I have already completed the registration process. how I can pay the payment online.

i made a online payment but the policy has'nt been renewed.your customer care person told me to ask for the refund and make a offline transcation as there is a technical issue on oriental insurance policy website.please refund me the money

I am trying to fill the form but there it is not showing year option and payment amount in the form. so please help to fill this form.

From last 5 days... i am trying to fill the application form for assistant post, in the 3rd page, date of birth year drop down menu is not opening, hence i am unable to fill the application form. i tried diffenent computers in different locations... even though its not working, tomorrow is the last day. how can completed if this problem continues. i tried even company phone no. but some ph no are not working, and one who lifted expressed his helpless regarding this. sir please look into the matter, correct it. as soon as possible. thanking you sir.

I have made online payment to renewal my policy payment got deducted from my account but policy not renewed....I contacted customer care but they told it will done on my policy expiry date customer care exe again told me to do pay online to renew as it was last date of renewal I have made payment again but same problem occurred. My policy got expired and and payment still not got credited back in my account.

Customer support is hopeless the customer care exe dont even know about any information for company's "refund" policy. I strongly not go further with oriental insurance and not recommend this to anyone. Very bad experience.

So i tried to renewed the policy through online and i made online internet banking payment, but the policy has not renewed and policy amount Rs.673, has been debted from my mother account on 03/12/2015 Number-00000020098783124 SBI SULATANPALYA BRANCH Bengaluru and Reference No- ESBI4150681116IGOBCBDEA5.So i request the company resolve the problem by renewing the policy or credited the amount to my mother account.

Last two days its showing system error. the online procedure of ur company is not staisfactory. kindly look into this, my all last two days transictions are failed and amount also deducted.

I am holding the policy 121700/48/2015/16778. I created my online account and was trying to register my existing policy. However, the policy is not getting registered and is giving me the below error. Kindly look into the same. Also mail sent mail to above mail which are not getting delivered as I got a mail sending failed reply.

Since 3 month I am working as agent for this co. Around 40km away from branch office. It is very difficult to go to branch for every policy. For easy work I need online portal to be created and since long it is not being created.

Royal mediclaim policy was taken in sept. 2015. That time I was assured that policy documents duly stamped will be sent by post, assurance is going to vain as still I have not received my policy cover.

Two wheeler Vehicle policy no.of my Vehicle is 472108/31/2015/11641, insured's code: 60426357. This was due for renewal on 24.03.2016. I have renewed ONLINE on 10.02.2016 through my HDFC Debit card Account for Rs. 1269.00. The amount has been debited from my HDFC debit card. There was display that " the transaction is being processed" on my PC for hours together, meanwhile my PC shut down due to power failure. Until today, I have not received my policy document online or through my given Email ID.

I tried to renewal of policy no 161602/48/2016/37 but online payment will not done due to error in your site. Confirm and make payment. The site wiil not move ahead. I call to customer care MR.RAJAN will also tried but site will not run ahead.

How can I registration for online portal for agents.

The the police document for the year 2016/17 has not yet been downloaded still now. the last date for the renewal of police is 10/11/2016.

Talked to customer care, advised to write a complain. Kindly do the needful to renew the same. your first page portal is 'bakvas' very poor. kindly make it appealing.
