has accidentally broken at middle part that means at bridge part which connects screen to main system.. that causes very damage so i need to change my entire body of my laptop please help me. every thing else working fine but i want to change body panels. please do me favor.

We are one of the sony LED TV customer we bought tv from your authorised sale center. We had bought the tv in the year 2011.MODEL NO:KDL40EX520, SERIAL NO:2428126.we had a picture problem in our tv within 4 years.we are unsastisfied.

This is to in form you people that you people are not committed to your work, your staff having no manner's while talking to customer. I had call on 23 Aug to ask for servicing of my led which I brought last year in October, your staff had provided me with one number and ask me to msg address ad model number on same, I did that ad got reply will be there by 4pm. I called the person at 6 pm no one reply, 24 same story no one reply. Finally on 25 I called service center asking for assistance , happen to get the same reply sms your address on same number. The person didn't reply at all, I ask him wht is the problem ? Why you plp don't reply ad do ur work probably, still no reply.

Definitely like to share the feedback if Sony can't provide after sales services plp stop selling your product ad stop making fool of people who trust Sony.

I have purchased Sony LED TV of the said model from Lotus Electronics Supermarket, C P R Distributors Pvt. Ltd; Platina Enclave, 13 Shivaji nagar, Opp Wockhardt Hospital, Nagpur on dt.30/12/2017 and ultimately stopped working on dt.20/07/2020. In this connection I complained to Lotus Electronics, Nagpur and they sent me the Request ID-60883842 and the Engineer visited my house on dt.22/07/2020 namely Shri Bandu Gore and inspected the TV saying that the adapter of the TV has to be replaced and demanded Rs. 2000/- to order to Sony Authorised TV Service centre, Nagpur.

Since then the Adapter of the TV is neither replaced nor communicated about the status. Under this situation I am mentally harassed by the companies behaviour. Nearly one month is going to lapse that we could not watch TV. Therefore, I request you to please do the needful done at your earliest.

Sony Model No.KD-43X8300D (T.N.518852501)Dt.26.10.2016. Replacement of panel board or Exchange the present new model Sony TV with free of cost as I am very much facing struggle with Sony TV service center people since longtime from years together. I am very unsatisfied about your company services. Please this should be taken into "SERIOUS ' and request to take immediate action for rectify the problem.
