I have purchased Lenovo S-660 model from Telephone Shoppee-pune on 17th Feb 2015, my IME no. is 860071029247681. From June 2015 it started giving me problems.

1.Internet is not working- i went to Fourtech computers for the problem they have said it was Software Problem so they have installed software.
2.Restarting frequently -again after 1 month phone restarting suddenly anytime so i again went to fourtech computers on 13 th July & submitted phone & they have asked me to keep the phone & i have collected the same on 25 th July 2015.
3. again on the same day i noticed that opposite person was not able to hear my invoice. This is really frustrating experience for me.

every time i visited Fourtech computers new problem arrives. is difficult for me to every time to visit & resolve the problem by wasting my money & time.

Asif from fourtech computers asked me to drop the mail.

I am very much disappointed from this service & came to the conclusion that model has manufacturing defect. I want new model replacement against this existing trouble model.

No body from Fourtech computers has replied me on the mail.

I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO A5000 in Black color on 14-May-2015 with IMEI 866278026351598.

My battery got swelled after some time. I had compliant at your customer care Nehru Place, Delhi regarding the handset problem and submit the same on 20-Aug-2015. I was shocked that they said they don't have new battery at office and will take 10 days to change the battery.

Is this the way LENOVO satisfied their customer. Anyways, I need my handset back by Monday 24th Aug 2015 anyhow.

Very poor service quality, no support, Nothing is into lenovo. They are just playing mail-2 with customer no complaint resolution.

The mobile box Customer care No is 18860180342 is not working, Email id mobilecare@lenovo.com is not active it always says delivery problems. if you talk customer care they provide other no & other no & other no. about your customer service center they provide poor service. i am a blackberry customer if i compare with you i say to all please don't buy any lenovo mobile. very big brand name & very poor product and very poor service.

hello, i had purchased lenovo A6000 plus by flipkart ( IMEI NO. 868087027044757). on 29 august 2015, after one week it found fully defective, with display problem, battery problem, not showing signal and not connecting at all. it twice gone to your authorised service center Fourtech computers, pune but they could not solve problem. i want to replace this piece or refund of the purchase amount. otherwise i have to go consumer court.

I have purchased your phone lenovo a6000 plus on 22 june 2015, IMEI 867124023725930. On 22 December there was some problem in phone and I took in your customer care GAURAV COMMUNICATION, Panipat. They told that there was sparking in your phone and you have have to repare it at your own cost but it's not my fault. I have registered a case against you in customer court (complain no. 645298). If you do not repair my phone or give my money refunded within 15 days I am going to forward the case in consumer court against you.

This is to inform you that I purchased Lenovo P1ma40 on 11-12-2015 through flipkart online service. It suddenly stopped working on 22-03-2016 and it is not starting again. So kindly accept my complaint and work on it.

Today i am sending this mail to inform you that I am very disappointing that i had purchased LENOVO K3 note 10 days back. It seems to be a manufacturing defect. I had tried several toll free numbers from last 4 days but there is no response. They are just routing me again and again to a different number, nobody is solving it. This is really frustrating experience for me.

I request you to resolve this issue and replace this cell phone which will not have this heating issue again.

I have been using the lenovo phone since last 6 months. I am having many problems with phone touchpad from the time I bought the phone. Since the beginning, the touchpad is not working completely. I have sent my phone for repairing for 1 n half month for the same problem but still I don't see any improvement. I have contacted to your customer service talked about it but they are very rude and impolite and it is very difficult to deal with them. I am looking for a friendly solution because I have to deal with them even during my work time. I kindly request you to replace my phone with the new one since it is still in warranty.
