It is extremely disappointing to see that the gift voucher available in my account is not available when i am trying to redeem it. This is a paid gift voucher and cannot just vanish. Getting the message that it is expired and there is no way that it can expire before even a month. On top of it, there is no possibility to put in a complaint through my login. Please look into it at the earliest.

Amazon team : Your Customer care no. is waste of time and energy as it doesnt intend to resolve any queries. I dont understand how does a customer able to reach you if required to speak to a customer care executive when you have not even enabled customer to put in a query/complaint if required on the portal or through the login.
