I have not received my shipments and it is delayed significantly. I called the call center and they gave me the complaint number 12230732.

So far my issue is not resolved and I am not a happy customer. The call center number is engaged/ busy most of the time and no one picks up.

I was send a courier from Australia through Gati but it has been lost by them. They are unable to trace it and are making excuses for extra time to trace it. This is frustrating that a company like this can loose a package. Very unprofessional and third class service.

Very delay in the delivery after reaching the item they take 15 day to deliver after so many times contact but not satisfactory answer given.
