017 at Mumbai CRN : 1182484596. I requested through my mobile App for Invoice copy many times and also complained to OLA customer service but there is no response from your OLA support and not received the invoice copy. Simply they are telling that to check in SPAM/ Archives in my mail box which is not there. I am getting mails from your support regarding complain booking but why I am not getting my invoice copy to my inbox mail folder. I understood, your invoice is something wrong and not able to send the same. I have to claim this invoice at my office. This is not fair of your support service, your support service is very bad and decided not to utilise your cab in future. Just I will delete your app from my mobile.

Today I was driving around in my own car to attend to several personal errands. On reaching home I was surprised when I saw that there was a cab booking notification on my name. Since I did not respond, I got a note mentioning that Rs. 75 would be charged on my next trip. But I did not make any bookings. How is it even possible by someone else to book a cab in my name when my Ola app and the phone is constantly in my possession. What about the OTP requirement.

I have a strong feeling that someone from next door Fab Hotels booked the cab and did not show. Based on the address, Ola just sent me the charge note.

I am thoroughly disgusted whether this is a intentional or unintentional error on part of Ola.

I recharged my ola money account with rs 599 on 27 Oct 17, the amount got deducted from my bank account but it's not reflecting in ola money. I dropped a mail to ola support and they mentioned that it's added but till date it's not reflecting. And they are not even replying to mails now. Pls add my money soon.

I stay in HAL and book a ride on daily basis. It have been extremely unsafe experience, I usually book an auto for my fiance. Had several unpleasant experience like smoking auto driver, using a different registered auto Number than that is booked. Also Bad behavior in driving and using cell phone (personal calls) will driving and rash driving and using vulgar language with unprofessional physical Acts (physical). I have realized ola Auto is really dangerous for ladies specially. if they are single while taking the ride. I also have Clammed and complained to ola support team AND SOON AFTER THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED. they're not make customer safety as there priority. OLA IS UNSAFE REALLY EXPERIENCED THIS SEVERAL TIMES (ladies specially take care).

I have booked my ride from meerut to Delhi by booking no. 1229209148 for 10:45 AM journey date 12 Nov on 11 Nov. On 12 Nov at 10:15 AM Ola inform on app that cab are not available. In this sort time, how can I manage a new ride. This is a bad experience of ola for me and due to this I lost a good deal with my client.

Unfortunately i left my phone in cab late evening while i traveled from Mall at Noida to my home at Mayur vihar phase-1, when realized during next morning and traced through Google doc, it was confirmed that it is left in cab. as we spoke to driver and mapped his address and the location detected through google trace.

Driver later stopped taking the calls (driver number is 9711729082).

Complaint registered and shared with OLA support to help in tracing the phone. Unfortunate that ola cabs support refused to support instantly by providing alternate number of driver.

Today 14-nov-17 at sharp morning at 04:11 AM faced with a fraud naming as Ravi Kumar phone no 9803460989, himself calming as executive from OLA. He spoken to our driver partner that he will give you a booking with right now, so directed to our driver to put the OTP for booking and start the trip. our driver was very unknown from such type of fraud, so done as per directed by him and informed that if he want to outstation he will give outstation booking which will be return trip to Ludhiana. He happily informed me at same time that such person called him form outstation. He also given my no , and he fraud person called me and informed that he is form OLA and will give outstation booking to us. Also he informed me that same can be get with deposit of Rs 2000, I told him ok its fine , and asked surprisingly, how KM rate and how much kilometer he informed me that he 350 KM is Ludhiyana and Rs 15 Per KM, again asked with him that how 28000 than now stated that it is 140000 for return trip with toll tax etc. Than he asked for ATM card no , now I was very clearly understand that he is fraud. than I given wrong ATM no, expiry and CVV as this is wrong he told me to repeat again. I told him to through land line if calling from OLA , informed and disconnect the call.

I could not observed that the booking used was share booking and used by cash. While seen the transaction the it was shown that customer have paid 560 by cash only for a trip of 60.94. I inquired from my driver , is he collected cash of 560. He told the whole story as stated above. I called to customer care than customer care executive has been informed me that he is aware about the fact, but will not refund for such type of refund. Second time also called for the satisfactory solution now Ravi kumar naming executive come with me , while I asked that same name person called me for the this type of fraud. but he informed that he was not the same person. I called many time for the satisfactory reply but all executive was one sided against me.

I claim that at first my call customer care executive is doubtful as he accepted that he is aware about the fact, so your employee are engaged doing such type of fraud.

While my driver called him to call for the same your executive informed him that they will refund Rs 499. But while I called again for the confirmation that denied to refund . I again told my driver to call again and record on mobile phone that time refused to refund.

Why not anybody will assume if I or somebody visited to NOIDA OLA office for outstation booking activation , I am informed that some will call from OLA office for activation of outstation trip. So clearly for this type of fraud only OLA is responsible. The customer service is worst as nothing having sufficient information having , for all type of work visit to OLA office.

Having own formula to handle with us, as I called on 14/11/2017 for a trip which is wrongly ended by reference CRN 1233671473, care executive informed me than can not continue the ride and deport the passenger on they at night 11 pm or tell him to book if booking will received by our driver that only he can continue, very worst reply which as a operator or by the rider can not be accepted at any angle.

On the same day 14/11/2017 , 06:25 PM trip one more completed but customer care informed me that no payout can be given and only option to cancel the ride to get the next ride, as no option I having cancelled the same without any payout. how ever customer can call and confirm form rider that she was used or not, as some time OLA is doing recalculate for rider but our case they are blind?

As a operator, I am very discouraged by OLA TEAM, due to poor management, why should collect negative balance of rs 400 in cash for customer penalties and refund to OLA ? Why should some body pay rs 560 only for a trip of rs 148.68 and this very surprisingly that in 148.68 ola make a operator bill of 60.94 and ola getting benefited of rs 72.26?

I also suggest that arrange at least one hour live training to the driver or even give right to operator to train the driver how to operate the device on test live mode. And also need to train to your customer care and give some right to resolve some genuine issues at there end to improve qualities.

Can expect the resolution form your end as earliest understanding the genuine issues explained by me?

I have been a user of Ola for sometime now. I had a terrible experience in the billing today. I traveled from Amrut Nagar, Ghatkopar West to Marzban Road, Fort Mumbai. It is a maximum of 25-26 Kms. When I booked micro was not available and hence I opted for mini. The driver was Mr. Mahatarba Bohrade. When I confirmed the booking the fare shown was Rs498/-. On reaching the destination I was shocked to see the travel distance to be 51 Kms and the fare to pay came to Rs1018/-. This is a grave error. I plan to write to the Transport Commissioner in Mumbai. Request your intervention and credit the difference.

i booked ola auto from villivakkam jaganathan nagar to kolathur bhavani nagar total fare is 29 only but he collected cash amount of rs.30 and also my ola money of rs.29 is deducted from my wallet he cheated me and shouted me to give so i gave cash to that driver i need my amount refund my amount of rs.29 to my wallet

Worst ride ever! I suggest everyone not to ride with Kumar Singh with ride no. CRN 1255201898 worst driver ever. I have seen didn't took us to our destiny and even took full charge if Ola help service will not do anything then I will complain to police. so please take an action or else I will take an action.
