Firstly i ordered the phone on 7th nov 2017 and the delivery boy came on 8th nov 2017 and he raised some issues. the offer was for 3 days i.e. 6th 7th and 8th.

so i decided to order again on 8th nov 2017 and get my screen replaced quickly. i got screen replacement on the morning of 9th nov 2017 and they notified me at around 1:00 pm that your order is cancelled without any action done by me. My phone was working very well though i spent 12, 000/- on my screen to upgrade my phone from samsung galaxy S6 edge to samsung Galaxy S7. They just cancelled my order. This flipkart and TrueComRetail just think that their customer are dogs(as i don't want to sound vulgar). I just want to know what they think their customer are? my email id:- rajprajapati542 @gmail.com.

I request them to refund my money. They are just giving me time over time.I have done each and every step what they told me to do... after that still they are giving me time after time. I had a very word service from you flipkart. i purchased Moto m mobile through the above email id. the mobile is not good, very worst mobile camera clarity not good, battery problem, sometimes its automatically getting switched off. so many times i have raised the complaint, surely ill file the complaint against you... i am not satisfied with your services you have mentions as 10 days replacement why the dash you mentioned that. I am fool to buy an stupid product from you guys. i have purchased so many things like watch, tab, vr box lenovo mobile every thing but what is the use. your customer service people sleeping or what. after raising 100 complaint u arranged for tech visit, you commit for senior technician at second meet but the same person only came. what ill do with you product now.. tell me. if my amount is not refundable surely will make big issue otherwise do replace. this is the last i wont purchase any f*** product from you.

I am really surprised to receive wrong supply of item from your supplier Mgp Global wz 438 Shiv Nagar Street Number 23 Jail road, Gali No 23 Ist Floor, New Delhi 110058.

Vide order no 110682424407602000, dated 6/11/2017. I had ordered 2 f1 scratch remover paint auto multipurpose lacquer spray paint clear for furniture polish 450 ml. I was supposed to receive clear colorless lacquer sprays but to my surprise I received 2 nos white spray paint. This is really horrible & I want proper item immediately or refund money.

This is Neha Todankar and I had ordered 1 Pc. of MI A 1 mobile phone amounting Rs. 14,999/- on 12th November 2017 through Bajaj no cost emi card and I received a message with transaction Id: TX110732015160628000.

This is to inform you that, the mount of Rs. 14,999/- has been deducted from my Bajaj card but my order has not been placed on flipkart. I also called to customer care no. 1800 208 9898 but I have not get any response from custom care.

We have not done any transaction from my Sister SBI account on flipkart website, someone is misused from the account we have raised the FIR. Kindly request your help in sharing, who has made the transaction and share their details, so we can track them and submit the same to the policy station.

They have looted somewhere Rs.10000 from her account, request your quick intervention in this case, the soon we catch them, the less people will be cheated by them.

Dear Sirs

We placed online order on flipkart Order ID: OD110309539757917000, Order Date: 24-09-2017 for supply of one Onida 109.22 cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV considering it is good Brand. Copy of Invoice dated 29.09.2017 is attached. This TV was fitted in October month before Diwali by your personal in our flat No C-2/301, Capital Apartment, Vasundhara Enclave , Delhi 110096.

After few days, it fell down on the floor due to the reason that hook on back of the TV is not sufficient to hold TV of this size e.g. This TV is defective for hanging purpose as not capable of even small hand touch to the TV. That is the reason TV fell down while little touch at the time of wire adjustment on the Wall. Why TV fell down on the floor even by a very small touch from wire or from side this is a big question. As under the contract your company supplied the TV and also fitted but Hook is not OK to hold and TV fell down as not there is no proper devices which can hold the TV.

We also filed the complaint with Flipkart on 21/10/2017 and they told that this complaint is to be filed with ONIDA. But this argument is also not correct as Flipkart supplied the TV ONIDA brand which is having defects for hanging as not sufficient holding capacity.

In the mean time, we also contacted ONIDA to file complaint vide our complaints No. 1710H906380177 dated 24th October 2017. They sent one technician to check the status of TV on 26 October 2017 but not reported any thing to us. On being contracted several time on his mobile phone this technician told us that he has given his report to ONIDA Service Center but there is no response even from ONIDA Service Center to us, we tried to connect them and they told us that ONIDA is not responsible for such damages without even understanding reason for damages e.g. fault in Hook for such big TV.

This TV supplied by yourselves as online supplier is having defective hanging devises and very small hook considering the size of the TV 43".

We hope you will take this as our official complaints and take action without loss of time and request you to replace the TV with proper wall hanging device on back of 43" TV which can hold at least very small friction to avoid such damages in future.

We have been very loyal customer to ONIDA since last 18 years and having Desk TV and never complaints once installed But the above 43 " TV is really defective for hanging purposes which was done by Flipkart/ONIDA personnel and once again request you to kindly look in to the matter on priority to pay our money back or replace it with 43 " TV without such hanging defects bearing in mind your reputation for good supplier. More ever please take this complaints in a positive way so that your company is aware of such defects in the product you are selling /manufacturing so that your customer will not suffer and your reputation remain intact in the market as good supplier/manufacturer.

I ordered Redmi Note 4 on 16.10.17, order id-OD110501704820072000. It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn. I didn't receive it. The seller has rejected the return. The order was cancelled, my refund status shows, "Refund after 6 days after PICKUP IS COMPLETED". Why PICKUP clause is added when I didn't receive it? If India Post doesn't complete the pickup, how will I get refund? Please escalate my case.

i order an Air condition 1.5 ton of voltas its been one month , AC moter not working and remote also not there with product i complain many times but not responding and still am waiting for an service or replacement... its really bad experience with flipkart specially to buy a high cost product.

I have purchased an Wave London Wave London Drift White Watch bearing order id-OD110362009289973000. I have received the product on 20.10.2017 and the product has manufacturing defect as you can see in the attached picture. I called customer care on 3rd day from the date of receiving parcel from 8667266367 number and complained regarding the issue and the flipkart cus care executive said that our person will call you back and they called me and just enquire regarding the issue and left without any solution. I again called cus care on 8th day, they said that our person will call you back but no one called again. Hence i called on 12 th day finally they said that the time return the product of 10 days is over. Therefore i have filed an online consumer complaint against flipkart with complaint number - 514871 on 22.11.2017.

As promised and confirmed by your expediting cell vide Telephone call (08067982300) dated 16.11.2017 (7.07 P.M.), my refund will be initiated on 26.11.2017 and same would be credited on my account within 5 days (maximum) irrespective of pickup of defective washing machine on or before 25.11.2017 since you are unable to pick up the defective washing machine from last 1.5 months.

My money is with you for more than two months. Vigorous follow over your customer care, emails, Twitter do not help me in picking up the defective washing machine and as well as refund of my money in last 1.5 month.
